Good service, clean restaurant, pretty good sandwich. They have some soups, but I did not try them yet. Will go back!

One of the two best pho spots in Valdosta, in my opinion. While there is another pho restaurant…read morenearby, (Saigon Corner) I find the broth and overall flavor here to be much better. The staff is always friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the pho is consistently delicious. I also recommend the fried shrimp appetizer--it's one of my favorites. The restaurant itself isn't the cutest or trendiest place in town, and the bathrooms could use a little TLC, but I come here for the food, and it never disappoints. I've tried the boba tea as well. It's decent, though it tastes like it may use powdered flavors. This is one area where the competition has an edge--they offer better (fresh)teas and a more variety , very aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. That said, when it comes to pho, Stone Pho wins for me every time. The flavor & service keeps me coming back. The staff is super nice.

Food 5/5 Service 4.5/5…read moreAmbiance 4/5 One of the last things I expected when visiting Valdosta was a Vietnamese restaurant - but this might have been the best surprise I could ask for. Stone Pho is a relatively new establishment, with the typical no-frills table setup of a Vietnamese restaurant plus a little extra modernization on the walls. Their menu isn't super big either - which also can be a good thing if the quality of each dish is better as a result. Oh boy, they didn't disappoint at all. The Stone Pho Special was everything I wanted it to be and more - the broth was incredibly flavorful, even without hoisin sauce, the meats were all great quality, and who doesn't like a short rib in the bowl? It was incredible to say the least - and I can't recommend this place enough. I'll happily be coming back the next time I'm in Valdosta.

I don't usually write reviews, but this one is deserved…read more I placed my first order around 12:45 PM because I can't leave work during my shift, and what should've been a simple lunch turned into a frustrating situation with multiple issues through DoorDash. When you're stuck at work and can't step away to fix anything, it honestly makes it worse. But then--Katie at Panera Bread stepped in and completely changed the entire experience. Not only did she fix the issue, she went above and beyond in a way you just don't see anymore. When I finally received my order, there was a handwritten note apologizing and hoping my day got better. It caught me off guard--in the best way. It wasn't just about the food anymore. It was about someone actually caring. That small act turned a stressful, frustrating moment into something genuinely positive. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Katie reminded me that there are still people who take pride in what they do and go the extra mile for complete strangers. Panera--you've got something special in her. And Katie, if you see this, thank you. You didn't just fix an order--you made my day.

Now for the food. I ordered the Garden Avo (avocado toast with tomato on top). I have had this many times before and it has always been great. But this time, it had very little avocado on it. Small chopped up pieces unlike before. It was tasty, but would have been nice to have a little more avocado. Maybe they are trying to cut back since avocados have gotten so expensive. It is better to just raise the price and let the customer decide if they want to pay extra than it is to put a piece of toast with very little avocado on it. I am going to post a picture of my toast and a picture from the menu for you to compare.

Extremely disappointed with this order…read more.. I ordered a two-person meal and somehow nearly every item was wrong. The first steak was ordered medium, but what arrived looked more like a hockey puck. It was severely overcooked, dry, and even burnt on the outside. There was no pink left at all, definitely not being prepared to the requested temperature. The fried shrimp was even more confusing. Instead of being crispy and crunchy, it was soggy, wet, and falling apart. The breading had absorbed moisture and lost all texture, making it completely unappetizing. Fried shrimp should not feel soft and mushy. (The included picture was *after* I drained out the liquid from the to-go box.) The only part of the meal that was remotely enjoyable was the croissants, and even those were disappointing. They arrived cold and hard with very little honey butter on them. Anyone who has eaten at Cheddar's knows the honey butter is one of the best parts, so seeing barely any on them made it feel like an afterthought. To make matters worse, I paid extra for honey mustard and never received it at all. When you're already paying additional charges for sauces and add-ons, it's frustrating to open the bag and find that they were completely forgotten. For the amount of money spent, this meal was nowhere near the quality I expected. The majority of the meal was inedible. One steak was severely overcooked, the other streak was over peppered and both that steak and the shrimp were soggy, and the chicken was also not enjoyable. Aside from sampling a few bites, the majority of the meal remains uneaten because it did not meet reasonable expectations for the items ordered. An overcooked steak, a soggy steak, soggy shrimp, cold rolls with barely any honey butter on them, and missing sauces that I paid extra for made this feel like a complete waste of money. I was looking forward to dinner and ended up still hungry and also frustrated instead. I was also really looking forward to the broccoli and carrots, but those were also inedible due to all of the moisture collecting as pools of liquid in the to-go box. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst takeout experiences I've had from Cheddar's. I would appreciate a refund or store credit, as the food received was not representative of the meal that was ordered or paid for.
