We wanted to get a chicken sandwich for lunch, so our options were Popeyes, Dave's Hot Chicken, or KFC. Chose KFC because it was closest and in the past had the best bang for the buck. This time around, not so good. The price for a combo meal has increased a lot since my last visit. I don't mind paying more if the food is good, but the meals we received were sub par. The sandwich wasn't as large, juicy, or crispy as past experiences. The fries were cold and stale. They definitely had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Even the sodas were sub-par because the cups were so packed with ice that there was only about half a cup of actual drink.
