I love this place! Seriously, always fresh, always delicious, never skimpy like S.b..y restaurants are clean and employees must be treated well cuz they always have great attitudes. And you'll never see Mike (if Mike is a real person)on the internet naked spooning a dolphin... read more

My order was correct and it arrived earlier than expected . The hot sandwich was delivered hot and left at my door as directed on the delivery site. The app was easy to use as I do not order food on line usually read more

The subs are full, no skimping there! Always fresh and tasty. Great service, always friendly. It's nice and clean and full of happy faces! Great rewards too. Join the club! read more

We have been coming here since it first opened and I can HONESTLY say it is ALWAYS consistent. 5 stars all the time. Store is always clean and well maintained. All the way from Austintown area and no one can compare! read more

I like going to jersey mikes, my fave is the turkey and provolone with a little mayo, Mike way, but no onion and light on the juice.

We have not had a bad experience at Jersey Mike's. I am from Philadelphia and was very strict on trying their cheesesteaks and they are the best. I prefer the cheese steak with sauteed mushrooms onions and peppers and I get it with extra cheese just like I do in Philly. So so good read more

Finally, I made it here for the first time. After seeing this place on television for years, I was able to go here last week. Despite the rain, I was able to walk there from my hotel. I ordered the Giant Italian Sub with the Juice, and it was fantastic. The customer service was amazing. read more

My first visit to a Jersey Mike's and I thought it was really good so I am surprised to see such a low rating. I got the regular size chicken philly with onions and peppers. The roll was really fresh and the sandwich was very tasty. There was a good ratio of roll to meat, neither overpowered the other, something that I don't like about Sandwich Factory where I always feel like I got way too much bread or Subway where I always feel a little cheated on both. The owner was at the register and was very friendly, greeted me when I walked in even though he was clearly busy and I noticed he took the time to speak to each customer to at least say hello. read more

I was excited to eat there, but was truly disappointed. Extremely expensive for the food you received. Two full size Sandwich were almost $30. Sorry the sandwich was good but not that good. I stick with the Sandwich Factory. read more

They offer delicious and fast service. I always pay with the app to earn points for my husband's next sandwich.

Top tier place for subs. Simple. They do it right all the time. Have always had a great meal whether it was in North Carolina, Kentucky or somewhere else in Ohio read more

They have really done a good job on Covid policies. However, i'm forced to dock a star because not all the staff wear masks over their noses. However, there is big plexiglass between the employees and customers, distancing is enforced, all the employees are wearing gloves, and aside from the mask issue they are doing a good job with Covid precautions. I always enjoy the food from there and the service is always friendly and patient. If all the employees wore their masks properly, this would be 5 stars. read more

I am so excited that we finally have a Jersey Mike's in the Youngstown area! I have visited this location twice already since their recent opening, and this is by far one of the best sandwich spots around. Jersey Mike's offers fresh, high quality food and outstanding customer service. The restaurant is clean, and it is a fun atmosphere for hanging out. Although this place always seems to be busy with a long line, the staff members work efficiently to keep it moving quickly. My favorite sub at Jersey Mike's is the Roast Beef and Provolone. I love that there is a wheat bread option, along with tons of other offerings for toppings, dressings, etc. so that you can order a sub that is customized to your own preferences. The ingredients are very fresh, and the meat and cheese is sliced right in front of you. You can truly tell that the quality of ingredients in these subs greatly exceeds that of other sub options in the area. I would 100% recommend Jersey Mike's! They offer a wide variety of options and have something for everyone. Staff members are friendly and helpful. The overall experience here is wonderful, and you can't beat the fresh, delicious food! read more

The Big Kahuna Philly Steak was the best I have ever had and the service was great. I will be going back.

I actually go in to eat a lot and it's not bad. It's pretty good. And I'm from Jersey, so we need places like Jersey Mike's. But don't even bother ordering from door dash. Seriously, how many times were you dropped on your head to stick cold drinks IN THE SAME BAG as a hot cheese steak? The result? Cold cheese steak and warm drinks. Not DD's fault. Entirely JM's. read more

couldn't get lettuce on my subs because it was brown, asked for oil & vinegar on the side which opened up and soaked thru the bag onto my seat. disappointing read more

My family members love to eat here, I was hesitant because of gluten and wheat allergies but when I let the workers know they went out of their way to avoid cross-contamination. If any celiacs out there miss the taste of subs, their sub "tub" might be worth a try. read more

Visited this sub shop today for the first time since it's opening and have to say that I am pretty disappointed. I ordered the turkey sub, "mikes way" and have to say it was pretty bland. The sub had very little taste with all the spices and toppings it has, also had a couple overly salty spots that I could barely swallow. The restaurant itself was quite dirty, the floors had trash, tables had crumbs and such from previous customers, and drink station was a mess. They were not to busy when I went in so I'm not sure why nothing was being cleaned. Overall save your money, go to another sub shop and get better food for your money. Won't be back to this place. read more

My first visit was great. The girl that helped me was very patient and polite while I decided what I wanted. I decided on the Philly steak and cheese. It was so good! Great experience overall and looking forward to my return tipr. read more

Had a Jersey Mikes "Famous Philly". It must be famous because you get very little, WAY OVER COOKED meat on a stale dry bun. Not worth the money. Dibella's is better and if you read my review of Dibella's, THAT'S NOT SAYING MUCH! read more

Just got done eating jersey mikes and I have to say I'm not impressed. It all started with the experience at the store. It seemed to be very hectic and there was a tall blonde woman who was basically badgering her employees to the point I was almost embarrassed for them. She was like a sandwich nazi. Brought my sandwich home and neither mine or my boyfriends sandwich had anything really special about it/ they were bland and just basic ..don't waste your time on jersey mikes- go to jimmy johns, sandwich factory, or if you really want something good kravitz deli. read more

It's great that they have the gluten free options for someone like me. The only problem I have is that the gluten free bun smells like fish every time I get it. read more

Great food and service. I would definitely order from here again. Much better than my last few experiences with subway.

This particular location has to be one of the cleanest, well run Jersey Mike's. I have never had a problem at any of this franchise's locations that I have visited, hands down the best one yet. read more

Excited to see one local. Not anymore. Service was terrible. Discussed with owner and said he would correct the situation. Never happened. At least there is a Domino's next door. read more

Got a regular # 9. Tasted good but only average. Not any better than Subway or Jimmie John's. They do have this on those two, however, it's more expensive! Won't go back. I'll just stick with the other 2 franchises. read more

I was very disappointed in this sub place. The sandwiches were very expensive and the meat was see through and hardly any vegetables. It was like eating all lettuce. I will stick with Subway and I don't care much for them read more

So this is a new sandwich shop I was trying out and decided to keep it simple. I ordered a simple #8 club sandwich. Now I think everyone is familiar that a club sandwich has bacon on it. Well when I get my sandwich back to work and find out there is not one single piece of bacon on my sandwich I was pretty disappointed that this place could mess up something so simple. Can not believe this place is still in business. So many restaurants have come and gone in that location and I cannot wait to see this place fall. Will never go back and I wish every bad thing in the world happens to them and only them. May god have mercy on your souls. Will not return for a second visit. read more

I had never eaten at Jersey Mike's before, but was excited to try something new, especially when I received a coupon for a free sub in the mail. Unfortunately, I let the coupon expire, so I called to see if they would still accept it. I figured, it couldn't hurt to ask! The person I spoke with on the phone said that they normally do not accept expired coupons, but would make an exception if I came in that day. I arrived within 15 minutes, but was told that they would NOT accept the coupon after all and nobody admitted to speaking with me. Maybe the person I spoke with didn't ask her boss or have the authority? Either way, it was a bad customer service experience and a waste of time. When I got back to my office, I even redialed the number to make sure I called the correct location. Oh well. Perhaps I would have loved Jersey Mike's subs and become a customer for life, but now I'll never know. read more

so glad we have one of these in the valley! the owners of this location are always onsite and take great pride in their business. as for the food, the subs are amazing and there are options for everyone! you really can't go wrong with anything you order. read more
