I haven't been to KFC in over two years because every time I would order the staff would always forget items on my order & when I would go in to get my missing items it was like I was bothering them and they were very rude. So I stopped going. Yesterday, I thought it's been so long I'll give it a try because I thought it would be better. I ordered & paid online fir faster service since it was a school night and I received my email confirmation stating to pick up my order inside. I got there and both doors were locked and no sign was on the door stating online orders needed to go through drive through or that the dinning area was closed.‍ There was a long line for the drive through but I didn't have a choice since I already ordered & paid. The girl at the window was nice. I had quite a large order with a large family meal, and individual meals so I asked for Ranch, butter & honey. I got home and started unpacking everything. I received 2 ranch, 1 butter & lots of honey. 2 ranch for several large chicken strip & popcorn chicken orders & 1 butter for about 8 biscuits... Then the worst was they forgot a complete meal for my child yet again! After a few years I thought they would be better but I was SO wrong! I tried calling their phone number several times & yup, no answer or machine to take messages. I couldn't go back because it was getting late so I'm out over $10.00 & another bad experience. I don't understand how this place continues to give bad service after all this time & stays open. Why does this place have a dining room when it seems it's never open to the public??? I dropped by at least a dozen times to spend my money there....and the Doors are locked...yet their Drive-thru is open??? Only one couple in here besides me. Several employees but no one came out to clean the dining area. Pretty messy. I just sat at the cleanest table. Came to study before class... And grab a bite to eat.... Food is okay but this place seems vacant and messy. I'll stay a while and see if they come clean the tables. Alright I stayed from 5:40pm (time on my receipt until 6:14pm (time now in my car) and no one ever came to clean the dining area. It was really bad. When I went to refill my soda there was an out of order sign on the machine. It said to please see personnel to get refills. The best thing were the employees. Several of them were cheerful and had really good customer service skills but no one was out on the floor cleaning. Not sure who the manager is here, but whoever it is wasn't doing a good job. The floors were dirty. Trash everywhere. Tables were all dirty, seriously no clean tables. Crumbs, food, old cups, napkins on floor, a smashed container on floor by restrooms and 4 of those yellow "caution" signs out all over the place. Supposedly so you don't slip on the pieces of smashed chicken or potatoes on the floor. Worse is several tables are in disrepair. When I got up from mine the edging grabbed my clothes and pulled at the fabric on the sleeve of my sweater, scraping my skin like a cat scratch and then snapped back against the table. I looked and saw the edging had been broken off and it was quite sharp on the edge. Sadly the place makes you want to gag while trying to eat there. Pretty unpleasant experience. For over 40 years my family has loved KFC and for most of those 40 years we have gone to this location only to be severely disappointed the last few years, each time just hoping they would improve to just even a shadow of what they once were. Ordered takeout today and when I went to pick it up, two employees weren't wearing their masks properly. Their masks weren't covering their nose and was barely covering their mouths. Once at the pay window, KFC would not take cash unless you had the exact amount. I get home with the order. We are missing mashed potatoes. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I received leg thigh meal deal with an unidentifiable object in the thigh. I took pictures and a video of what was in my food. I promptly called back and told them and the person who claimed to be manager, Jordan Fox, said to bring it back and I would recieve a refund. When i get to the store another individual claims to be a manager and looks at my meal, refuses to get me a refund and tries to offer me more food. I did not want more food as i was already dissatisfied and disgusted by the food i originally recieved. I explained that the person I spoke with told me to bring it back and was also the one who took my order but the manager refused a refund. I left and then later call to request the General Manager's name and contact info and the manager,Anna, refused to do that. If I could put zero stars I would. Last night 9/4/19 around 5 my daughter and I went in to have dinner. We walked up to the counter and the manager (I suppose she was) didn't say hello just turned her head and said she would be with us in a moment. she then turned around and went to the drive up window and asked the worker if he needed help, then she walked into the back to talk to other employees. A couple walked in behind us and said I guess she doesn't want to wait on us. We waited and waited until finally I told my daughter lets go they don't want our business.
