This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. For years they have gotten my order wrong almost EVERY time I make a vegetarian substitution. I was there this evening and what a fiasco. The young man who took my order was exemplary, courteous and friendly. The young woman who brought the food was sweet and trying so hard to make my order right. I asked for the new apple pie bites, and she was quick to offer Cinnabons instead when she realized they were out of the apple pie. Then they gave me a regular nacho fries when I had ordered a large. She went back to correct it and whoever was back there was so mean to her they made her cry. Then she told me there weren't any more nacho fries. She offered just about anything I wanted to try to satisfy my order and I asked for an order of nachos and cheese. My nacho fries were burnt and almost too hard to chew, the Cinnabons tasted like they had been sprinkled with poultry seasoning, and there was a piece of chicken in my cheese sauce. My friend asked for tomatoes to be removed and paid extra for sour cream to be added and got tomatoes but no sour cream. It's been a long time since I have been to this particular store, now I remember why. Whoever actually assembles the food is terrible and rarely gets any substitutions correct. The girl did her best to give me a satisfactory experience, and I had to console her because of how badly they treated her when they were the ones who messed up my order. Bypass KFC and go to McDonalds. Did an online order for pickup in 30 minutes. Get there, go to the drive thru and they haven't even started my order. According to the manager, they don't see the pickup times. So, the same story, pull around and wait 15 minutes for pot pies! Because the order is done online, they can't refund. They've been closed during posted business hours the last 4 times I tried to go. Once was at 10:30 am on Monday, once was at noon today (Saturday), and two other times were weekday afternoons. I have no idea how they're staying in business since they're NEVER open. Okay, it's a KFC, fairly predictable and about what you'd expect. I'm pretty sure that 10 of the 11 of Colonel Sander's secret herbs and spices are salt, because one visit to KFC is my entire monthly sodium allotment, but when I get a craving for Cluck in a Bucket*, there's only one solution for it - and here I am. One interesting thing I noticed here, maybe it's in other locations but I never noticed it before, is the old "Kentucky Fried Chicken" logotype on the chandeliers. KFC has spent decades reinventing itself since fried foods landed in the crosshairs of the Fried Food Police, quietly walking away from the "Kentucky Fried Chicken" name to be rebranded KFC. Recalling the "Kentucky Fried Chicken" name is a finger in the eye of the do-gooders and good for them! It's a "Finger lickin' good!" finger in the eye, to boot. This is the first establishment I've seen that combined a KFC and a Taco Bell under one roof, having their items on the same menu. We didn't pick a side. Whichever cash register was open, we walked up to it and started ordering items from both menus. Pretty-freaken-awesome, if I say so myself. What's so peculiar that day was that I was feeling like fried chicken and he was having taco in the brain. So this worked out very well. The food came out hot. Crispy skin chicken and crunchy taco shells. For a quick bite in the area, this would be the best bet. Good location and easy in / out. Service was pretty good. They got our food out in a timely fashion, provided us with eating utensils, napkins, and sauces. It's been awhile that I've been to a fast food joint that they were in tune. Took off a star because the soda machine area was sticky and disorganized. The tables weren't clean either. Satisfied with our meals though. read more

Word got around that they have wings at KFC so we had to try them out. A 20pc was ordered so there were plenty to go around at a reasonable price, and the presentation was excellent. However, it was a complete grease-fest. We've never had greasier wings anywhere ever. Seriously the shit was dripping like we got slimed on Nickelodeon. The flavor was the same as any KFC chicken, so it was nice to have that flavor for wings, but holy hell the breading on these wings was too wild. Each wing was a ball of breading pretty much. You had to unwrap it like a present to see if you have a wing or a drum. It was mostly breading. The flavor of the chicken itself was good. I would order them with the Nashville Hot, because that sauce is amazing. Although these wings are completely unique and had 'outside-the-bucket' thinking, the pros were mitigated by the cons. They have the potential to be amazing if they'd wring each wing of grease and take a fistful of breading off before serving. Overall we're looking at a 6.4/10. read more

Not a great place to experience the Colonel's chicken. They don't sell KFC wings. The attitudes and overall discontent of the teenage employees is remarkable. Check your order when you get it & before you leave. Because it is usually wrong. Not the cleanest place either. I blame the management. read more
