If I could give zero stars and still leave a review, I would. It is not even 7:30 PM and the sign says they are open until 8:00 PM. We drove up to the drive-through, the light was off and no one came on the speaker. So, we drove to the drive up window, we could see there were lights on inside, but appeared nobody was in there. Nobody came to help us, even though we shouted into the window. When we drove around the front of the building, we noticed there were cars in the parking lot and we saw two employees behind the counter screwing around. They just didn't feel like working apparently, and there was no management to make sure they were working. I am just hoping whoever owns this location sees the review because they should know they are paying for people not to work. read more

The tiniest little chicken drums. They look like they are from an older baby chick. Takes 2-3 to equal 1 regular size drum that other places sell. You pay about $3 per drum, so really, you are paying $6-$9 to equal 1 regular amount of meat others sell. read more

drove 20 minutes to this KFC, paid $30 to pull up & see all the lights are off. we go through the drive through, see kids just sitting around & one yells "SH*T" when they see us pull up & literally run off & leave us at the window. my boyfriend then parks, goes up to the door to see if the inside is open, nope. he's knocking & knocking & calling & calling. they're literally just ignoring him. so we go back thru the drive thru & knock on the window because wtf. they then come over & put a paper to the window saying "we closed at 6". Every time we try to go here they alway have no staff and can't make the 36 piece bucket. I just can't understand if you can't make a family size bucket meal just close or hire more staff. I went on a Sunday at 7pm to pick up some food. The store closes at 8pm. I wait in the line for about 10 minutes noticing the line has not moved nor do I hear the car up ahead placing an order. I decide to get out and go inside to place my order since maybe the guy was making that large of an order. I go inside and there isn't anyone at the counter, the lights are off except for a light in the back. I can hear talking but I dont see any food or smell any food. The place was actually cooler than outside as though nothing had been getting cooked in there for hours. A teenage boy walks up front and is surprised to see me I ask him if they are still open and he stands there confused. No idea if that was a staff members kid since he looked 14. A woman comes from the back seeing the kid standing there and I ask if they are open. She sighs and says they are almost out of food. I look around because where is the food? The place is dark, not one box, not one wing anywhere, it looked like they already cleaned up like it was 8 instead of 7ish. At that point I'm over it and inform her that there is a line outside that people have been waiting at. She's exasperated now saying, "someone get the headset the sensor didn't go off." This isn't Feb 2020 closing early without notification, saying you ran out of food for a restaurant is ridiculous. I can ignore the poor customer service since it's fast food so I dont care if you have a smile or chat me up when you put my food in the bag but this place is off the hook. Overall go somewhere else. The service here is very quick, I got my meal within a few minutes. The mashed potatoes and gravy here are awesome by far the best part of the meal. The chicken very good especially the extra crispy. Unfortunately they have eliminated their grilled chicken. The biscuit was good as well but not anything extraordinary same goes for the cookie. I wish that their soda selection would have been more vast. And the prices do seem to be high. read more

ThIs is by far the worst KFC we've ever been to. It wasn't busy but i dont know how you forget about a customer that's at the counter waiting on their food. Who knows. Food is good but customer service is awful. Once I was told to have a nice day after receiving my food. Drove home to find a meal missing. Didnt even get an apology when I came back. Just tonight I was told to pull forward for a 5 minute wait, 10 minutes went by and I had to get out of my car and come in to remind them I was still there. Horrible location, went around 4:30 today and ordered my food but 1) had to wait 10 minutes for it, didn't even come with forks OR gravy. Then went back into the drive thru line to ask for forks and was told to "give me a second" upon arrival without a greeting or such. Then proceeded to wait for 15 minutes without anyone back on the speaker box. I understand things happen as i work in fast food as well, however there was no one in front of me in the line. Service here is really fast. Food is great and fresh and the store is always clean. I never have to worry about finding a clean table, they are always clean. Cashiers are really friendly and are always looking to help you get the best deal on what you get. This place BLOWS!! This is a KFC/LJS and it is truly terrible!! Last meal here was a LJS Fish/Chicken/Shrimp combo, fish was cold,chicken tough as hell and the shrimp was very overcooked and greasy. Called the 800 # on the back of the receipt,they were less than helpful and a call to the store was not returned. On the plus side, the Cole slaw was good and they put ketchup in the bag, but forgot the fries. If you want decent food go across the street to Royal Farms, they have decent Chicken and they don't forget your fries. I continue getting food from the Long John Silver part of the restaurant because I like their fish. I now have the option to get any replacement side dish in place of their fries but they now have better ones. In the last several months they have: given me the wrong meal (chicken instead of fish), filled my food container with pieces of fried fish coating (several times until my complaints were addressed), under cooked my fish (twice), burned my fish (how did they do that?) and the one time I decide to get their fries they were just about raw (it's really weird eating crunchy fries like raw potatos)! After the last screwup I wondered if I'm a jinx or something. Do these things happen only to me or do other people get ripped off, too? read more
