It's been a bit since I've been to a Hot Head location, and this was my first visit here. Wow, do I miss being a regular! The staff was SUPER nice! Place was very clean; it is a great location. So let's talk food - what sets this place apart, from a Chipotle, Moes, Qdoba, etc.? Well, it is the customization - 1000%. The countless combinations you can do between bowls, burritos, salads, meat choices, and their phenomenal sauces are endless. I used to order one of their craft entrees, but now I just make my own and add tons of stuff. Their sauces are fabulous. If you run into one that isn't your favorite - I get that. But, with nearly 20 options, you are guaranteed to find something you love. Can't wait to be back - again, this place is the King/Queen of customization!!! read more

Hot Heads is a total copy of Chipotle. The same set up, the same lay out, the same selection of items... they do have some fun sauces and much lower prices so that's a definite plus. But all in all if you like Chipotle and like saving money then this is YOUR spot. I got the Carnitas (pork for the white people here playing at home) with the black beans, brown rice, sour cream, guacamole, pico, corn salsa, and a sweet chipotle sauce. With the add in of sauce it makes this burrito very sloppy. The sauce was very sweet and really detracted from the sublime flavors of the meat and guacamole. It simply overwhelmed the other stuff. I also got a bag of chips and some salsa. It was a good meal and reasonably priced. What else can you say? Great job guys. read more

The staff was Extremely rude and slow when I picked up my order. Will not be going back.

Online pick up is never on time. I have ordered at this location at least a dozen times for pickup and every time I show up to pick up the order it is not ready (and most often not even started yet). I will even show up 5-10 minutes after my pick up time to give them more time to finish and when I go in asking about my order, they look at me clueless then start making my order. The food is decent enough for me to keep ordering from here but it is extremely frustrating having to wait an extra 20 minutes AFTER my pick up time for my order. i understand they are often busy; however, there have been times where there were several employees not doing anything when I showed up and they still haven't started my order. read more

Poor customer service refused to throw away old chicken that they were clearly going to weigh an waste and allow me to wait ten minutes for chicken off the grill I took my service to chipotle and will not look back. Solution: instead of cooking enough for deep thirds use shallow third pans instead and grill more often. Good luck I know you guys can do better. read more

I ordered a little bowl which is almost 8 dollars and barely got any food in it. The food doesn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. It's extremely disappointing, they used to fill up the bowls until they were packed and now I'm paying eight dollars for three bites of food. It's ridiculous. You're better off going to Chipotle read more

Robert hardy was just looking for something yummy to grub on. He came to the conclusion that he would like some Mexican food. He gets there indulged in some "mid" food and gets a drink. The service worker there saw him filling his cup up with a delicious soft drink and charged him for it. I think it's needless to say my family and I will no longer be going to hot heads. read more

When I walked in, I definitely felt like I was in Chipotle. However, when I walked in the door I was greeted by an employee at the counter, which doesn't happen at Chipotle. What I liked most was the option of different flavored tortillas, and also the option of taco meat. They also have a nice selection of other fresh toppings and sauces as well. Their signature Hot Head sauce reminded me of salad dressing with a hint of spice to it. I chose to get it on the side instead of in my burrito which I'm glad I did. I will definitely return to try more options and varieties of toppings. Prices are reasonable as well. read more

Okay, so yeah. If you've been to Chipotle, you already know how this place works. Build your own burrito. They also offer tacos and nachos. The major difference from Chipotle was the sauces - I enjoyed a glorious Southwest Ranch sauce on my burrito. Overall, it was pretty good! The salsa and guacamole really didn't look that fresh - but tasted fine. read more

When I stayed in the car, as my aunt went into Hot Head, I was so excited to taste the first bite of their menu. This was our first time, enjoying Hot Head. However, when we tried their Hot Head sauce it reminded us both of some kind of salad dressing. I'm so glad that she put it on the side and not on the entire burrito. Fyi: They have different types of different flavored tortillas, and also, taco meat. Prices are reasonable as well. The colours of my burrito, stood out so, amazingly well. Reminded me of my trip to Mexico! & The flavours are AMAZING! I'd definitely give this place five stars! Since it's my very first time eating here, I'd have to come back and try to taste more of what's on their menu! Well done! read more

Took the family here for dinner. Fed 4 people for $26. The place was clean and the workers were friendly. The food was OK. My wife and I had the pork...the kids had the chicken. The chicken had much more flavor than the pork. Overall, just OK. read more

Portions were generous, but the flavors were only light (I had a burrito). It tasted like a burrito made by a chain. The menu is a bit confusing. I'd go back again to try something different. Skip the tortilla chips. They are skimpy in quantity and taste as though they are store bought. read more

If you like burritos, this is the place for you! I like to get chicken but I've heard the steak is good too. They have a lot of sauces and they are all very good. The burritos are very big so if you are hungry, you'll leave with a full stomach. read more

Everything from the freshness of the food to the staff is excellent. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door and usually a manager is right there with the employees working up front. Very clean establishment with a ton of food choices. Highly recommend. Blows away Chipotle. read more
