I used my Chick-fil-a mobile app to find this location while driving through this area. I placed an order on the app and opted for inside pick up so I could use the restroom. The restroom was clean and very shortly after I came out, my order was ready for pickup. I ordered a grilled chicken nuggets meal. The nuggets were fresh and full of flavor. They were also really big. The fries were good and my drink was made without ice as I requested it. The employees were friendly and efficient and we were on our way quickly. We all know the nuggets are good, but when they're accompanied by a honey butter bun...and then dip them in some Polynesian sauce! I could eat 8, but only allow myself 4 per sitting! This was a drive-thru visit. The line was a bit long when we arrived but to be expected for a Saturday night but the line moved swiftly. My husband placed his order. Went through drive-thru about a week ago. Lines wrapped around the building so was worried that we had picked the wrong place for lunch. However, lines moved so quickly - an impressive operation with staff taking orders from multiple car windows simultaneously, delivering food to vehicles and directing traffic. Why does chic fil a have a mobile App and suggest ordering ahead to beat the rush, if they are going to pull you up and have you wait like McDonalds. I've have always loved this location however my last 3 experiences have not been well. I ordered 15 mins before I arrived at the restaurant. Then waited patiently in the long line. I'm not walking back in to get sauce. Monday morning the north Valdosta location burnt by bagel to a crisp and I didn't realize it until I was on the interstate headed to work. My problem is that we eat chic fil a several times a week. My lesson is that I need to start grocery shopping and cooking at home morning. And then today. Week number 3 in a row. This was a fantastic spot to stop at on the way down to FL during our Christmas vacation. Sure, it's the same old Chick-Fil-A you can have anywhere else in the south, but these folks were nice. Another absolutely SLAMMED Chick fil A on a Saturday for lunch. Wall to wall people, lines for the bathroom and people waiting to snatch any open table is what we found one Saturday. The staff and food, as with any Chick fil A, is always good. However, it is not a relaxing experience dining here! We chose this restaurant on our road trip because it is close to the interstate and had an INDOOR playground. I love that employees come by to check on you and refill drinks. The playground was not as nice as the one in Lake City, FL, btw. This one was quite a bit more cramped. Because I have a small toddler who I have to follow through those tubes this is important! Love it. I eat here once a week. Staff is usually friendly. Sometimes I might get a stary eye server that doesn't show the chic fil a love. But they usually don't last long. The bathrooms could be a little cleaner. Sometimes the floors are sticky. Over all I think the place is clean. I would "use" it if needed. The people at the drive thru don't listen to you when you order to get it right and then the people who give you the order to won't listen to you when you tell them the order is wrong and want to argue with you and cop an attitude. Multiple people with order taking tablets standing around but only two were actually taking orders -- maybe in peach shake coma.
