Happy meal with no burger. Honest mistake but I had to wait 5 minutes at the counter with the happy meal in my hand trying to get someone to look at me. The people here hate their jobs. Literally the worst McDonalds I've ever gone to. No matter what time I go the wait is unreal. Doesn't matter if you use drive through, go inside, mobile order ahead, drive up...it's ALWAYS terrible. Just waited 40-45 mins for food. Went in asking for the manager name and she hesitated, asking me "why" I wanted her name. Sad. Got a "quarter pounder", this was 100% a normal paper thin "burger" that was dryer than the Sahara on a stale bun. Absolutely garbage. THEN the oreo mcflurry is just a cup of vanilla with a sprinkle of oreo on top that i watched the worker put on with her bare hand and then wipe her crumby fingers on her pants. If 0 was an option that is what this restaurant deserves. I deliver for doordash. They always take forever. So when I went in the other evening I checked the screen and of course it was not ready so I went to the bathroom. Upon exiting the restroom I immediately slipt and fell on a freshly mopped floor with no wet floor signs present. 2 employees that were on break just sat there and stared at me. Once I was finally able to get up and retrieve my phone which flew across the room , I went to the counter to confront the manager. She holler to the guy that was mopping and told him to put signs up, turned around and walked away completely ignoring me. They didn't care that I had gotten hurt and made me wait another almost 8 mins. for the food I was to deliver to be ready. This McDonald's seriously needs a management and staff overhaul. read more

This location has always had poor service. New building is a good thing. The old building was literally from the 70's. A highlight actually , to finally have a new updated building but it's apparent the slow sad service is still the same. Quality of food is never good. Filet of fish barley had a nickel size of sauce and the fries were thrown in the bag and all over the bottom of bag. Time after time they have issues w simple orders. Why is it so hard to hire decent help? Drive to Norton or Medina or even the truck stops in Seville and get far better service. Stay away from Wadsworth! read more

Made two trips to this McDonalds this week. First one, I ordered two mcflurries. I waited 10 minutes inside (no one ahead of me, but four behind me) Listened to the young girl complain and say she needed a hug from some dude as she cleaned the coffee filters, opened happy meal boxes and whatever else she could do to not wait on me. I finally placed my order and waited as she made the first mcflurry, (she put on the counter, did some other things and finally got around to making the other. She placed it on the edge of the counter towards her and left the area. (she never said a word to me). Both were covered in icecream on the outside which I had to clean off myself. Also why I was there waiting an older gentlemen came in because they forgot part of his order. He said he was done waiting and just wanted his money back! A few days later I go again to use an app on my phone. In drive through lane behind six cars for over 15 minutes. I finally get to order, get up to the window TO PAY and the young man tells me they are out of chicken! He was very apologetic and asked me if he could get me something else, of course I could not use my app so I left without getting anything. If you are out of chicken why would I go through the order process without knowing this. Truly one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Looks like we will be driving a little further to Norton if we want McDonalds. Not even worth one star truly :( read more

We just stopped at this McDonald's and ordered a cheeseburger and sausage egg mcmuffins. The breakfast sandwiches were fine however when I opened my burger there was no patty. There was cheese, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. So basically not a burger. They also said they couldn't do hash browns there. DONT GO HERE. read more

They constantly forget things or give you the wrong food. The past two times we've gone I've received sweet potato pies instead of the apple pies I ordered. I received a single quarter pounder instead of the double quarter pounder I ordered and paid for. My kids meals are almost always wrong. The fries are normally room temp and only about half full.
