I think that in retrospect this doesn't seem that bad, but I was talking with the cashier in the drive through about how many counts do the nuggets come in, he told me 8,12,20, etc. I then asked for an 8 count. After our order, purchase, and reception of food. I realize my nuggets are not in the bag. I then drive back and try to get my nuggets, but to my suprise they were never on the order. Not my fault, but how does one not at least offer you a 8 count nugget after that. Especially a company with a record of great customer service like Chick-Fil-A. As I drove by this restaurant, I saw that the line was shorter than usual, so I jumped in it. I waited about 5 minutes before my order was taken, which wasn't bad. Once my order was taken I pulled around the other side of the building and my order was ready in about a minute. There were two lines running and they had three people outside taking orders. I felt bad for those three people because it's really cold outside in the winter. But they signed up for it, so... Anyway, I ordered a southwest chicken salad and chicken tenders. The salad came with some seeds, dressing, and tortilla chips on the side. The salad was fresh and delicious, especially the chicken. My son loved his chicken tenders. Very poor catering location. The store owner will not call me back. Their catering manager Christy Stout, blamed me for not receiving payment from an online order. It's impossible to submit an online catering order without payment. She then said they were nice to deliver without payment. Nobody would deliver a $600 order without payment. I have a copy of the original confirmed order with payment. She has now incorrectly charged my card and refused to provide a receipt, or respond to me. Do not cater here!!!! read more

This review isn't about the politics of CFA, the prices, or even the food. This review is simply a shout out to these guys for their one full year of getting my order right every, single, visit. I actually own a restaurant near this location which I opened in January of 2018, and since then have been coming here once a week on average for the past 12 months. That's probably 50 visits. As someone in the industry, I can tell you it is almost impossible to get an order right every time. ESPECIALLY in the world of fast food. On top of that, this particular location is always packed when I visit at lunch. Making their streak of perfect orders even more incredible. So, to all the crew, from the janitor to the general manager, well done. You've managed to out shine every other restaurant in your space, and by a pretty comfortable margin. Went to go complain to the manager and he left in the middle of me talking to him and didn't apologize or anything. For sure the most unprofessional service I have ever received. I've never had issues with Chick-fil-a before but this experience was a bit different. Their dining room is still closed so I ordered on the mobile app. It was overall pretty user-friendly and I got my order in no problem. Arriving there was very chaotic and confusing to say the least. They had two lines around the building: one for the drive thru and one for mobile ordering. The mobile ordering line was not well-marked so I was just guessing. Luckily I got to the right place. It seemed like I was waiting there for quite a long time for a person to run the food out. Granted, it was packed, but the system could've been a little better. Lo and behold I finally got my food and they forgot to give me my two chick Fil a sauces that I specified with the order. By the time I realized it, I was already driving away and didn't think it was worth causing a scene for 2 sauce packets. But I was disappointed to say the least. Overall, the product was still delicious! Spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, Mac n cheese, peach shake, but damn it would've been better with the sauce. I was excited to go to Chick-fil-A on my road trip, but my overall experience wasn't what I had hoped it to be. The people at the counter weren't as friendly as I'd expect for a Chick-fil-A. One of them was being trained to take orders (which I totally understand--I work at a different Chick-fil-A in Michigan), but I just wish they were a little more enthusiastic. I ordered a Spicy Deluxe (with pepper jack and colby jack cheeses) meal with waffle fries and a coke light ice. My fries were hot and tasty (which is a huge win!), but my sandwich wasn't very satisfying. It didn't taste bad, but if I had thought about it, I would've gotten a salad. And the atmosphere wasn't horrible, but I wish someone would've come and asked me how my meal was or offered a refill. First off their parking lot is chaos. I love chickfila. So much, i know the menu off by heart and have a routine of how i eat my meal. I have never, till this day, endured a poor Chickfila Experience. I was unable to do 3 separate orders, which I have been allowed to do at every other location. Service was poor. They gave me no straws, sauce, and almost didnt give me my other bag and drinks until i had to literally tell them they got my order wrong. To top it off the server did not say "My pleasure". Fast food chicken sandwiches and nuggets that are unique and tasty. We love having the Chic-Fil-A in the area for a quick lunch (or breakfast) bite. The chicken (I'm talking about the fried chicken, not the lame grilled stuff) has a sweetness to the breading that is really tasty - I assume it is some manner of addictive drug). The lemonade should not be overlooked, either. It is a great thirst quencher that is a perfect balance of sweet and sour. For breakfast, the Chicken Minis - nuggets in a tiny sweet roll - are fantastic as soon as you can get past chicken for breakfast. If you can't, though, the sausage biscuits are very good, too. read more
