If this was my first Zaxby's experience, I would never be back. It started with a dirty restroom with no toilet paper. We ordered only to find the drink machine in the dining room to be out of ice. We had to wait in line again to get cups of ice. Then after receiving our food we tried to get napkins only to find that dispenser empty too. My Cobb Zalad was good and on par with other locations, but the fries my husband ordered were so salty they were not edible. The trash cans were so full that they were overflowing. We had to put our trash on top of the trashcans. The whole time we were eating, there were what appeared to be two managers sitting in a booth together on laptops and phones. read more

Food is hit or miss. Their Cobb salad is usually good. The staff is always friendly. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness. The floors are always sticky and the tables are filthy...makes me wonder how dirty the kitchen is. read more

This is not a good Zaxbys at all! Zaxbys has some of the best fast food and this location still gets it wrong! Too many kids/teenagers playing around the food not being serious and leaving their work area in the middle of meals. I was the first in line and I got pulled forward while 5 cars passed me. When I walked in the window person is not on station and my food is sitting getting cold and I'm sitting outside for 20 mins stop giving anyone a job! read more

I'd like to first say that I absolutely love Zaxby's. I've been to two other locations in Orlando which have always been on point. This location, there was a long line inside, and the restaurant looked a mess. They got my order wrong. The food was good except for the wings, they were soggy. But the chicken fingers and everything else tasted like they should. read more

Zaxbys - Literally just the fries. Opened the box to fries, would've been okay if the fries were seasoned but they weren't. - Fast Food Near Me - Valdosta, Georgia

Went here for the first time. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with fries & a drink for $5.99 - good price! The sandwich was served with green leaf lettuce (not iceberg), 2 tomato slices & honey mustard. The crinkle cut fries were average. I loved the freestyle Coke machine & tried the peach Sprite. My husband got the sweet tea so I tried his & it was some of the best tea I've had in awhile. Kudos to the staff for the clean restaurant & bathrooms! read more

I walk in, no one wants to help. I ordered online. When I do speak to someone and tell them my name, they don't actually acknowledge that they received it or not. They are literally just standing around instead of helping. (Picture below). When in Valdosta, Zaxbys is NOT place to go. There is Zacadoos and Chick Fil A, both with better customer service than this place. read more

Horrible service. The food is cold when you get it. My order was wrong (the cashier keyed it in wrong). I asked for my meal to be prepared a certain way and was told they won't do that, knowingly it had been done many times before. The rude cashier doesn't speak properly and you can't hear her. She will say a name like your standing nose to nose, if you are right at the counter, she will leave it. I watched her say a name. The person ordered ahead of me so I knew whose order it was, I walked to where they were seated and told them the order was ready. When the patron told the rude cashier their name had been called she said NO it hasn't and walked away. Chick fil an across the street from this location has never had such rudeness. read more

Me and my friends went to Zaxbys on a school trip and only had an hour to eat and get back on the bus. I was the first in my school to order food at 4:15 and had to be back on the bus at 5 well I was waiting in line waiting for my food to be called and people who ordered 25 mins after me were getting their food before me. They kept taking the food that was in my order and handing it to other groups and were sitting on their phones while food was ready to be passed out and I didn't get my food till 5:12. Terrible trip to Zaxbys. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. I waited for my mobile order for 20 minutes in the curbside spot and when I finally went inside to check on it I stood at the counter for 5 more minutes before I had to literally wave someone down to give me my food which had been sitting on the back counter the whole time. I literally felt invisible and when I finally got someone's attention she was so mad that I bothered her that she threw my order down on the counter and walked away without saying anything. The store was not busy and did not seem understaffed so I don't know why this happened. This is also not the first awful experience I've had at this Zaxby's. Guess I just have to drive across town to North Valdosta Zaxby's from now on. :( Literally employees were just standing around doing nothing and visibly ignoring me. read more

We have never experienced since poor, insensitive service! Received nothing correctly from the four meals ordered. Wanted to argue about what we did order. No effort to make it right! When I asked for a refund they first left on the drinks. Seriously?!?' This review required I give at least one star. It doesn't deserve ANYTHING! read more

Ordered a basic chicken strip combo. Chicken had hard edges from an excess amount of overcooked batter and the fries were cold. Asked for some hot fries. They had to start a new batch of fries and just left me standing at the counter while they cooked them. No one seemed to care about any customer service. I will count that as my Zaxby's visit for this decade. read more

Terrible wings and fries. The toast was only cooked on one side. Ugh! Dirty! Nice people though!

Probably the most legit Zaxby's I've ever been to in my entire sad and miserable life. I've taken to just going through drive-thru restaurants when traveling for work as more than minimal interactions with people has become quite painful for me as of late. This drive-thru was quick, friendly, and my sprite wasn't just carbonated water, which is my utmost pet-peeve at fast food establishments. Chicken was hot-n-ready (just like the women I used to date in college), french fries were still fresh and expressing what it's like to be free in this great land. All in all, I've been coming to Valdosta for 5 years now and never stopped by this Zaxby's... The streak of abstinence is cumming to an abrupt end. Thank you I will be back. read more

Terrible terrible customer service. If people don't want to work in fast food, go somewhere else. 50 minutes for food is unacceptable. And the order is never right. We no longer go to this restaurant. read more

This comment is awaiting moderation 3250 inner perimeter rd Valdosta ga Order id#AAABRLBSAJC8 Savannah took order she was very rude. I walked up to her and spoke and ask her where they are about to close for the fact that I know how it is when it's closing time, she asked me my name did not greet me spell my name out for her she asked me my name again and I spelled it out for her again then she asked me for my order I'll let my daughter and her friend order first and my grandson order as well, then I decided I was going to order I wasn't at first because of her attitude she use me the total and as I'm paying I told her I don't know who upset at you before we came in, but it shows in your customer service with us did not apologize looked at me like I was crazy and walked away. I spoke to the manager that was on shift and tell her what was going on. She apologized and said she will speak to her as well my daughter was standing where they were standing, waiting for the food, and she heard them talking about us, as well as the manager that the manager is not gonna do nothing. She said that she know I was reporting her in the other employee did not tell her to hush we're still in the store very poor customer service would not be eating here as anymore at the same thing that they make I can make it home myself .That will be a lot better!!!! And I spent $37 on this food was not that great and bad customer service what a deal if I could I'll give it a -00000 read more

Horrible experience, food took over 50 minutes and many other customers were irate. The workers work ethic were awful as some stood around and others had bad attitudes. Around 55 minutes later my family's food came and continued on our road trip and then we realized they forgot a sandwich, silverware, and dressing in our bag. We didn't turn around because it would have taken another 30 minutes. Besides the slow food, the ac was dripping on the floor, and the water fell on me multiple times. read more

Waited for 50 minutes for our food. The employees were rude and clueless. Every customer was angry for how long their food was taking. After waiting nearly an hour for our "fast" food, they forgot our dressings and forks for our SALADS. We went back to ask for them and made sure everything was in the bag. They ensured us the 2 sandwiches were in the separate bag and pointed to it. We left and realized they forgot a whole order which we had asked if we had it or not. A bit of a wait but definitely worth it chicken was hot And well seasoned staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Let me start out by saying that first appearances are everything. This place has an atmosphere and quality of a sit down restaurant, but the speed of fast food. Chicken is great. Hand breaded and just right. The toast is good and buttery. The fries are a bit generic, but have a seasoning. The service was fantastic. Speed of service, above expectations. Quality of food, great! My only downside was it is a bit costly. The staff is incredibly nice. I tried the insane XXX sauce. Very hot and yet very good. The Zaxby's sauce is really good. read more

Great chicken, slow service. Food amounts to 4 or 5 stars, as it was fresh, hot, and may be better than that other chicken place! My family and I ordered 7 total meals - why yes, we were very hungry. Took over 15 minutes for the plates, which was a huge bummer. Restrooms were clean, quite a bit of parking available too. read more

The wait times here are entirely too long. Every single time I go, the wait time is for at least 30 minutes. And this is not just because of pandemic. Also, I have gone to Zaxby's for a few times in the past couple of months and I have yet to get a fresh batch of fries. They are always greasy/soggy. I have even gone to the restaurant right when it opens and I still got nasty fries. I will not be going to Zaxby's anymore. Chick-fil-A's food quality and customer service is by far better. read more

Wow. Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Zaxbys or any fast food restaurant for that matter. Worst I have ever witnessed. This place was a hot mess!!! I have no idea what happened. Maybe they just weren't ready for the lunch rush but SEVERAL ppl left after waiting for over 45 minutes for their online orders and asked for refunds. The drive thru set up makes NO SENSE. People who park on the one side of the building have to wait in the drive thru line to be able to exit the parking lot. One man was handed a drink carrier with 4 beverages which proceeded to leak all over him and the floor. There were several to go boxes in the window that just sat there for my entire 1 hour experience. Sorry, this location no bueno. Corporate needs to pull this one back. read more

Waited over 50 minutes to receive our food. After asking to speak with a manager it was clear that's customer service was not a top priority for this restaurant. The men's bathroom was also overflowing into the lobby, sending fecal matter into the direct pathway of patrons coming in and out. AC ducts were also leaking onto the floor. A complete disaster of a food establishment. read more

I had not had Zaxby's in a while and decided I would go tonight after a very long day. I ordered on the app and went to the restaurant and parked at the curbside and checked in through my email. I waited at the curbside for a good 30 minutes before calling. When I called I was told that they could not find my order. So I was unable to go inside and went through drive-thru. That line was LONG and SLOW. So while I was waiting in line, I called again and was put on hold and eventually it disconnected. I waited a few minutes and called back, manager said she found my order on the computer and had it waiting for me in drive-thru. WHAT?? So you found my order, which means not only did you see what time I ordered but also what the make, model, and color of my car was...yet instead of sending someone out with my order, you decided to make me continue to wait in the LONG and SLOW drive-thru line for my order. I was more upset than I should have been over the situation. But I really hope no one else is treated this way. read more

My cashier Anani J. Was extremely rude. Looked and acted as if she didn't want to be there. Snatched my money out of my hand but once her little friend walked up she was all giggles and play but then turned around with an attitude to attend to me. Threw my money back in my hand. No one wants to deal with that or see that after they got out of church. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

This is by far the worst Zaxby's we had ever been to. The person who took our order was not attentive at all. After she took our order she turned around to check her phone that was charging on the front counter. The workers were verbally arguing with each other between the kitchen and the front counter. The supervisor was trying to calm down the situation until the front worker finally said she was leaving. Do not go to this location. Service was awful. read more

I love Zaxby's! I was really excited about eating dinner here tonight but was sorely disappointed by dry fried chicken! Who's ever heard of such a thing?!
