We wanted to get a chicken sandwich for lunch, so our options were Popeyes, Dave's Hot Chicken, or KFC. Chose KFC because it was closest and in the past had the best bang for the buck. This time around, not so good. The price for a combo meal has increased a lot since my last visit. I don't mind paying more if the food is good, but the meals we received were sub par. The sandwich wasn't as large, juicy, or crispy as past experiences. The fries were cold and stale. They definitely had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Even the sodas were sub-par because the cups were so packed with ice that there was only about half a cup of actual drink. All of us were disappointed and most likely we will go to one of the other mentioned places next time we're craving chicken sandwiches. read more

Ummm. I wanted to try the new chicken with glaze donut sandwich , or is it called "donut chicken sandwich?" Either way, I'm very disappointed...You know when you order something that is showed in a commercial or see a picture of the item and you order it only to be disappointed on how it looks? Or how huge the food item is only for it to be so tiny!?!? Kinda like that. That's what happened with this... glaze everywhere dripping in the bag, and box container that the donut itself was just a hard dry crust with glaze dripping to the bottom of the box. The crispy chicken is over cooked and smothered in glaze that this isn't worth even tasting or trying.... it's just slop.... literally slop.... I called the KFC I just came from and no answer. I drive for DoorDash. I got an order for this location and I was going to decline it because I saw the line.... but then I changed my mind. I wish I hadn't. I parked in the DoorDash pick up spot and called the location TWELVE TIMES. No answer. Someone had to walk up to the window to get their order fixed, so I told the worker I was there for DoorDash. The manager wanted to substitute a cookie for a biscuit which isn't that big of a deal but it was how she handled it.
