Amazing! My husband is in the military and stationed at Moody AFB and Cupworks is only 10 minutes from there, so we eat here a lot. The people are kind and the food is always good. My husband loves the Beef Bugolgi and I get the Spicy noodle soup with chicken and sometimes the chicken Bugolgi. It's so good. Atmosphere is also nice. read more

First noticed Cup Works by driving past it and the building looks pretty big so we were intrigued. We ordered 3 different rolls... bulgogi, gyoza, and a noodle dish that I cannot remember the name of. All was good! I like the laid back atmosphere and that it's kid friendly. It was pretty spacious inside so I was able to stand by my family's table while holding my baby so he could wiggle in my arms without disturbing anyone. And service was great and they were patient with me as I asked a few probably obvious questions! Will definitely be back. read more

The restaurant looks very nice from the outside, however it is not an a accurate representation of the food quality. The cashier was nice but was no help and seemed to have no personality at all she's probably just tired. The food delivery was very fast but the quality was not worth the price. I like cup works! I especially love their udon and kalbi. Cup work's Udon is on point and i love mine with shrimp tempura. As a proud Korean, I can confirm cup works serves authentic food except sushi menu. Their sushi is typical american standard sushi. It is difficult to find an authentic sushi restaurant in US anyway so I am not complaining at all. Besides, their sushi are still good. Other than Sushi, Cup works has authentic korean dishes and some Korean fusion Japanese dishes which is perfect to treat my cravings and homesickness. So far I've tried their bulgogi, kalbi, udon, katsudon, mandu and some sushi, so can't say anything about other menus though. read more

Decided to give this place a try after passing by it so many times. As far as decor, the restaurant was very intimate and cozy and would be a cute first date type of scene. The Katsu don was very good with a lot of fluffy white rice to go with it. Slightly heavy on the sauce but all in all really good. The bimbimbap was surprisingly well flavored though, I wish there was a little more beef. As much as I wanted to love the rainbow roll (cuz trust that was what I was looking forward to the most), $10 for this itty bit??? Can't justify paying that much for this amount. BUT it was good. Coming from a city with a wider Asian population I can't say this place has "authentic" dishes rather theyre an Asian American fusion? All in all I'd go back every once in awhile but I'll be sure to try other places around the area too. read more

Was very excited to see there was a restaurant that served some Korean items. Started with the Teriyaki wings. They were so crispy!!! Sauce very flavorful and sticky. A 5 out of 5!! Husband got Teriyaki chicken with side of shrimp. Said the shrimp were the best he has ever had! Flavorful and juicy. I got the beef bulgogi cup. It was sooo good! And more than i could eat so great value! Can't wait to try other items on the menu as I will definitely be returning when in town!! read more

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon last month. Two employees were napping in the dining area and several of the tables needed bussing. After months of looking, I finally decided to try Cup Works. When you first walk in it doesn't look like much. There's three different menus: the grill menu, Japanese/Korean menu and the Sushi menu. I decided on the spicy Beef Bokeum and a Philly roll. (A total of $18 and some change)The food quickly came out in less than ten minutes. The sushi wasn't fresh. It was a little on the chewier side. I'm not sure if it was the rice or the Nori but it wasn't good. Next , I dug in the Bokeum and it was salty but bland at the same time. I had to ask for bimbimbap sauce to make it slightly better but I couldn't finish it. It's easily a dish you can make at home if your craving it. I ended up getting some ice cream for $3 which was the highlight of the trip. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place but considering that it is the closest thing that you can get to Korean food I see why people go here. read more

Everything wayyyyy over priced for quality of the food. Does not provide waiter/waitress service but asks for the same amount of tips for just handing over food. Oh, for anyone who didn't know, there "spicy noodle soup" is pure instant Korean spicy ramen noodle. You can get 4 packs of those for 4 dollars and few cents at the Walmart. They are selling it for 11 dollars here. It is less than $1.5 if you buy at the grocery market and make it yourself, which only takes five minute. read more

I have never had a bad meal here.. The sushi is always fresh and the taste is delicious. They are very reasonably priced. For 2 people you can eat under twenty bucks. Lunchtime is usually busy because it's right down the street from the Air Base. I eat here regularly and highly recommended. There is never a problem with parking..
