This review is solely for their drive thru as that is the option I always choose when I al eating here. I always order through the app. It makes the time and experience was easier on both ends. I love their promotions such as their munchies meals. I recently tried their gremlins meal and the midnight snack shake was the best. Their mini churros are a must go to as well. I do wish their presentation was a little bit better as sometimes the food just looks thrown in there but for fast food it's a go to. read more

My husband and I stopped at this Jack In The Box today after church and were very pleasantly surprised. There was a new employee, Natalie, at the window and she was a breath of fresh air! A friendly smiling face always makes the food taste better, but she was efficient and got our order right, unlike the Jack In Rhe Box yesterday that we stopped at in Camarillo. I've been going here for years but I noticed it's definitely a hit or miss if you go after 6pm it's a miss terrible food and service. Last night was one of the worst times, I went through the drive through and it took forever and the people were rude. Before I drove away I checked the bag and it was completely wrong and things were missing, I went inside to get the items that were missing. When the women was making my missing items I noticed she was only wearing one glove when I said something about it she started cussing at me in Spanish. Terrible don't recommend at all read more

If you want to redeem the jack in the box app coupons, it is more hassle than it is worth. The McDonalds app is way better. I don't know, man. Maybe it's because my taste buds have changed, having become overly sophisticated to appreciate the simpler things. Or maybe they have become just plain numb. Or maybe the quality at JitB has just declined over time... But the Jumbo Jack just doesn't hit as good as it once did in prior years - back during the glory days of The Meaty Cheesy Boys (remember them?) and when they did commercials that were subtly targeted towards goofy stoners. Even with two slices of cheese I find it hard for the Jumbo Jack combo to justify an $8.29 price tag. On the plus side I do strongly believe their fries are at the same level, if not better, than McDonalds and other fast food places. It's crisped just right, accompanied with good lightly salted flavor. Another positive for this location is that it has a self-service Coke machine that have multiple flavors in stock. Not like other past ones that would run out of every flavor except Diet Coke. In fact at this location the new Coke Zero Cream Soda was quite a treat! My wife got the Fajita Pita which is further down the menu and around $9.99 for the combo. I'm surprised they still make those. The interior was fine. Just not a fan of needing a key or asking to get buzzed in to use the restroom. Not a good sign for the surrounding neighborhood. At least their commercials are still entertaining. read more

How do you mess up the simplest of orders? The guy in the drive thru clarified what I wanted twice, read the order back to me twice, confirmed at the window and still got it very, very wrong. How??? Spring Rolls and Cheesecake with a Fanta Soda. I went on a late night craving snack when I was attended by a Latino male Abel and the manager Aliha. They both gave me a hard time over a cheesecake. Seems like the manager was in a bad temper. She snatched the $20 bill i gave her and had a attitude because I was verifying my order was correct. I felt I wasn't welcome. I asked to speak to the manager and Abel said Aliha was the manager. She had me waiting for about 10 minutes and never came to speak to me. So unprofessional. I give them -2 stars for customer service in which the cashier chewed my minor daughter out for their mistake in placing our order wrong. Averages out to one (1) star. Ordered 2 Double Ultimate BACON Cheese Burgers and Two taco's. Got home to enjoy and the Taco's were so old the tortillas were like rubber and just nasty! I made a purchase and didn't get home with one of my items. A .99 cent taco. On my next visit I told the manager about the error and requested a credit for the item I did not receive. His response, if I didn't call the store immediately upon discovery that they would do nothing. My average visit to this store is around $10.00 to $15.00 two or three times per month. Service took about 5 minutes to just be acknowledged then while waiting for our food, Carlos (an employee) is cursing at other employees, then another woman kept her back turned on us, while sitting on her cell at the register. The store was not clean at all. Our order was wrong and when I said what we needed, the woman that was on break started to argue that they can replace the item. I walked out, since I do not need to argue with anyone. Plus, it seemed 2 other customers were about to argue with them since 1 woman was waiting for her food outside and her bag was sitting there, and nobody knew who it was for. It was just chaos there. Oh my gosh you won't believe this lady. She said oh good lord what do you want at the drive-thru. We ordered a strawberry shake and fries. She said are you serious I just wiped the machine. I have been coming to this Jack in the Box since it opened, when I was in high school. It was so exciting to have a place you could buy something to eat after 10pm! And a drive through, too. Ventura was moving into the big league! Now, the cheap tacos keep me coming back, as well as the occassional burger. The tacos aren't the best around of course ( I actually read they are vegan, with soy protein!). But they are still a great tasting snack when you pull into town at midnight and are hungry! read more

Worst Jack in the Box in all California! Besides being dirty seems like this location are crooks and food always cold with stale fries. The four times I've been to this location they purposely leave out items you purchase. Managers are no help, probably the leader behind the scheme. Even when confronted they refuse to replace an item that you had paid for. Customer service is non existent nor the fact they care besides their pockets. The owner of this location should be ashamed that under their nose this is happening and yet they don't do anything about it. Why I go to Jack in the Box? The Original Ice Coffee and the Chicken Fajita Pita, and there egg rolls aren't bad in a pinch and those coupons we get in the mail don't hurt either! Servers are pleasant to deal with, and are always friendly, food is always hot, and they are one of the few fast food places that get it when I ask for extra Ice in my drink. If you are ordering from the drive through, it's a good thing to verify your order before you leave, as I've driven away with the wrong thing before, so if in doubt before you hit the gas, save yourself the frustration and ask. read more
