I was told to try the new burger at Burger King so I ordered the maple bourbon burger , The service was speedy , the staff did well hustling to get orders out to the counter, drive thru and mobile orders . The burger was tasty with a little spice, but could have had a bit more real maple flavor . The fries were hot and crispy . The condiment station and dining room could use a little more TLC in keeping it stocked and clean but looked good . Burger King's just needs more patrons to visit and fill the dining room and drive thru . This Burger King is an entity all in itself. It exists in parallel universe where literally anything can happen, and often does. One time I visited, they had no hamburger "paddys" (per the sign). Another time, I was trapped in the drive thru line for almost an hour only to find the only two employees working there were high as kites and just filling bags with food. Not the food I ordered, just a random grab bag of food. One time they were out of sodas, so I got free pie instead. Another time they said they had no onion rings so I ordered fries, yet received onion rings and no fries. We showed the cashier who looked visibly gobsmacked when I showed him we got rings, then said "where did you get those!?!!" Our running joke is that our order is just a wish list of items you want, maybe it will reflect what you get, but probably not. It's actually kind of amusing to unpack everything to see what we got. At this point, we expect that kind of service and just accept the food roulette with a sense of humor. They're perpetually understaffed, the ambiance is what you'd see from a BK back in the 80s. I think the movie "Saw" was filmed in their bathrooms. Frankly, I think the bathrooms have seen some things and are absolutely haunted. If you want BK food with a side of chaos and a definite chance to get food poisoning in an aesthetic that makes you think corporate forgot this location existed, this is the BK for you. This place needs to be burned down. I walked in and immediately smelled sulfur and cries for help I wanted to turn away but before I knew it I was falling head over feet and laying on the ground covered in vomit, turns out a customer got food poisoning and threw up on the ground and nobody was bothered to clean it up. As soon as I stood up I went straight to the bathroom to rid myself of the stench but to my dismay more stench laid behind that door.. fecal matter was smeared on the walls and toilet paper was piled up on the floor I was non stop gagging while washing my slimy hands and wiping the green and orange chunks off my shirt and jeans. Anyway, I strolled out of the bathroom and up to the counter and asked for a whopper and fries. After a 25 minute my food was practically thrown at me. Run away from this place, seriously. Went inside at 5:00 on sunday, there were a group of children running around the kitchen and trash filled lobby lobby screaming. The soda fountain was out of ice, coke, root beer, and sprite. I was the only customer inside and it took almost 10minutes for the employees to break up the social circle, wrangle their children out of the kitchen, and prepare my order of cold food. Cold enough the cheese wouldn't melt, it looked like a kraft single fresh out of the fridge on a whopper. Luckily the manager was nice enough to fill my cups from behind the counter. I would like to make a complaint I went in there and ordered food and then when I went to get leave the door that I walked into I was told I couldn't walk out cause it was locked and they didn't have anyone to unlock it even though the lady running the cash register was standing there doing nothing and there was nobody in the lobby and she had just unlocked it for another customer but wouldn't do it for me. Then I proceeded to walk outside to the only other door and when I walked out the sidewalk was icy and had a huge chunk of ice and had not been taken care of at all. Probably ever taken care of. Then when I walked back inside and just explained the situation to the ignorant clerk. Her first words to me were, "omg you just fell?" After I was visibly shaking with anger and my knee was cut up and bleeding. Ignorance. Don't go here. Plus the lines are wayyyyyy tooo long. Random hours, drive-thru not working, computers not working, no food. We decided to try them again just recently and nothing has changed. We waited in the drive thru 15 minutes! I really wished I had read the previous Yelp reviews before eating here. Went there on a Monday Columbus Day and the front doors were locked but the drive-thru was open. Had to wait a long time in line to get subpar food. They messed up the order ask for cheese on a chicken sandwich that did not come but they charge me . Went to Claremont, NH BK and was greeted with a sign that read no small Pattie's to make small burgers, now you're stuck in the line anyway. So the worker comes on and I am asking what I can get that is nearest a cheeseburger. He says, can you read the sign? sarcastically. Of course I did, that's why I am asking what is comparable...
