First timer and I will be coming back. We both had the chicken salad with sweet relish and eggs on wheat bread, absolutely amazing. Loved the flavor, we had tomato and lettuce on the sandwich also. We came on a Tuesday so he got chicken tortilla soup and I had loaded baked potato soup, both just so yummy. Then he got red velvet cake and I had white chocolate cake, absolutely to die for, so moist and tasty. We had such a nice young lady who helped us bring it was our first time, after eating we got 2 quarts of soup to take home for tomorrow. I'm new to this area and from Florida. I love an amazing chicken salad. I ordered a pound of the original to take home with a broccoli cheese soup and a croissant. We also ordered the white chocolate layer cake. They have several variations of the chicken salad. I'll try more. It was excellent. Very dense. Not a lot of Mayo . . They make it fresh every day. This was my first time eating at a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant. I had a hard time deciding what to order. The cashier was very friendly and patient helping me decide. I ordered the combo plate with the Barbie-Q, Dixie Chick and Grape Salad. The Dixie Chick was delicious creamy. Perfect amount of pickles and eggs in the salad. The Barbie-Q in my opinion had very little bbq flavor more of a smoky flavor. I preferred the Dixie Chick. The Grape Salad was good but only had red grapes. Most have white grapes also. The cookie included in the combo was a nice little surprise and very tasty. Had the strawberries lemonade, with was also very good. Really enjoyed my visit will definitely be back and explore more options on the menu. read more

I had a scoop of basil and a scoop of sweet pickle chicken salad. It was really really good. Their chicken salad is good and thick and not overly creamy. Their staff was incredibly nice and was patient as I have never been there and was able to answer all my questions immediately. Their unsweet tea was fantastic. Overall their food was just great. The establishment was very clean and bright and modern. They bus tables for you or you can bus it yourself, the problem is, in a large lunch rush the tables sit with debris on them and people are looking around for a place to sit. Understanding that this is small establishment and paying a large staff isn't in the cards, it would make more sense to have people bus their own tables over offering to clean them for you and then subsequent patrons are then on the hook to either bus it themselves or wait for the staff to clean it. I'm from the west coast and had never heard of chicken salad chick before, and honestly had never had a "chicken salad" before. My husband's coworker introduced him to CSC and then my husband took me to try it one afternoon. I am hooked! We have since been multiple times. The bread is so soft and the chicken salad so flavorful. Who knew you could make some as simple as chicken salad with so many different flavors and still be delicious?! I enjoy the chicken noodle soup and the Mac n cheese as well. My husband likes the broccoli salad. I love that you get a sweet little sugar cookie with your meal too. Just the right size and sweetness to finish off a meal. Every time we have been the staff have been great. Even on the busiest days they're all smiling and friendly. read more

I had been hearing about Chicken salad chick and on a road trip back to Michigan from Florida I made my husband stop at this location so I could try it. Totally worth the stop! We tried three different varieties, and enjoyed each one! What made the experience 5 star at a quick serve place like this was the nice interaction we had with the young lady working, Mackenzie. She was so nice and patient with us explaining the menu choices and options and when we decided to dine in she even came over to make sure we liked everything and cleared our table for us when we were done. Chicken Salad Chick - what can I say? This place was extremely delicious. I like the fact they allow you to taste any chicken salad you desire before you purchase a meal. I tried the Sassy Scotty and this has to be a fan favorite because everyone who eats meat at my table got this for their meal and we all got it different ways. I got mine toasted on a croissant. My younger sister got her on white bread with bbq chips. My husband got his on wheat bread. My baby (1 year old) got a PB&J. All meals came with a side and a cookie. I noticed all of the waitresses and cashiers were females so I asked a waitress if they only hired women because of the name, She stated there are a couple of males that work here but mostly in the back. The establishment is really cute and chic! It has modern décor and feels warm when you walk in. The dining room is really big (two sides). There are (I believe) 9 booths and a bunch of tables in between. I hate to say this because I rarely get food that wasn't made at a family member's home, while I'm in town, but CSC is just so delicious - I may have to get a nibble whenever I'm in town. I love the concept of chicken salad being the focus. There are so many burger, chicken and fast food joints - this restaurant is a breath of fresh air. I think the concept of chicken salad being the main course is genius!!! It's simple and I have never seen it done before. If you have a certain taste then there are a plethora of options for your palate, about sixteen if I remember correctly. One of which is the Sassy Scotty (My choice) which has shredded cheese, ranch, and bacon. Some other ones I saw were called Fruity Fran that has Fuji apples and seedless grapes, and Jalapeño Holly that is for the spicy lover. There are two main options here for a combo. You can get multiple scoops of chicken salad or a chicken salad sandwich on four different types of bread including crossaint, wheat, and include a side. I opted for baked Lay's potato chips. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. The service was fantastic, the establishment was clean, and the food while simple was very good without slowing you down. read more

I have never been a fan of chicken salad, so hearing there was a restaurant that serves only chicken salad... well it took some convincing. I'm so use to the traditional chicken salad, extra extra extra mayonnaise and tons of eggs. The idea of eating that never seemed appealing. However, Chicken Salad Chick has a wide array of options. The Buffalo chicken Salad was awesome. The Sassy Scotty includes bacon; bacon makes everything better. I still prefer my food hot, but it wasn't as bad as I expected it to be. read more

Spent all this money just to have slow service old stale bread, old bacon and bland chicken salad. There was about 10 employees there that was doing nothing but standing around talking being loud while there was a line of people waiting and the manager I guess she was anyways just standing there talking as well with them. Yes, they have really great food. Yes, the staff is very friendly, but none of that means anything if you can not get a parking place. If you are able to find a parking spot, the line will be out the door. Am I frustrated, yes. I would not recommend this place for lunch of you have a limited lunch break. I love CSC. I eat there probably once a week and I always get the Sassy Scotty on white bread with grape salad and a sweet tea. It's refreshing to have a lunch spot easier to eat than typical greasy burgers. I'm giving them 4 instead of 5 stars because of the price and space/wait times. Sometimes it just seems a bit ridiculous to spend 11 dollars on a sandwich and honestly if they included the drink in their meal special I would be more willing to eat there. Also I know it's busy around lunch but I somehow always end up spending more than 20 minutes in line for the drive thru which is way too long.
