I enjoyed the surf and turf burrito on Sunday afternoon. Sorry no pic. My experiences at Roburitto has always been positive. Staff was friendly and order was quick. The steak was great; burrito was huge. My only complaint about the burritos is that the way they prep them you often get pockets of single ingredient. My buddy and I ate lunch in the parking lot, my buddy is a big guy and doesn't fit in the bench seats. Parking can be tough. read more

The parking is not the greatest! But it's like a hole-in-the-wall burrito place. I had never heard of them before but was looking for a quick and cheap lunch. Who doesn't love Mexican food, especially in this economy? The prices were spot on, too! I was able to get my lunch, and I got it at 8.99! After adding a drink, it was 12! But those prices, that's been a minute! Now the food is delicious! It's a burrito. I mean, come on! They had quesadillas and various other goodies. Next time I go, and it will be soon, I'll snap a photo of the menu! The service was excellent, too, and the staff was friendly; as for beverages, you also have choices of fountain drinks or cans! I went here on a recommendation, I heard it was absolutely amazing. Nothing against the restaurant but I've had much better. I liked the idea of combining the burrito and quesadilla, but it was too much. If you love big portions... this is the place for you. This place has truly gone downhill. We used to eat here every week for over a year until several times our orders were wrong. We stopped going for the last 15 months. Last night decided to try them again. What a mistake that was. Ordered the chicken nachos with no beans and it was super small with 4 pieces of chicken for $7 and change. I didn't really think it was anything to write home about. I wasn't impressed at all with the burrito. First off my husband and i each got a Roburrito and it was 18.00 the Taco Bell's 1.00 section is about the same size. I got chicken, rice, beeans, sour cream in mine. I'm not sure if they forgot my chicken but i had 2 pieces in the entire burrito. Not sure what the 8.00 was for??rice i guess. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. To get any kind of taste i had to add a ton of sauce. Definitely not worth 18.00 for two. Next time your out try Mexitaly and ask for the monster burrito. It's worth it and amazing. Now off to seating. I deducted a whole star for this. There is nowhere to sit... tiny booths, cramped seating. Needs updated. We had 4 people sitting at a booth and no one really had any arm room. read more

One of the best burrito place I've been to. I had the chicken and shrimp destroyer and it was incredibly delicious! The portion is huge, I didn't even get a chance to touch the side of tortilla chips that come with the meal. This place will definitely fill you up no matter what. They also have a variety of sauces for you to pick out which are all really good/tasty. They do have a small parking lot, but there's plenty of spaces to park on the streets. read more

Steady flow of business, low key but cool street signage and lots of Yelp stars drew me in for take-out. See my photos of the care in packaging and the Christmas-like-care wrapped burrito at the bottom of the bag. I'm either real hungry or super impressed by the customer and food care and service. Made and run by Millennials no less!!! I'm diving into the burrito and this thing is good. I went for the chicken and the smart and healthy standard of brown rice with the perfect blend of salsa, black beans, guac and sour cream is spot on. Add the squirt of lime I can taste in there and I'm eating the best burrito I've ever had. I am obsessed with the bbq burrito and I am lucky enough to have one location near my home and another near my job.

Giving one star because the guy at the register was nice. I decided to try it due to literally everyones recommendation in the area. I ordered two roburritos, two sides of hot sauce and a side if chips and guac totaling 18 bucks which is a good price. Unfortunately I was massively disappointed. First, they forgot the chips for the guac so I ended up having a side of guac for the burritos that already had guac. The sides of hot sauce tasted like a runny spicy ketchup (cool if thats your thing as my wife liked it). As for the burrito....the first half of the burrito was literally just unseasoned rice. I thought the pico was just diced tomato because it had zero seasoning and the chicken was bone dry and just like the rest of the burrito it had zero taste. You're better off buying a McCormick spice pack from giant and winging Mexican food yourself. I will not reccomend to others and I will not be back. read more

I walked in for the first time and had no clue how to order. The guys behind the counter walked me (and my family) through the process, and everything that we got was a slam dunk. They have a bunch of chipotle sauces that you can take to your table and sample- all of which were fairly hot but extremely tasty. Substitutions were no problem and the staff was easy-going and friendly while still managing to deliver our food in a timely manner. The decor is punk rock and I get the idea that not many people dine in (they still have the old tables from when the place was a Subway). We were about 90 minutes from home, though, so we sat down and enjoyed ourselves. The burrito that I got had a nice balance of meat (barbacoa), rice, and beans. The guacamole was excellent. It's a simple burrito, not stuffed with gimmicks - like chips and ranch dressing - which makes it a beautiful thing. No seasoning, or salty goop spilling out - just plain, simple, fresh ingredients. Top it off with some Old Grumpy Marks hot sauce (I truly think this is key to the full Roburritos experience), and you really have a winner. Oh, and the guacamole is FANTASTIC. Note: I have been to both Roburritos locations in York many times, and always when they were busy. This is for both dine in and carryout. Both York locations have never disappointed me and the food is always delicious - no deal-breaking complaints. I have received carryout from this Roburritos location in Dallastown once before (6 months ago) and the food was equally good, not to mention hot and fresh tasting. The experience below is based on yesterday, which may also be my final visit to this location based on the numerous and consistently positive experiences at the York locations. My experience: Called in advance and placed my order (thank God I did). Informed it would take 15-20 minutes. Got to the location. The cashier asked right when I got up to the front of the line if he could take the phone call holding. No problem. Waited 8-10 minutes awkwardly reading and re-reading the ServSafe certification and watching the other employees and wondering how nice it would be if there was a means to have one of the other briefly "idle" employees take orders in the mean time with a second iPad at the register when there's a long line. The person on the phone was making a massive order. The customers behind me began audibly making snarky comments about dying of hunger. By the time the phone call was over and I got the food, I was very annoyed thanks to the customer on the phone and the lack of a 'plan B' checkout person option that could easily be put into place if management deems it. Finally able to eat the food not too long afterwards (within 3 or 5 minutes). Burrito is cold. Tasted good. Chips however were absolutely disgusting. The texture was comparative to firm plastic. Could not eat the chips. At this time, based on the poor time management, the expectation I consistently get at the York locations setting the bar much higher and the plastic chips that were a waste of money, I personally can't really trust in spending another $20 at this Roburritos location. read more

Hands down- the best burrito we've ever had. Ingredients were top notch and well mixed with sizeable portions. Wide varitety of unique hot sauces and this place doesnt nickle and dime u for add ons such as guac like other burrito shops. We r eating here again tomorrow. What happened?! Rob's use to be the best! Super good, with a laid back atmosphere, yummy food, friendly service and lots of food! Since the pandemic it's so different. I will say we've only ordered take out in the past year but it seems like the portion sizes have literally been cut in half! It's terrible. My husband and I kept going back hoping it was just a fluke but nope. It seems to have gotten pricier too or maybe it's just not worth the price anymore. Plus you have to pay for sauce. And the employees all seem so miserable. They act as if you're bothering them. It's so terrible, Rob's isn't the same at all anymore. It makes us so sad. It was once our favorite place. Now we just say "I wish we could get Rob's." We now buy the Grumpy Mark's sauces from the local farmer's and put them on Chipotle's burritos or something we make at home. All of our friends and family agree that Rob's just isn't the same. Maybe once the pandemic is over we'll dine in and give it another chance but I don't see that happening for a very long time.
