Honestly have never had an issue food wise but customer service is not there. I know it's hard to hear in the headpiece but the past three times I've gone they have misheard my name and have looked at me blankly when I pull up to the window and I don't look like a "Gage". I've tried to correct them when ordering but it has been pointless lol. Honestly that doesn't irk me as much as their service at the actual window. Most recently I waited at the window for my order and after receiving the bag of food I expressed that I didn't receive my drink and 3 workers at the window kept side eyeing me as I waited for my drink that went with my meal. Large sign on the door (too much reflection to photograph) warms patrons that they assume no responsibility if patrons eat inside and get CoVid. All employees were masked. Only one other couple was in the restaurant while we were inside eating. They too were over 65. We felt safe. Employees were friendly and efficient. We had our food in minutes. I'd never had the wrap before. Husband got his 12 strips - as he usually does. Both were fresh and tasted great. The play area is closed off. My family was on a road trip and were craving Chick fil a for dinner. This location was on our route, but we were not sure if we would arrive before they closed. In the end, we arrived 10 minutes before closing. We felt bad and went thru the drive through. The lady that took our order was super nice. She quickly took our order - we pulled up and were helped super fast. Our food was hot, fresh and it hit the spot. Exactly what we were craving. This location was amazing! Great job! read more

First, I am a huge chick-til-A fan BUT, the location in Lake Park. Georgia has to be the dirtiest Chick-fill-A restaurant I have ever been in. It's not like they were busy, it's 3:40 in the evening and only a couple of people in the whole building eating. Workers were standing around chitchatting. There is no excuse in food being under every table and on the majority of the chairs. This is just lack of cleaning. Always great service always fast always delicious. The store is very close to the house and all stores should use Chick-fil-A as a model.

When it's time for lunch the only place to stop to eat is at a Chick-fill-A. Their chicken sandwich is the best. We ordered the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich meal. Comes with waffle fries and a drink. Everything was absolutely delicious as always. The drive up service was efficient and only took 10 minutes since we ordered ahead on the app. Very easy read more

I had an amazing experience at this Chick-fil-A location, I'm not sure why there's such a low star average. We ordered on the CFA app for curbside pickup. The whole system was super organized and easy as always. The parking lot here specifically is also very easy to navigate. Our order came out in about 5 minutes, and the employee who delivered it was super kind, and masked properly amidst COVID-19. We've had bad experiences recently with different locations messing up our order or forgetting parts of it. Not the case here! Everything was right, even the sauces requested. Stopped by on the way back home. Crazy line of cars in the drive thru and a good line inside the actual restaurant. BUT... They were polite, accurate, and got right to it. The line moved quickly. Our food came out on time and was accurate. In my party Inhears several compliments as to how tasty and perfect their sandwiches were, even compared to other CFA places. I recommend this establishment if you are near or passing by the area. I wish all restaurants would adopt the friendly attitude, yet stay fast and efficient as this place. Great Job! read more

The picture in the review is the old store about a block down the road. The attentiveness to service at the old store is probably better than today. Spent 15 min in the drive through to get our breakfast (that alone in an anomaly for Chick Fila, they are quick). Holy Cow wouldn't you know itI got our food and discovered we were short one sandwich. Not usually a problem, people make mistakes, no big deal. The problem came when I tried to get my order corrected. The lobby is closed and locked, so I called the store, no one answer but I got a terrific sales pitch for the catering service. My only recourse was to wait through the drive through again to get the order right. Overall, very disappointed that an organization that is so organized does not have a process in place to address this issue. Don't get me wrong I will return and joyfully eat my Jesus chicken because it is so yummy, I have just come to expect better from an place that prides themselves on excellence. read more
