Best kfc I've ever had. Food was fresh and delicious. I'm from out of town and stopped for lunch and I'm so impressed! 10/10!

No more KFC for me. Stopped in and ordered 8 pc original dark meat Tuesday $10 special. Got home and checked the bucket and the first piece I touched was very greasy and not very appetizing. Had a thigh and threw the skin away it was so slimy. Girlfriend at a piece and said "you can have all the rest". Put the remainder in container for the fridge and there was a puddle of oil in the bottom of the bucket. Yuck. Better chicken can be had at any of the local grocery stores. read more

Terrible! We went there on July 4, 2026 for dinner. First, they couldn't find our order. I spoke to 3 different people who kept asking me the same questions over and over again like they were stupid. After I told them what I ordered, they finally found it under a different name. I ordered a 12 piece bucket of chicken and a 4 piece of biscuits. I get home to find they gave us all nothing but legs and thighs! No white meat whatsoever. Not even a wing. We also found a piece of garbage in the bucket. There was also a ton of oil in the bucket. I called and complained to the manager, and he wouldn't even apologize. Nothing but excuses. Accepted zero responsibility. Very poor customer service. He kept insisting that I ordered "all dark meat", when I didn't. It's just common sense that you would get a variety of different chicken parts when ordering an entire bucket of chicken. When I told him about the garbage in the bucket, he said "that has nothing to do with the chicken", like it meant nothing to him. AVOID this place! They obviously have no idea how to treat their customers! read more

My wife and I had a hankering for some fried chicken, so we decided to stop at the Wadswoth KFC on Route 94. We opted to use the drive-through instead of sitting down inside. My wife ordered an eight piece dinner with a small side of fries, and I opted for the 12 piece chicken tenders with some dipping sauces. As we left the order station, i recalled the amount due was $44 and thought, "that can't be right?" So as we drove up to the payment window and confirmed it was indeed that much we almost dropped dead in the car! Whoever heard of a 12 piece tender with no sides for $23? Of course we asked why? and were told chicken went up. We are in the wrong business! read more

i just want to say that I love this place! The lines may be out the wazoo for the drive thru but the food is always worth it. Big shout out to the employees who work hard and go unappreciated. Nice enough staff, that tries. BUT. Horrible, horrible food. Dry, very rubbery chicken, and I mean chewing on a bicycle inner tube rubbery. Mac and cheese was dry and ugly looking. Tasteless mashed potatoes and gravy. And most disappointingly, a lack luster biscuit. I wont be back. Hell popeyes on Arlington runs a better show than this... They should take "world famous chicken" off the exterior of the building. 2 thumbs down.. Also specials that are advertised on the website and commercials apparently arent offered here. read more

I enjoy going here. It's like you order 3 combos, and then play a guessing game to see what they shorted you when you get home. It's actually really fun. For todays trip, I was only shorted 4 sides! I hope the employees that got to share the sides enjoyed them. read more

Every time I go through after 8pm the quality of the food seems to magically disappear... they can't do fries without them being as hard and nasty af if they double dipped them or just didn't care and gave ne hour old fries...I only get fries, biscuit, and Pepsi everytime and the fries seem to always go by the wayside... go during day when they actually care that your passing for their salaries... as far as night crew they seem to want to be somewhere else other than there... read more

Welp.....I've been craving KFC all week and finally took the trip over to the Wadsworth location. Can home to eat it & noticed our food was dry like it had been under a heat lamp for too long. Gross. We ate part of it and threw the rest in the garbage. An hour later, we're fighting over the bathroom with stomach cramps, vomiting, and severe diarrhea. My family was greeted at the door, a major plus! The staff is highly attentive, trained the right way like a well oiled machine. I've never had a good Kfc experience until now. I will continue to come to this location based on service & quality of food. The $20 fill up is such a great option for couples or families. read more

Literally everytime I eat here I want to like it. I really do. I love chicken and I love biscuits. But everytime I eat here I end up with stomach cramps,diarrhea, and etc. No bueno. You do get a cookie with your meal though so that's a redeeming quality. read more

Went there today for my family, got home to find out they didn't give me the Mac n cheese that I paid $4 for I wasn't driving all the way back then home again so called to see if I could get a refund the next day for it to find out it's their company policy not to give refunds, what company does that for that reason I would never eat there again. On arrival at 6:40 PM, I was 9th in line from the order speaker. By the time I had my food through the window, it was 7:43. Over an hour to serve 9 cars, completely unacceptable! When the gentlemen handed me the food ($30 fill-up) I asked if the dipping sauces I requested were included and he responded they were in the bag. When I got home almost 20 minutes away, there were no dipping sauces at all, NONE! He lied and we had to eat the strips without any sauce. The food was good and we like KFC, but there is no excuse in such poor service and directly lying to the customer. If you don't know the dipping sauces are in the bag, don't say they are, give the customer time to check and request them before leaving the window. When he said they were in there, I drove home without checking, assuming they were in there as he said. I was very upset when I got home and my kids had none of the sauces they requested. Bottom line, if you are craving KFC, the food is good, but you're going to wait to get your food and then check the order before you leave the window, it's likely to be wrong or missing something. read more

Stopped in at this restaurant in Wadsworth with the kids and the food was good the service was good and it's just a good place to stop in for a quick meal with the kids, especially liked the chicken it was tender and juicy everything else was fine.It would've been better if there wasn't road construction out front but you can't fault the restaurant for that. read more

This is the first time I have rated a KFC - this particular one knows what they are doing...You don't have to wait over 5 minutes in the drive-thru lane (there were 5 cars ahead of me) & the food was great. The fried chicken $5.00 combo deal is a real bargain - I hope they keep this deal on the menu. The cashier/order taker was super-friendly & the food was still hot when I got it home. I think this KFC had the right training from management when they opened this store a few months ago - can't say that for other fast food places in the area. read more

2nd time coming to this location. Both times went through the drive thru, service was really slow both times and food was mediocre.

I've gotten the famous bowl here on three separate occasions and on two of them the bowl is only ¾ full. I love the food here but from now on I will be checking my order before bringing it home. read more
