Ordered extra-crispy chicken through the drive-thru and was told there would be a five-minute wait. Get to the window, and Braden, the "manager", asks if we wouldn't mind changing our order to half crispy/half original. We tell him no, of course. He tells us there's going to be a wait, and I let him know that the guy who took the order, Anthony, already mentioned there would be a wait. Then he tells us it's going to be another 25 minutes. I parked my car and sat there, and after 15 minutes of waiting, went inside to check the order. FOR 15 MINUTES, NOT ONE PERSON ACKNOWLEDGED I WAS THERE. When the girl behind the counter finally did acknowledge me, I told her I was still waiting for my order. She took my receipt, walked into the back and returned about 3 minutes later to tell me it would be another 5 minutes. Been waiting now for a little over a half-hour. Over the next 15 minutes, she does the same thing a couple more times. Finally, a full 45 minutes later, she places the bag on the counter, pushes it toward me and said, "Here you go" while turning away. read more

The Saturday staff at this store doesn't appear to care about anything. Well maybe they care about what time they get off but they certainly don't care about customer service. The orders are always wrong and the quality of the food is consistently poor. KFC usually has pretty good stuff but this place is terrible. Was not happy at all with my last visit.When employees are off the clock and standing around taking with employees who are on the clock playing around and using profanity as your customers are eating,then I have an issue with the matter.I could not just sit there.I immediately got up and addressed the matter to a manager who I could not believe she was a manager,because the employee who was using profanity was addressing the manager,because of her food that she received was old.No place what so ever in any work place for an employee to use profanity, So many things went wrong.When your customers eat in,make sure that your customers have a complete line of utensels. I like chicken. I like potlucks. When one has to work late what better pit stop than KFC for some hot bird? Positively joyous occasion to pull into the lot and see nobody was there because I've never had good luck at the drive thru. You want mac n cheese as a side? How about corn on the cob? The order taker repeats your order back to you, your mac n cheese or corn on the cob is ON the receipt, you get home and it's always coleslaw and mashed potatoes (gravy is a whole other matter). Happens every time. They are consistent, I will give them a star for that. Anyways, a 12 piece bucket of bird will run you $21.99. That is some expensive poultry but for the convenience, it's the price one pays. They charge a 50 cent fee to use a credit card or in my case a debit card. I handed her my debit card to pay and she says if I don't have cash that I have to pay a 50 cent fee. I said its my debit card which is like cash and she said "the machine just sees a card and is going to charge you" It might only be 50 cents but it felt so unethical to charge me for how I pay. KFC officially lost me and my family as a customer. Our tab was $26.84 and because of that 50 cents I'll never pay another penny at KFC. read more

Today was 3 different things they could have easily avoided just by listening. I ordered the chicken littles combo with NO PICKLES and a side of mash potatoes.. not only did they put pickles in my chicken littles, they gave me potato wedges instead of the mashed potatoes. We ordered the $30 fill up bucket that came with: 8 pieces of chicken & 12 chicken tenders, a large coleslaw, 2 large mashed potatoes with gravy, and 4 biscuits. When I got home, the order was wrong. I got our chicken with coleslaw & mashed potatoes with gravy but inside of the box that was SUPPOSED TO BE with biscuits, there was only 4 chicken strips and 1 biscuit(that biscuit was hard). Come here every so often when I'm feeling lazy and each time, it's pleasant. The people behind the counter are slower than usual, but I have to say I know what it's like working in the fast food industry and people have unrealistic expectations at times with how quickly their food or beverages should be ready. I have dined in and taken out through the drive-thru, so each experience is a little different, especially the time which you choose to arrive. If you go at peak eating times, say lunch at noon or dinner at 7, be ready for it to be busy. This time, my boyfriend and I checked in, ordered, and received food within 10 minutes and received a free Go Cup with purchase of meal after showing the coupon. They validated it, handed us our food, and we left on our merry way. It tasted good, and was only $13.10 for the two of us. That's pretty good for two meals. read more

I went to the KFC on the corner of Mills and Telegraph. This place is the worst. I was waiting in line in store along with about 8-10 other people for about 25 minutes. We all started to notice that they were only serving drive-thru customers. I asked if they were going to serve us and we did not receive a response. Tonight my hubby wanted KFC and I hesitated because the service and quality of the food at this location is always lacking. Today was not the first time, but one of many. First the person taking the order speaks like she doesn't want to be there and is extremely rude. No unsweetened tea, no coleslaw. The chicken strips look like they weren't breaded or had been warmed longer then they should have, fries barely warm and definitely not like the picture. I requested BBQ sauce and honey when she handed me the food and it was completely sticky. I had to pull out a wipe to clean my hands before I could drive away, no exaggeration. In these times where we are trying to help businesses stay in business because of the COVID-19 lockdown you would think that KFC would be happy we chose them over someone else. Unfortunately, next time we will be choosing someone else. So I call the location she told that I had to come back to get the items. Well it was late I said can I come another day and she said yea but not promising they well give what you where missing because you don't have the receipt.
