So much for "fast food" got trapped in the drive thru line for over 30 min. They did apologize for the wait. They switched around the combo numbers so be careful when ordering. I tried the new Beefy Loaded Potato Griller that was good and the sauce had a little kick to it. The new Nacho Supreme dip & chips were delicious and the perfect size. And I always get a Diet Baja Blast. If they were faster they would have gotten a better review but this location is notoriously slow. read more

On a normal day, this place is average. Had complaints but never let anyone know, nor am i one that writes bad reviews. Tonight though, found a 10-inch hair in my burrito, and when I walked up to the counter to let her know what i found, and politely asked if i can have another, no Karen came out of me, I didn't ask for a manager, i was polite. She rolled her eyes, and walked away to find a manager, she actually looked shocked I had the audacity to ask for a replacement. There was another employee walking out, and cracking jokes about it. As a business owner, these 2 individuals would've been fired on the spot. Won't be back after this one and will be spreading the word. This location is not my favorite! The line will take forever even if there are only a few cars, and there is no way to leave the line if it is taking too long. The last few times I have ordered from this location my food was cold and we did not get sauce packets that were ordered and confirmed again at the window. read more

I'm surprised this location has not shut down yet from the lack of staff and lack of effort from those who are staffed there its not worth the 20-25 minute wait (minimum) for the cold stale food they provide 9 out of 10 times. I created an account just to say this is some of the slowest service I have ever experienced in the food industry.

If the food was anything like the service, it was gonna suck too. Whatever was working the drive thru on Sunday 8-28-24 around 4:45 you are not only rude but very unprofessional and shouldn't be in customer service. After I ordered my food and waiting for a response (for my total) all I got for 2 minutes was heavy breathing followed by a snarky "what do want to drink?" The first time I have ever came to a tacobell during my ENTIRE LIFE was a complete DISASTER. I am expecting a quick meal, just to wait in the line for 45 MINUTES, which is ridiculous, but not only that, while I was waiting in the line, someone was taking the orders in front of me, and all I hear behind the order taker is a manager yelling at the top of his lungs. He was cussing out his customers and even his OWN EMPLOYEES. I see why nobody wants to work there anymore and it is because of the toxic environment. Food is usually good and the people who work there are usually nice. Service is so sssssssssllllllllooooowwwwww. They seem to have trouble keeping it staffed because they have "dining room closed-drive through only" signs often. Which leads to waiting for 30 minutes to get fast food. I placed an order online for in store pick up. The doors were locked and the employees saw me outside and never came to the door. I called the store. It rang forever. When I called back, I got a busy tone which means they took the phone off the hook. So I had to get in the long line which I wanted to AVOID! Food was COLD and part of the order was wrong!!!!! They never post a sign or come out and tell people this. This location might as well close because they seem like they are extremely understaffed. Tonight, I was about 30 minutes away and called ahead to ask what time they are closing tonight, because I would have gone to a different one. The man who answered told me they close at 10:30 tonight.
