Upon receiving our bill I noticed that they are now charging you a fee if you pay with a card (which wasn't made aware to us until we received our check) which is unacceptable. Until they change this policy we will go elsewhere since there are other choices nearby that don't access a penalty for using credit or debit cards.

Now my pepperoni roll had been sitting on top of the oven the whole time and was no longer hot or fresh. They didn't offer to replace or take anything off my bill. Just gave it to me and said it was still warm. The salads were not up to their usual standards. Only 5-6 fries on the salad. If management is interested I do have a picture of the guy. I just won't berate him as he did to the other employee. This is no way to do business. But my big problem was the way the guy who refuses to refund me berates another employee in front of everyone. Very unprofessional. I'll be looking for another go to place.
