I went to the drive thru she was very respectful and asked me how was my day going and my food came out fast. 10/10 experience

We don't usually do fast food but decided to stop while traveling on 75 N. It's a typical older KFC, layout and lighting. Tables, floors and restrooms looked like they were freshly cleaned. Food is ordered and paid for at the kisok, a very easy process. We ordered a 2 piece meal with mash potatoes, biscuits, a drink and apple pie poppers. Fresh and flavorful. Also ordered 2 chicken "littles" which are mini chicken sandwiches. The first one was fine, the second one was overcooked and dry. I asked for a replacement, and was given one with a smile. AWFUL insect in my lemonade, also messed up my chicken sandwich order put mayonnaise and pickles when i said no.

Be careful when you hop off I75 in Valdosta. This ia the worse KFC love experienced. The chicken was spoiled as shown black and they refused to replace at drive up window. The lady wanted to replacw just the piece that was stink and black. That's after all the pieces had touched everything in the box. I live 400 miles away and they wantes to offer me a meal to come back. I would not eat from your place again ma'am. read more

People were very nice! And plenty of food, it was hot, tasty, and very satisfying. Service was quick and I was in and out.

I had a chicken craving on the 4th of July and this place was within walking distance. There were only a couple other customers in the building but the drive-thru was banging! The staff was friendly and my order was taken and fulfilled without issue. The building seems like it could have accommodated quite a few customers. The ambiance was easy going. It's hard to say lots of things about your average KFC and this is your average KFC. read more

Okay, I'm from Kentucky, and this is the best KFC buffet that I have been to! We were traveling through on a Sunday afternoon and the place was packed, which must mean it is a local favorite. The chicken on the buffet was plenteous, and they also offered ham, hot vegetables such as corn, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, and macaroni and cheese. The salad bar offered green salad as well as potato salad and coleslaw. Everything that was supposed to hot was hot, and everything that was supposed to be cold was cold. Everything was refilled when needed, and the staff was friendly. So glad we stopped here for lunch on our way through Valdosta. read more

Why is it that ALL KFC's aren't country buffet. It would easily double thier business over night. Various styles of chicken all the country sides like collard greens, beans and rice, green beans, corn, mash tAters and gravy, casseroles, desserts, and a salad bar. Plenty of items to fill your belly with. All of it was kept fresh, hot, and all the tables were kept clean. I really would eat at KFC more Often if I could find more well kept buffets like this location. read more

Typically I don't have a great experience at any KFC, but on the way back from a road trip from Florida I decided to give this location a try. A big surprise was the fact that it has a buffet, and it was super affordable. The cashier was amazing, she was super friendly and very helpful. She even gave me a free drink with the buffet because I was having trouble deciding if I should get a beverage. The buffet had a variety of options, and due to the popularity of the buffet with the locals, the food doesn't stay on the buffet for long. But as a result, the food is always hot and fresh. I stepped into this location only because it has the buffet. Despite there being no one in line at the counter, a new credit card device was slowing things down considerably. The buffet price is +$7 and doesn't include a drink. A small drink drives the price up over $9. I was a little worried. The buffet was heavy on the sides and low on protein. I guess they try to control costs by making sure the chicken pans are barely replenished. Despite multiple trips to the buffet, there was never any grilled chicken. The original recipe pieces were pretty anemic looking. They were too salty too--and believe me, I like salt. I checked every table in the dining room in search of pepper sauce for the greens. Every bottle was empty. I brought my used plate up to the buffet when I saw what I thought was grilled chicken coming out only to be scolded for not waiting in line at the counter for a clean plate. At that point I bugged out. Buffet is not worth the price. Stick with the combos if you're desperate. read more

We've stopped at this location twice, and both times have been consistent. The lady at the cash register is so nice and personable. She strikes up a conversation with everyone that comes to the register. With it being a "country buffet", they offer more items than KFC does traditionally (like greens, lima beans, black eyed peas, corn bread, cobblers, and more). KFC + those sides. Definitely yummy. And, they make sure that everything is refilled and hot. To me, the only negative is the buffet area/layout. It is fine if just 1-3 people are around. Any more than that and it quickly becomes too crowded and a hassle to fix your food. read more

Its 5 o'clock in the afternoon. I walk over from my hotel and go inside. The place is full and there's about 15 cars in the drive thru. I try to order a 10 piece meal and the person behind the counter politely informs me they are out of chicken and it will be a while before they can fill my order. THAT'S ALL THEY SELL IS CHICKEN!!! HOW THE HELL CAN THEY BE OUT AT 5 o'clock?!?! What happens to all the cars in line who haven't placed their orders? I walk out wondering to myself what just happened! read more

My sweet husband and I stopped by the kfc buffet on a family trip and found it to be excellent. They have a great selection - original and crispy chicken, collard greens, corn, potatoes and gravy, pinto beans, chicken and rice, biscuits and corn bread, salad bar, and apple and peach cobbler. I arrived at least 30 minutes before closing but they openly and loudly informed the cashier that they were cleaningup and that she needed to check what was available before she took an order as I guess they were no longer cooking on shift. I could not order what I wanted, hot wings. One loud and rude female employee was loudly expressing her displeasure with the lack of equal work output by 'yall managers'. she said loudly and clearly, "Kevin, ... I dont like that". This is while she was packing my takeout meal. Then she would not hand it to me, the customer, but she handed it to Kevin (manager) to hand to me delaying my continued road trip slightly but too much more. Keven gestured toward me but she said, there, without any regard to me, the customer, "I want you to do it". He did. The order was wrong, I learned in the car. So, I had to delay my trip again, to go get it fixed. Worst and dirtiest location in town. The staff are slow, inept and can't tell a breast from a thigh. Went through the drive-thru today against my better judgment, and I spent 15 minutes behind two cars only to get the wrong order. They need to determine if they're going to run a buffet or sell off the menu because they absolutely stink at doing both. read more

I love KFC, the chicken is delish! I love how they have it set up as a buffet and you can get as much food as you want! I personally like their biscuits and their mac and cheese, what I like the most is that the customer service is friendly and how empty it usually is, I love taking my family here for a good time of having a REAL country meal, instead of the constant stress and struggle of bumping into people at a restaurant, this is nice, I love it. I will be coming here again you can count on it, this was a very nice place to come, especially when I first came to Valdosta. read more
