    Great Price, enough for 2.
    Jarrett P.

Fresh and tasty is their key. The service was ok, but it was a lunch rush. They give you more than enough food and it was good enough that I went the next day as well. This place is a hidden little food gem in Valdosta. I recommend if you want tasty Hibachi styled food ( with out the show) this is your place. I really enjoyed the food. No funny after taste and a half plate is enough for 2!

THERE'S BUGS IN THE FOOD!!!! I picked up some food from this place and when I opened the box there were many bugs just crawling around this place is disgusting I spoke to the manager and he told me that he was sorry I tried asking him if this has ever happened before and he said sorry I'm not willing to stand in the rain to speak to you right now he contacted me with the owner and OMG!!! He was so rude he was yelling at me and telling me "what the hell did you want" this place is horrible go somewhere else literally!!!!!!

I love, love, love Hibachi! I go about once a week and it is always delicious. The employees are very friendly and they are always welcoming. It is a clean restaurant and the food is affordable for how much they give you. If you get the half order, you could split it between two people! So it is a lot of food! I rave to everyone to come to Hibachi because you will enjoy it. They also have a vegetarian plate for all the vegetarians out there. This place can't be beat.

Shrimp yakisoba (no veggies) and a side of fried rice, with adequate yum yum sauce there's so much food!

Definitely getting a bang for your buck. I got the shrimp yakisoba noodles (no veggies) and a side of fried rice for like 10$ and it's enough for two people to split for lunch. It's Japanese fast food so I wasn't expecting much but I am pleasantly surprised, the shrimp and fried rice is good, the noodles were just the slightest bit dry but I smothered everything in yum yum sauce anyways so it tasted fine. I will be coming back next time I'm in Valdosta!

This is what I received today with no care from the staff that works there.

The food is pretty good. I had the noodles with steak. It's pretty cheap, staff is just rude.

I love the teriyaki chicken bowl! You get a lot for a small price. The main downside is their food scores are always low.

First off Fuji is a buffet so there will be times when it is hit or miss. This is common with…read morebuffets. That being said it is typically more hit than miss. Their chicken on a stick is always excellent and we recently had seafood egg rolls that were amazing. Their sushi is generally good although not as fresh as Royal but it's also not made to order. The service has always been wonderful for us which we like. This tends to be the cheapest Chinese buffet in town so we do go often and feel we get our money's worth. I feel that people who don't like Fuji are usually people who don't like buffets in general. If you don't like buffets stay away, but if you do then try it out. Sadly they are no longer open on Mondays so keep that in mind.

We went in there for dinner at around 7pm. They didn't have the upgraded dinner menu up like most Chinese buffets do after 5pm. I just figured they may only do that on weekends now. The menu items were all dry, like they'd been sitting there since lunch. The choices were very bland and minimal. The sushi looked like they just made up whatever popped into there head and wrapped it into a role. Then, when we got our bill I was like, "Holy twisted metal, Batman!" We were charge way too much for the crappy food they had up. Usually Chinese buffets have crab legs, steak and other premium goodness for the later menu so they can charge more. Not these guys. I say, "boo," to you, Fugi. I'll stick with Royal Buffet.
