My order was taken and my food served very fast. The chicken and fixings were tasty but the chicken pieces were pretty small. The front area looked fairly clean then I went to the restroom on my way out. The bathroom was filthy. The walls had dirt on them that might not show up in the attached photo. We were on our way to Atlanta from Florida and on our way we were looking for a place to have quick dinner. We decided to have dinner at Bojangles. To save time, we decided to do drive-through and from the menu of Bojangles we ordered Bone-In Chicken Meal which included Cabbage Salad and Grilled Chicken Salad. We soon got our food and we eat our food in the car. The chicken wings were delicious and cabbage salad was the best. We loved the cabbage salad. The grilled chicken salad was good and had fresh chicken too. Nice and great place to have a quick dinner. read more

I'm glad I could finally try Bojangles, but I was not impressed. My request for gravy on the side with my mashed potatoes was ignored. We had to park anyway for the rest of our drive-thru order, which gave me time to discover this oversight. So I had to go inside to get gravy-free mashed potatoes and retrieve the rest of our order. They weren't that busy so I'm guessing they just weren't paying attention. Our food was hot, though, & everything tasted fresh. That said, I didn't really like the breading on my chicken strips & the ranch was just OK. I did like their honey mustard. The mashed potatoes were good and so was the mac & cheese. Nothing was outstanding but nothing was terrible. If we aren't going to eat in my car, I'd like to try their fried chicken next time. read more

This Bojangles is one I can always count on for good food. The service was good but the chicken and biscuit was better and they have BROWN gravy. Parking lot is easy to get in whether you're driving a tractor trailer or a travel trailer. Only four stars because the bathroom and parking lot was a little dirty. Always hot food but, it's never a fast drive through. Easy on & off from the interstate. It's the first Bojangles in Georgia coming from Florida, and the last one going back south to Florida. Don't just get the sandwich, cuz that's what I did! It'll just leave you wanting more. You can get a good meal for $5. For $6 you can get 4 tenders a side a biscuit and a drink. They have 32 oz. Sweet tea for only 99 cent. Plus they make hot fresh biscuits every 20 minutes. The food was so hot and the service was fast and friendly! I'll go again when I'm down south!! Yum!! read more

Seems to be a theme for Bojangles in the state of Georgia. Service is awful. Took almost 20 minutes to get my food and still was missing things. Dining room and bathrooms were disgusting. I understand we are in a pandemic, but at least if your going to be open to the people provide scheduled closing times instead of randomly closing without notice. For fast food chicken it's great. Better than kfc and possibly Popeyes. The chicken is fried crispy and the dirty rice is good. The spicy beans are great too, when mixed together the two are perfect. So much to like here. They are known for chicken, biscuits and sweet tea. Friendly staff with smiling faces can be added to that list. I also like the bo rounds (kinda like breakfast tater tots) and cheddar bo biscuit (kinda like a grilled cheese sandwich but better than with the usual bread). I got soggy chicken I ask for a fresh price and the girl ( Madelyn) roller her eyes and was pissed because I ask for a fresh piece which they brought out and left it setting on the counter where they fixed food and didn't stick it in the warmer. They was out of tea and Madelyn got an attitude with the guy doing drive thru ( who was nice) saying they didn't have tea and they did . My family had to wait over 30 minutes for their food and we was done eating way before they got their food. She went up and said something and they said they will get to it . We will never again stop at that one on our road trips ( which is the one we always stop at while heading out of Florida) the women's bathroom was nasty and they was told 3xs there was not any toilet paper in the women's . We was there a total of 1 1/2 hours ( could have set and had a nice steak dinner for that long of time we had to wait ) and still no toilet paper. We had to take napkins in to use the bathroom. I wish I could give this business no stars. We live out of state and have heard lots of great reviews about bojangles and how we should try them. So as soon as we saw one we stopped and walked Inside to order. They seemed to be full staffed but not very fast the girl at the counter seemed as though she just didn't care. We ordered our food and waited 25 minutes to get it. We only received our food by asking how much longer we needed to wait. The young girl replied oh it's right here I think pointing to bags that had been sitting out for over 10 minutes. Even after waiting we anticipated our food would hopefully still be good. It was not we threw out two combos and a sandwich right in the trash it was disgusting. Didn't even want to go back in and get our money back for fear of waiting another half an hour so we just left. Got there at around 2:30ish. Credit card processing was not working - luckily we had cash. Hit the men's room first - not exactly real clean- paper towels all over the floor and the urinal was broken. Very impressed. Menu was confusing and all over the map. I had to ask for a plate for my daughter's food as they piled it on the tray with the paper cover- that's my thing I guess. Chicken was not hot. Rice was room temperature. A broom was sticking out between the trash cans into the line area. They over charged us and never delivered the money to our table as promised- we had to go back to the cash register on our way out. I was told to try Popeyes for chicken and it was tasteless, no flavor at all. My daughter said her boss recommended Bojangles and it was fantastic. Eat at Bojangles and stay away from Popeyes. Look forward to eating at Bojangles again and trying the Cajun chicken. read more
