The person who took the call was rude, confrontational, and not at all interested in making things right. We ended up with one of the four things we ordered, and it wasn't the chicken! Id give it no stars but unfortunately have to choose something. The dining room is absolutely filthy there was about 7 people waiting in front of me just waiting for their food. Got to the counter ordered our food and the cashier made a comment about one of the items we ordered and how "gross" it is. We proceeded to sit and wait for our food. The taco bell portion came out a good 5 minutes before the kfc portion did and when i unwrapped my chicken littles they were wrong. They were made with a chicken breast just cut in half. Horrible experience with this location. I showed up half an our later then when our order was supposed to be fulfilled and it still wasn't even started. We get there and our cashier said "Oh my lord that is such a big order are you having a party?" it doesn't matter what we were doing lady you should be happy we ordered food from you since it benefits you. The whole time all of the workers kept making comments and one was "make sure to include the biscuits we don't want to upset the hungry people". After spending the day in the waiting area at dhmc for hubby to have surgery, drove to lebanon for food to take home. Stopped and got the 8 piece chicken meal. I was starving so on hwy home pulled out a piece of chicken 59 munch on. I have never had chicken so tough i couldnt bite it nor pull apart and this was a tender! I stopped to get gas and a drink on way home, took another tender just as tough as first one! It was rubber!!!! I could not bring this home to family for supper!!! Good thing gas station sold chicken that was edible! I called the Lebanon store to tell them my disappointment. First woman was confused snd i couldnt hold a conversation, asked for manager and he finally came, apologized and gave me a password on a return trip to replace my dinner! Getting home out of the 8 tenders in the meal, 4 were inedible! Took all the chicken and tossed it out. Never have i ever has such lousy food. This Taco Bell was absolutely atrocious. When we arrived we where standing in line like clowns for 15 minutes to order. While we we ordering the worker was very rude and insisted that we got a medium drink instead of a small. After we ordered we sat down to wait for our food. There wasn't a surface in there that wasn't sticky and disgusting. I needed to go to the bathroom so went to try and find it. I walked in there and it hadn't been cleaned in years. There was poop piled up in the toilet and it smelled so bad I almost threw up. After a 40 minute wait we decided to leave and eat are food in the car. The tacos didn't even have meat in it. The most awful experience at a fast food restaurant I have ever had. The older lady running the register was very rude and short. My partner ordered Taco Bell (joint restaurant) right in front of me in line and when I stepped up she walked away for 5 minutes. When she came back she said "I won't let you order Taco Bell, it's going to be a 20 minutes wait" I asked her since I would have to wait for him anyways if I could and she goes "I said what I said". So I step back and make a choice from the KFC banner, get back in line, after a few minutes get back up to the register and she walks away again for another 3-4 minutes. It's hit or miss at this location. Ordered chicken tenders on two different visits. Both times the tenders were over fried. There will be a wait if go there. To be fair, they were slammed and as with other businesses in West Leb they can't get people to work. Entered and there was an employee, his back to the customers, for at least five minutes. The line was another customer and I. Someone else walked in. Then another. This Taco Bell is actually a combination KFC/Taco Bell. I was disappointed they didn't have the $5 Cravings Deal that is advertised on TV. It wasn't on the menu and no one seemed to have even heard of it. They did have some other combo boxes which tasted okay. The best part of the experience was the person taking my order: she was very kind, going out of her way to ask me how I was doing.
