What a gem for locals and travelers! Stopped here for a quick breakfast on the drive from FL to ATL. Super quick off/on for I75 travelers. Restaurant very clean and well-maintained parking lot/landscaping. I ordered through drive thru - order correct, quick, and filled by a pleasant team member who greeted me with a smile and thank you! Egg biscuit and coffee both so fresh and so hot - delicious! Looks like I found my new go-to for a quick and delicious breakfast in the Valdosta area - highly recommend! read more

First time eating at a Bojangles. We picked our food up through the drive in so we did not eat inside. The attendant at the window was very sweet, so I will say the service was great. The food wasn't the greatest but it wasn't bad either. read more

We've had two experiences here while traveling the last week and were pleasantly surprised! The food was actually pretty good - well seasoned. We got the order the way we asked. Our big thing was we just went through the drive through and both times the ladies at the window were just fantastic - friendly and pleasant. read more

My order was taken and my food served very fast. The chicken and fixings were tasty but the chicken pieces were pretty small. The front area looked fairly clean then I went to the restroom on my way out. The bathroom was filthy. The walls had dirt on them that might not show up in the attached photo. With the bathroom like this I'm not sure what behind the counter looked like. read more

We were on our way to Atlanta from Florida and on our way we were looking for a place to have quick dinner. We decided to have dinner at Bojangles. To save time, we decided to do drive-through and from the menu of Bojangles we ordered Bone-In Chicken Meal which included Cabbage Salad and Grilled Chicken Salad. We soon got our food and we eat our food in the car. The chicken wings were delicious and cabbage salad was the best. We loved the cabbage salad. The grilled chicken salad was good and had fresh chicken too. Nice and great place to have a quick dinner. read more

I'm glad I could finally try Bojangles, but I was not impressed. My request for gravy on the side with my mashed potatoes was ignored. We had to park anyway for the rest of our drive-thru order, which gave me time to discover this oversight. So I had to go inside to get gravy-free mashed potatoes and retrieve the rest of our order. They weren't that busy so I'm guessing they just weren't paying attention. Our food was hot, though, & everything tasted fresh. That said, I didn't really like the breading on my chicken strips & the ranch was just OK. I did like their honey mustard. The mashed potatoes were good and so was the mac & cheese. Nothing was outstanding but nothing was terrible. If we aren't going to eat in my car, I'd like to try their fried chicken next time. read more

Bojangles - a container of fried chicken and a cup of yogurt - Fast Food Near Me - Valdosta, Georgia

For some reason dirty rice was really salty. And the bo dog not good at all! Tasted like it had been sitting around awhile. The $8.29 is spent seem high and especially how it tasted. read more

This is my favorite Bojangles to stop to every year. The customer service is amazing everyone smiling and being helpful. The food is fresh in hot very good if you know you know. You can't get better than this place. read more

The people staffing this pace are so friendly. Smiles, joking with folks in the dining room. Food was pretty tasty too. Basically everything I'd hope for from a trip to Bojangles for breakfast. This was a nice treat. Makes me wish there were more Bojangles in Jacksonville. read more

Looked interesting, IK thought it would be nice. I ordered a chicken biscuit here... I wouldn't really come back. they were dry, hard, and while the taste wasn't that bad, it doesn't really do it for me. It was a new thing, I'd never tried a Bojangles before, or I didn't remember it at least, but I'll remember to not come back next time. read more

Always hot food but, it's never a fast drive through. Easy on & off from the interstate. It's the first Bojangles in Georgia coming from Florida, and the last one going back south to Florida. The drive through is the only option, the dining room & restrooms are never open, front doors locked. Not sure why?! Definitely earns 2 Stars for the Chicken & the Bo's Sauce. read more

This Bojangles is one I can always count on for good food. The service was good but the chicken and biscuit was better and they have BROWN gravy. Parking lot is easy to get in whether you're driving a tractor trailer or a travel trailer. Only four stars because the bathroom and parking lot was a little dirty. Overall a good experience. read more

Stopped here with the family on the way up to the mountains. Staff was friendly and got our order correct and in a timely manner. Inside was clean, restroom could be cleaner. Everything was good except the biscuits were a bit dry. But all and all not bad for a fast food place. read more

Don't just get the sandwich, cuz that's what I did! It'll just leave you wanting more. You can get a good meal for $5. For $6 you can get 4 tenders a side a biscuit and a drink. They have 32 oz. Sweet tea for only 99 cent. Plus they make hot fresh biscuits every 20 minutes. The food was so hot and the service was fast and friendly! I'll go again when I'm down south!! Yum!! read more

This isn't the healthiest place to eat when you're on the road, but the prices are right. The chicken sandwich was just ok and the fries were a little cold but their biscuits are outstanding! I would probably go back just for the biscuits next time. read more

Seems to be a theme for Bojangles in the state of Georgia. Service is awful. Took almost 20 minutes to get my food and still was missing things. Dining room and bathrooms were disgusting. I reached out to them thru their website but have not gotten a response. I thought I would give them a chance to make it right. Nothing. Avoid this place. read more

1) The dinner closes randomly without notice. I understand we are in a pandemic, but at least if your going to be open to the people provide scheduled closing times instead of randomly closing without notice. It's rude and pisses off your customers. Even your regulars as we can't even tell when you close if it's random. 2) Went at 21:30 the get two cajun filet biscuits and they informed me they were out and on top of that they were out of ALL the sides. Like WTH?! How are you out of fries, like just how?! You should order the shipments enough for at the ******* least a day! Like how are you in business?!?! read more

Would give 0 stats if possible. Tried to order online twice and both times said payment declined. Checked my bank account and both times the payments went through. Called the store close by ans they were more worried about the a.c. guys being there and told me to call bojangles since I ordered online. Complete B.S. read more

The food is excellent, the customer service was not. I understand a delay but to walk into the restaurant after 20 minutes only to find out that they hadn't even started working on my order was ridiculous. Even after that, own up to your mistake and take care of the customer. There was way too much lack of urgency! read more

For fast food chicken it's great. Better than kfc and possibly Popeyes. The chicken is fried crispy and the dirty rice is good. The spicy beans are great too, when mixed together the two are perfect. It is fast food. So you can't expect too much... Don't go in too close to closing or things will be limited. read more

So much to like here. They are known for chicken, biscuits and sweet tea. Friendly staff with smiling faces can be added to that list. I also like the bo rounds (kinda like breakfast tater tots) and cheddar bo biscuit (kinda like a grilled cheese sandwich but better than with the usual bread). Stop in if you're in the south, no franchises in the rest of the US, unfortunately. read more

Worst cleaning habits ever..40+ tables no one even dining in on our arrival.3:30pm..not ONE TABLE clean. NASTY. The worst service ever !!!! I got soggy chicken I ask for a fresh price and the girl ( Madelyn) roller her eyes and was pissed because I ask for a fresh piece which they brought out and left it setting on the counter where they fixed food and didn't stick it in the warmer. They was out of tea and Madelyn got an attitude with the guy doing drive thru ( who was nice) saying they didn't have tea and they did . My family had to wait over 30 minutes for their food and we was done eating way before they got their food. She went up and said something and they said they will get to it . After they waited on the crowd and gave them their food then they ask her what she ordered. They lost her ticket. What a horrible experience. We will never again stop at that one on our road trips ( which is the one we always stop at while heading out of Florida) the women's bathroom was nasty and they was told 3xs there was not any toilet paper in the women's . We was there a total of 1 1/2 hours ( could have set and had a nice steak dinner for that long of time we had to wait ) and still no toilet paper. We had to take napkins in to use the bathroom. I wish I could give this business no stars. We live out of state and have heard lots of great reviews about bojangles and how we should try them. So as soon as we saw one we stopped and walked Inside to order. They seemed to be full staffed but not very fast the girl at the counter seemed as though she just didn't care. We ordered our food and waited 25 minutes to get it. We only received our food by asking how much longer we needed to wait. The young girl replied oh it's right here I think pointing to bags that had been sitting out for over 10 minutes. Even after waiting we anticipated our food would hopefully still be good. It was not we threw out two combos and a sandwich right in the trash it was disgusting. Didn't even want to go back in and get our money back for fear of waiting another half an hour so we just left. Maybe they are a good place to eat. If you want to try them just don't go to this location, no one seemed to care about their customers or the food quality. read more

Got there at around 2:30ish. Credit card processing was not working - luckily we had cash. Hit the men's room first - not exactly real clean- paper towels all over the floor and the urinal was broken. Very impressed. Menu was confusing and all over the map. I had to ask for a plate for my daughter's food as they piled it on the tray with the paper cover- that's my thing I guess. Chicken was not hot. Rice was room temperature. A broom was sticking out between the trash cans into the line area. They over charged us and never delivered the money to our table as promised- we had to go back to the cash register on our way out. Overall a somewhat in unsatisfying experience. Food was just decent. Could have been so much better. read more

I'd give the place a 2 1/2 stars. It was mediocre at best. I'm from out of state so i wanted to try it out. Had chicken strips, dark meat chicken, and a teriyaki chicken I think, along with dirty rice and biscuits. The best part was the BBQ dipping sauce for the strips lol. I'd prefer Popeyes personally. read more
