I was told to try the new burger at Burger King so I ordered the maple bourbon burger , The service was speedy , the staff did well hustling to get orders out to the counter, drive thru and mobile orders . The burger was tasty with a little spice, but could have had a bit more real maple flavor . The fries were hot and crispy . The condiment station and dining room could use a little more TLC in keeping it stocked and clean but looked good . Burger King's just needs more patrons to visit and fill the dining room and drive thru . Burger King to have that flame grilled burger smell when you walked into restaurant and even the burgers tasted like they came off the grill yet today that taste wasn't there nor that grilled smell in the restaurant. read more

The drive through took 28 minutes between ordering time and getting the meal - the burgers were cold. While I have always enjoyed BK in other areas, I cannot recites location - in fact I will not go back. read more

Went through drive threw about 3 minutes ago so like 9:50 who ever took our order really fucking sucked rude as shit basically threw the food out the window at us. Some guy who looks like a super trooper kinda guy. Again very rude should be a door greeter instead very unhappy. read more

Service was good. Food was ok and pricey but the lobby was open unlike Wendy's across the street at 7:00 p.m. on a Thursday.

Must be understaffed. Drive through service is consistently slow. Sprite was merely soda water with barely a hint of taste. Would've gone to replace it, but we were on a hurry up trip to Boston and did not have time. Whopper Junior was fine once we received it. read more

Horrible location, 0 stars! The miserable woman working the drive-in was super rude to us, assumed we were done after ordering one thing, cut us off and overall we felt like we were an inconvenience. They advertise the new cotton candy frozen drink yet don't even have the machine for it at this location at all. I also asked for heavy pickles to my order for my Bacon King and got 0 pickles on my sandwich. Thanks so much to the lovely people next door at McDonalds for giving me free pickles! Do NOT go to this Burger King, take your money to any other fast food place on this road! read more

Atrocious wait time, soda that was so watered down I could taste the chlorine better than the syrup, and to top it all off, freezer burnt fries that were over salted to hide the aftertaste. The McDonalds nearby is a way better option than this poorly run carnival. read more

This Burger King is an entity all in itself. It exists in parallel universe where literally anything can happen, and often does. One time I visited, they had no hamburger "paddys" (per the sign). Another time, I was trapped in the drive thru line for almost an hour only to find the only two employees working there were high as kites and just filling bags with food. Not the food I ordered, just a random grab bag of food. One time they were out of sodas, so I got free pie instead. Another time they said they had no onion rings so I ordered fries, yet received onion rings and no fries. We showed the cashier who looked visibly gobsmacked when I showed him we got rings, then said "where did you get those!?!!" Our running joke is that our order is just a wish list of items you want, maybe it will reflect what you get, but probably not. It's actually kind of amusing to unpack everything to see what we got. At this point, we expect that kind of service and just accept the food roulette with a sense of humor. They're perpetually understaffed, the ambiance is what you'd see from a BK back in the 80s. I think the movie "Saw" was filmed in their bathrooms. Frankly, I think the bathrooms have seen some things and are absolutely haunted. If you want BK food with a side of chaos and a definite chance to get food poisoning in an aesthetic that makes you think corporate forgot this location existed, this is the BK for you. Enjoy your burgers, onion rings, or whatever they randomly give you, because whatever it is, it will not at all resemble what you ordered. read more

My hubby and I are currently waiting in line and have been in line for 45 minutes. We would have left long before now but have been trapped in line. The company needs to get involved and either help staff the store or shut it down. Never again will we come here. read more

If zero stars could be given I would have. Counter attendant hadn't showered in at least a week and might have been high. 25 min to get burgers and fries for four people completed. Appeared that everyone else in dining in house was having more or less the same experience. Terrible. read more

The bag wasn't even opened!!! Again how is it doordashs fault that you didn't give the delivery person all of my order!!! This place needs to be burned down. I walked in and immediately smelled sulfur and cries for help I wanted to turn away but before I knew it I was falling head over feet and laying on the ground covered in vomit, turns out a customer got food poisoning and threw up on the ground and nobody was bothered to clean it up. As soon as I stood up I went straight to the bathroom to rid myself of the stench but to my dismay more stench laid behind that door.. fecal matter was smeared on the walls and toilet paper was piled up on the floor I was non stop gagging while washing my slimy hands and wiping the green and orange chunks off my shirt and jeans. Anyway, I strolled out of the bathroom and up to the counter and asked for a whopper and fries. After a 25 minute my food was practically thrown at me. The patty had the texture similar to an eraser and the fries where old and seemed to be reheated in a microwave. Never eat at this BK you will regret it. I'm suing for $480,000.01 read more

Clearly the few staff members that work here hate their jobs and it's reflected in their attitudes. The last time I went here I had my order literally thrown in a bag and tossed on the counter in my direction, after a 30 minute wait. My son's hamburger was a roll and a hamburger patty cut in half!!! Guess they were low on burgers that day.. SMH. Honestly, if this location cannot find more high quality help they should just close. read more

Run away from this place, seriously. Went inside at 5:00 on sunday, there were a group of children running around the kitchen and trash filled lobby lobby screaming. The soda fountain was out of ice, coke, root beer, and sprite. I was the only customer inside and it took almost 10minutes for the employees to break up the social circle, wrangle their children out of the kitchen, and prepare my order of cold food. Cold enough the cheese wouldn't melt, it looked like a kraft single fresh out of the fridge on a whopper. Luckily the manager was nice enough to fill my cups from behind the counter. Too bad by the time I realized it was straight seltzer water I was already on the highway. I worked at a Burger King in high school for a summer, to let your store get like this you either don't care at all? Or are too busy getting high out back to do your side work. The last 1-2x I went here? Pretty much the same scene. If you want to have a miserable experience make this your destination. Don't do drive through, you will get stuck up to 30min behind people - nothing fast about this food. I'll be getting screened for hepatitis next week. read more

The people who work here are very nice but the management has to keep up the facility and the inventory. They always seem to be missing key items and I feel like it taxes the employees who are just trying to be the best they can be with limited product They seem to always be missing either the impossible burger or important items that are really staples from the menu. It's almost like they're having a fire sale because they're closing read more

I would like to make a complaint I went in there and ordered food and then when I went to get leave the door that I walked into I was told I couldn't walk out cause it was locked and they didn't have anyone to unlock it even though the lady running the cash register was standing there doing nothing and there was nobody in the lobby and she had just unlocked it for another customer but wouldn't do it for me. Then I proceeded to walk outside to the only other door and when I walked out the sidewalk was icy and had a huge chunk of ice and had not been taken care of at all. Probably ever taken care of. Then when I walked back inside and just explained the situation to the ignorant clerk. Her first words to me were, "omg you just fell?" After I was visibly shaking with anger and my knee was cut up and bleeding. Ignorance. Don't go here. Plus the lines are wayyyyyy tooo long. The vibe of the place was gross all the tables had food crumbs on it and after all of this I had to eat in my car cause this place is so gross. Plus the people were so fucking rude. I wouldn't even rate them 1 star. Thought about suing but can't afford it. read more

This is the worst shit hole in the history of shit holes. It is a stain on the Burger King name. Which is akin to trying to shine a turd. The drive thru was a nightmare again. Two cars in front of me and it took over ten minutes before they could get it together and even ask me what I wanted. Meanwhile the three cars behind me backed up and left. Then I was informed they only had diet coke. Are you kidding me? This is the second time in my experience and I can see by the comments it's a common occurrence. Where they don't have this or only have one choice of something. Everyone who works there should be ashamed and embarrassed. If you can't figure out how to make burgers at burger king then please remove yourself from the gene pool. Burger King corporate should shut this place down immediately! read more

I really like Whopper sandwiches. But this restaurant is so dingy, so grimy, and the people who work here so rude that there is no reason to patronize it. I have twice filed a complaint on the Burger King website but never had a response. So about this penny for whopper at Burger King, ironically at the West Lebanon New Hampshire Burger King they're undergoing some type of maintenance for their air vents in order cook my penny whopper now I'm over at McDonald's (which is about ten steps away) enjoying a McChicken because I now have to wait more then an hour to get my food and my coupon is only good for an hour needless to say. I don't know how they're still in business at this location! We had problems several times at this Burger King location BEFORE Covid. Random hours, drive-thru not working, computers not working, no food. We decided to try them again just recently and nothing has changed. We waited in the drive thru 15 minutes! No one ever even acknowledged we were there. We finally drove up to the window and the guy at the window said they didn't acknowledge us because they were "changing their headphones" and REFUSED to take the order at the window (he said he couldn't). Needless to say, we won't be giving them another chance!! read more

Went to Claremont, NH BK and was greeted with a sign that read no small Pattie's to make small burgers, now you're stuck in the line anyway. So the worker comes on and I am asking what I can get that is nearest a cheeseburger. He says, can you read the sign? sarcastically. Of course I did, that's why I am asking what is comparable... He says with bad attitude, we have nothing like a cheeseburger, with a tone like I was bothering him and actually he wishes I would not order anything, so I did not. I would of expected him to offer the bigger burgers and hold the condiments not wanted. Come to find out, it was the Manager! This guy has a terrible attitude and really does not want to be there!
