    Spicy Noodle Soup

As a critic who is hard to impress, I liked this place. You will likely spend a lot because sushi is on the expensive side, but their prices are reasonable for what you get. I hope they don't change that. The presentation of the dishes they brought out was cute. The only thing that was somewhat mediocre was the spicy noodle soup. It looked nice, but the flavor didn't quite match the presentation. Everything else however, was delightful.

I like cup works! I especially love their udon and kalbi. Cup work's Udon is on point and i love mine with shrimp tempura. As a proud Korean, I can confirm cup works serves authentic food except sushi menu. Their sushi is typical american standard sushi. It is difficult to find an authentic sushi restaurant in US anyway so I am not complaining at all. Besides, their sushi are still good. Other than Sushi, Cup works has authentic korean dishes and some Korean fusion Japanese dishes which is perfect to treat my cravings and homesickness. So far I've tried their bulgogi, kalbi, udon, katsudon, mandu and some sushi, so can't say anything about other menus though.

Not bad but after living in Korea the bulgogi does not taste anything like the real thing. I was hoping to get close to it but this was nowhere near it. It didn't taste bad I just think the title of this dish should be changed

Decided to give this place a try after passing by it so many times. As far as decor, the restaurant was very intimate and cozy and would be a cute first date type of scene. The Katsu don was very good with a lot of fluffy white rice to go with it. Slightly heavy on the sauce but all in all really good. The bimbimbap was surprisingly well flavored though, I wish there was a little more beef. As much as I wanted to love the rainbow roll (cuz trust that was what I was looking forward to the most), $10 for this itty bit??? Can't justify paying that much for this amount. BUT it was good. Coming from a city with a wider Asian population I can't say this place has "authentic" dishes rather theyre an Asian American fusion? All in all I'd go back every once in awhile but I'll be sure to try other places around the area too.

Food is pretty decent in Valdosta. You get a lot of food for the price. Service is pretty fast. Closed on Mondays though.

Although no one was at the front when I first arrived, the owner quickly came out, seated me, and checked in throughout my meal to make sure everything was going well. His hospitality set a great tone for the visit. My server, Romeo, was outstanding--friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain how hot pot works, helped set up my table, and offered excellent broth and food recommendations. The broth temperature was perfect, and everything cooked just right. The restaurant itself felt a bit dated, but the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Even though it was quiet and I was dining alone, the attentive service and conversation made the experience enjoyable. While the location is somewhat hidden in a storefront area, this spot has strong potential and could be a big hit in a college town like Tallahassee with FSU, TCC, and FAMU nearby. Overall, it was well worth the visit, and I would definitely recommend Volcano Hot Pot.

Over the course of our dinner, we chose the Galbi short ribs, Hawaiian beef, wine, pork belly, shrimp, octopus and vegetables from the main menu, lettuce to wrap around the protein and the crispy pork belly appetizer. I enjoyed everything but the octopus, but my favorites were the short rib and the Cajun shrimp. There was a robot that brought the food to us, which was neat. For dessert we got little cups of ice cream, chocolate, strawberry or vanilla. FYI, it's all you can eat, but you have to pay if you take food with you. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and the food. Our server James did a great job. I would like to go there with more people so we can try more items before we get full.

As luck would have it, I used to live in Pembroke Pines. The original Chow Won, or rather Chow One,…read morewas right across the street from my place. I somehow only stepped in there once to say hi to Yelpers prior to moving to the area. At any rate, I eventually moved to Tallahassee, and an acquaintance had told me this place was opening soon one day when I bumped into her at Costco. Given that this is Tallahassee and there aren't many food options, of course I was excited. Especially thinking back about all the positive things I had heard about the Pembroke Pines location. It turns out that this location in Tallahassee opened up some months back (February exactly per the hostess) and today was the day we went to try it out. I will tell you that it can be easy to miss this restaurant. It is next to Essence of India, and if you aren't paying attention, you won't notice that this is right next door. The interior is pristine. A large bar sits at the center of the room. As far as the room itself, it's vast and spacious, with there even being a connected area with you guessed it--more rooms! We were led to a table and Brandon was our server. He was nice and got the job done, along with his robot coworkers. This restaurant has robots that personally bring you some food items. It's been awhile since I've seen this, but it was super cute, particularly as the robots were polite with one another, even saying "excuse me." We began with drinks. I had a strawberry boba tea with strawberry boba. Potentially an overkill of strawberry, but it's my favorite. My companion went for bottled Kirin beer as they were out of draft. In terms of our lunch, you begin with four meats, two appetizers to share, and an individual side. My companion let me choose the appetizers, so we began with spring rolls and pork belly. The spring rolls were accompanied by sauce and they were the clear winner. I felt the pork belly was too seasoned, although cooked properly. For our meats, we chose spare ribs, ribeye, curry chicken, and Cajun shrimp. I'll tell you that the Cajun shrimp was not spicy at all and I had been warned, so I dunked that in all sorts of sauces (they give you yum-yum sauce, chili oil, and teriyaki just so you know). They also give you kimchi, radishes, and bean sprouts--all super yummy! As for the sides, he had fried rice and I had japchae noodles. We were overall quite pleased with our lunch. I definitely see why people I know raved about this chain, because well, now I'm raving about them, too. I will say though that next time I want to go to dinner and with friends. It feels like it'd be a fun experience, especially as it's all-you-can-eat!
