It was the most ridicules thing, they took so long to give us the food there were about 10 cars waiting for there food. There had to be only one person working because of how slow it was! Placed a mobile order. No other customsrs waiting. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Finally received my order and realized when I arrived home it was incorrect. Went the whole way back, asked for a refund for the item that I didn't receive. Was told they could not do that, and they did not offer to make it right in any way. The response was "that's not on me." I had went to this KFC in Waynesboro,PA for about 12 years until the end of April. It got so bad. Since covid they offered coupon books for their cause. They started to only give you what I was told they were told to do was 2 spoons full in your sides.I thought they wanted to get the money back from using coupons,but when the coupons were over they continued. I reported them to the PA.states attorney generals office, and they were sent a letter and then had 6 people quit at the same time counting the manager Savannah,she was so nice we liked her as she treated us like family. The new manager James started to fill the sides and the crowd came again. All of a sudden he was fired I guess because he filled the sides,and the food was back the same. The employees now do not care and the food became the worst I have ever eaten. Greasy over cooked and you did not get what you thought you were ordering from the menu. They are still today ripping people off. Everyone needs to report them to the FTC to get them to stop cheating people out of their hard earned money for false advertisement or they will continue.Because I reported them taking up for everyone they banned me. A manager Basil who never saw me before was told to ban me and when I drove up to the window ordered and only got 2 spoons full I asked for my money back and another employee William told him who I was and he banned me. You have to speak up. I now go to Thurmont,MD.. The people care and you get what they show on the menu.Everything is fresh there,you get what you see on the menu. Waynesboro did me a favor. Now I drive by and rarely see any cars and often say ,that probably are first time customers who after getting their food will never be back. Don't order the wings if you don't want hotness. Even without sauce or with honey barbecue, they will be hot. The description doesn't say it but they are ALL hot sauced under the breading. Plus last 2 times we ordered, they didn't give us a receipt. read more

For some strange reason, they don't put the Nashville hot sauce on their pc combo meals, but they do for their chicken strip meals. This Kentucky fried chicken sucks. The chickens way too greasy and soggy. They can't get the orders right. I was just there. I was the only one ar the drive up window. I ordered a three piece meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Got home, now mind you I live across town and it's 90 some degrees today. I have only two pieces of chicken no mash potatoes, and the chicken is soggy as all get out. Staff was all standing around in there talking. These people want $15 an hour yeah right. Okay, its KFC but not all KFC's serve the recipes to the same standard. I moved to the area a few years ago and tried this KFC a few times, and it sucked. The chicken were over cooked, and they tasted like they kept using the same old oil over and over again. I stopped going here for chicken and started picking my chicken up at popeyes in chambersburg for a while. Then I tried this place again a few months ago and it was great. I thought they were under new management or something. I went back several times with no issues. Then yesterday, in the late afternoon, I have the worst meal from a KFC ever. I did a take out. Firstly, the forgot to give me the mash potatoes and the biscuits. I was in a hurry so I didnt check before walking out. The girl had enough problems trying to explain to everyone that they were out of stuff. They didnt have crispy so they gave me all originals for both orders. But, worst of all, the chicken and wedges were both, way over cooked and they tasted like they were using very very old oil. I mean oil that should have been swapped out long ago. Everything had a bitter after taste because of this, I hope! My wife ate one piece, I ate two and we gave the rest to the dogs. I dont think I will be chancing this restaurant again. read more
