Service.My vist to this facility was met with no one greeting me and taking my order for about 5 to 10 minutes. This man came in and said he would be with me in a minute. He took my order and said he would bring it to me. In about 3 minutes he yelled very rudely that my order was ready and had been sitting there for 15 minutes. So my Girlfriend was on a road trip with grandson and oldest son to Charlottesville VA and got hungry so she decided to stop off at KFC as she loves some good fried chicken. She ordered a two piece dark meal, nuggets kids meal, and a chicken sandwich. Two out of three were garbage the chicken was old and hard and the fries were super greasy as well. The drive thru customer service was actually good though. But go at your own risk honestly. I know if she has to return to Charlottesville any time soon she won't waste her time here. read more

Absolutely no help, poor front checkout lady, was in a complete frazzle taking orders and then stopping to fill the order, long customer line waiting to order. Now back to the food, come on guys, your totally living off the past, the chicken has no flavoring , what is going on, all I see is poor Management and poor supervision at the store. I ordered regularly from KFC before moving to Waynesboro. My favorite part of fried chicken is the skin, and this order was dark brown, not burnt but a clear indication the oil needed to be changed. I also ordered the chocolate chip cookies based on the plated picture giving the impression they were fresh baked. Nope, they are prebaked in plastic so I would say nowhere near fresh baked by at least 3 days or more. Complete disappointment and will not order from KFC again but will check out Bojangles to see how their box meals compare. read more

Me and my boyfriend went in there yesterday evening around 4pm and the food was horrible .Mashed potatoes stiff you could hardly scoop them .Biscuits you could break windows with and 2 pieces of chicken on the bar that might have been there since lunch.We had to ask them to put some out there and they acted like we were bothering them.For $20 i can eat some where else! read more

There was something really weird about the chicken here I've never experienced at other KFCs. It was super oily and ridiculously tender to the point of gelatinous; the coating was so greasy that it just slid off and was not crunchy. I would have much rather gone to a Popeyes but the closest is almost 25 miles away. This location includes a KFC buffet for a little under $9 for an adult which is not a bad deal if you're the type who enjoys that kind of thing. As for me, I'm glad I don't have to eat at this KFC ever again. And this is probably racist but I don't trust a fried chicken joint that doesn't have a single black person either behind the counter or eating in the restaurant. Just saying. read more

The food is very dried out in the buffet. The place is dead and the employees are more interested in talking to each other than giving good service. They have not replaced a single item on the buffet in the hour I have been here with my family. Big thumbs down... Really sad. Half of the holders in the hot food unit are empty. The employees have still filled nothing and are now making terrible burping noises from the back. Absolutely horrible experience. read more

It's so sad that the customer service in this place is positively substandard. The price is fair and the food is decent, but it seems like the staff doesn't care enough to stock food, utensils, or napkins the place has become unbearable. After several visits here and experiencing a staff that obviously does not care about their customer satisfaction I will not be back. Some time ago, this was a very good place to grab a quick bite but when people walk in and are just looked at or flat out ignored by the staff it has become intolerable. read more

This was our second visit in 2 months while we traveled north to reach I81. The first visit was so good we were anxious to return. They had the $5 fillups so my wife and I had the Breast w/wing, cole slaw, drink and a cookie. Not sure who provides the chicken but it is the best. We have always loved the original recipie and they cook the breast to perfection. Both of our visits the breast were moist and really large. This restaurant is fairly new I think because it is designed with the newer floor plan. They keep the floors clean, not an easy task with so many toddlers eating there. You cannot go wrong eating here if you like great chicken at a great price. read more

Was at KFC in staunton on 11/2 at 4.50 and had the worst experience, buffet foods were dried out , nothing refilled while there ,finally got 2 chicken breast after asking 3 times,there was only crappy little pieces of chicken, while there the asst manager argued with two customers about how the buffet bar was empty and people expect fresh hot food, hich they did not have for a Friday evening rush,I was not expecting such poor treatment of customers if u want to eat there in the building,and I'm not calling it a restaurant, because of the poor service and dried out food read more

We stopped at this KFC on 6/19 at around 1:30 in the afternoon. The chicken was fine-no complaints, but I am really reviewing it because we had the nicest person serve us at the drive thru. It was really refreshing to have someone who genuinely seemed to care whether we were satisfied and had everything we needed help us. It's a rarity these days. read more
