before today, I would have given 5 stars. But Connor is not only uninformed, he is uneducated on food safety in regards to allergies and autoimmune diseases as related to food. We have eaten here almost every week for two months. I asked what protocol was in regards to gluten, and was assured of the precautions that they take to make sure that someone who has issues will not get Cross contaminated or sick. However, when I came in earlier this employees used his gluten hands to touch the condiments on the top and the sides on the top. That was fine, because every other time I've been they got my from the bottle. informed me that they would not do that, that it was fine. I told him it was not fine, that it would make me deathly sick. He just shrugged like he didn't care. Not only that, I decided not to eat here because I didn't get sick. I feel like management needs to be aware that they have a callous employee who does not care about precautions being taken for people who get sick. But took it himself to not make my grandson's milkshake that I paid extra for. After 20 minutes, I went to ask how long it took to make a milkshake. connor just decided not to make it. Very accommodating for my no oil bun and placing veggies on the side. Speaking of veggies, think fresh variety of mushrooms, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, peppers, etc. All included. Soft bun held up to ketchup and mustard on the garden burger over a few hours of trip time. Our daughter loves this place, so when we came up to visit, she insisted on bringing us here--and we're glad she did. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. I've been here twice now and each time service is great. Very friendly, welcoming staff. I do like the way they have you order then you kind of shuffle to the side and have them add the toppings to your burger subway style. Both times though I commented how I did NOT like the buns. They are not good. Unfortunate because their burgers are good! Upon reading reviews others have left I see I am not alone here.... (Is anyone listening? Find a new bun plz) Ambiance is okay. People were super friendly, and very accommodating. Music was good, interior was not very well maintained. By that i do not mean dirty, the place was clean, but the seats were ripped and duct taped together and such. Don't be fooled by the pictures on the windows, these are typical smash burgers, nothing special. The buns were too large for a single, and probably even for a double, and they were not very soft. The buns didn't appear to be toasted or buttered or anything, but they do have a toppings bar for the chef to add your toppings similar to subway or something. The instructions on what to do aren't super clear, so some kids didn't get toppings right away. They have a great selection of seasonings for the fries which were a little soggy for my taste but in fairness they were the poutine fries. The cheese curd was melted and the gravy tasted like typical jarred gravy, which was fine. I would recommend pairing the garlic parmesan with the poutine. It was the best part of the meal. I threw away mutliple people's buns and at least one patty. They serve Coke products and amazing chewable ice. Probably won't go back but would go if invited, and would get a sprite and poutine. read more

Relish is a great option for burgers. I must say that I appreciate the emphasis on this new trend of restaurants that offer a better alternative to the multiple national fast food burger chains. Relish is another option when you want a juicy burger, but want an elevated burger beyond what is offered at the multitude of national burger chains. Relish makes a very good burger. They boast that their burgers are never frozen and I have to say that their burgers are definitely a wonderful meal. Add to that a nice order of fries and you are indulging in a pure bite of Americana. I have wisited a few other Relish locations and I have enjoyed them I was honestly a bit surprised to find Relish had opened in Valdosta, Georgia, but I am sure that the people of Valdosta are very appreciative that Relish has expanded into Valdosta. read more

We looked up restaurants to eat at while in town and this was a great first choice. The staff was so polite and helped us first timers in choosing toppings and sides and sauces. I had the single burger with cheese, bacon and egg. The next staff helped to choose the sauce and dressings for the burger and also choosing 1/2 fries and 1/2 onion rings. To me this place is like 5 guys meets chipotle. Everything is made right in front of you and you pick all your toppings and sauces. It was great. We stopped in Valdosta for the night on our way home from South Florida. The restaurant was clean and there were other customers eating and waiting in line, so we knew it couldn't be terrible! Order at the counter and stick around to pick your toppings. Kids loved their chicken sandwich, grilled cheese, and burger. I had the single patty with pepperjack cheese. I guy adding toppings did a great job with not skimping on what i wanted. I liked the boom boom sauce! Loved the garlic parmesan and cajun seasoning too add. Not a fan of the curry ketchup, although other customers seemed to like it. My hubs had his burger with lettuce instead of a bun. I tried it bc in usually more of the healthy picker, but i must admit that the lettuce took away the taste of the burger (to me). I would certainty go back. This is my second time here. One thing that I loved more that anything is that it still tastes the same! Once you enter, you place your order and then they ask what toppings you want while your burger is cooking. Then you have options of fries, onion rings of both. The burger is seasoned great and all of the toppings are fresh. They got salmon burgers, the impossible (vegetarian), chicken, you name it. I really like this place. The portions are good and the staff is always pleasant and friendly. Will never eat here again. They have a special on Tuesday $2.00 off a burger fries and drink. After we order we are told that will be $36 dollars and change. We said what about the $2 dollar discount. Cashier said oh you have to ask for it. WHAT let me talk to the manager, guess what the manager backed him up. Ironically found this place on Yelp while working in the area. Im not that familiar with the area so it sounded good. From the time we walked in we were greeted with a genuine welcome by friendly staff. The General Manager is a super nice personable guy that works along side his staff and rubs off on them in the best possible way. Now the food... It is cooked to order and fresh. Burgers, fries, sweet potato fries, milkshakes, chicken, and even veggie burgers. After you decide what you want they cook it right in front of you and you tell them how to dress out your burger or chicken sandwich. They offer an abundance of toppings. I had them grill me some onions and mushrooms for my burger. My friend had fresh avocado added to her chicken breast sandwich. The fries were hot and fresh and a good size cut for crispiness.
