Waiting in line, they refuse my service because I said that I was in a parking lot waiting for them to decrease their line

Burger King on Geer Road is horrible! I thought I'd give it another try because I actually like Burger King but the only one available in Turlock is the worst place ever. I saw the commercial saying they're making the burger neater and they're making the burger accurate and if it's not accurate, they will make it right on the spot and they will give you a free burger. I ordered a whopper. I went through the drive-through. I ordered extra pickles I received no pickles on my burger I went back in the line and she said I cannot take it back through the window once you have your food so she handed me a container of pickles. I told her I'm in my car. It's too messy to put the pickles on my burger, can you please make me a new one and she said no! She said she is the manager. They are not gonna make a new one. I told her about reminded her about the advertisement and they will make it right on spot and give me a coupon for my next whopper free because it was incorrect and she said they do not honor that at the store and if I didn't like it, please do not come back again. And she said she was the manager? They have always been like this. I went there another time it was about 105° outside. I ordered about $15 worth of food and I wanted a small cup of water because that was so hot. I needed to take some medicine and I needed to cool down. She said no, I had to pay for a cup whatever the cup cost after I spent all this money and food you cannot give me a cup of water and the person was so rude at the window like I was asking them for her arm. Horrible, horrible management and customer service at this location. read more

Ordered Bacon bbq burger. Ingredients listed: bbq sauce, crispy onion straws, candied bacon, cheese. Burger was very dry, had onion rings, candied bacon and jack cheese. I was looking forward to the onion straws and it needed more bbq sauce, or other form of moisture. read more

Wife says let's go to BK and get some burgers. Ok, sounds good! My special needs son has just started to eat burgers, so let's do it. Ordered a plain double cheeseburger meal, double Whopper with cheese & a Whopper with cheese & 2 tacos. My son's double cheeseburger didn't have cheese. My wife went to get it fixed. I decided to dive into my Whopper. It was cold at first bite. They gave my wife a cold slice of cheese to add to my son's burger, WTH? My wife's Whopper was warm and she spent at least 5 minutes trying to get cheese for my son's burger. How was my Whopper cold at first bite and I ate mine before she ate hers? Tacos were nasty. Service was very slow. Horrible experience and at $32, I don't think I will be returning anytime soon. Get it together BK! read more

Horrible service. 1st attempt got my order wrong. Gave them a chance for a 2nd time and received someone else's order. Stopped going there. Received a gift card so decided to give it another go, was told by some blue haired girl that I was unable to use the gift card when I got to the window in the drive thru and had to park and go in to use inside. Was in a rush, didn't have time to go in. Left them with the food made. Absolutely hate this specific Burger King. Not shocked it has horrible reviews. Do better Burger King. Do better.... read more

eggnormous burrito was just disgusting. it was not wrapped and the sauce was pretty gross.

They were totally out of ketsup. The TV was broken. No cash transactions due to a "penny shortage." The bathrooms are locked. You have to ask if you want napkins. The food itself was OK but very much has a "we don't care" attitude. read more

Today is September 6, 2025. I order an impossible whopper and then give me a regular whopper. I'm allergic to beef if I get sick I'm reporting you guys to the county because you guys should be shut down. You guys are the worst Burger King in Turlock. read more

Went to this location over west main because they tend to be out of stuff and I had a good breakfast experience here in the past. I chose bk specifically for the ghost pepper whopper. Ordered a large meal with onion rings and root beer. Kids got a rodeo burger meal with half onion rings/half fries, lemonade and a whopper junior meal with fries and sprite. Husband just wanted 2 rodeo burgers. I put my order in online because we were coming home from Denair and wanted it to be ready when we got there. When I arrived at the drive thru and told them my name, she told me to hold on a minute. She came back on and informed me that they didn't have the ghost pepper whopper, but had everything else. She asked if I wanted a whopper instead and I said I guess. Got to the window and now says out of lemonade... oooook, so my kid picks rootbeer. She hands me a few bags and off I go. I always double check my food, so I pulled in a space and first I see 3 orders of fries, so that was wrong. Then there is only 3 rodeo burgers. No whopper or whopper jr. So I pull up front to go in because there's other cars in the drive thru and the door is locked. They glance at me and turn away, but I see one girl get a bag ready and the one from the window walks over and she turns her back to me and I'm still standing there and she gets the bag and goes, sorry I forgot these... so I tell her we got all fries and she goes oh yeah, we were out of onion rings so I did all fries. How did she tell me they had everything else for my order and jack it all up? We get home and what's on the rodeo burger, onion rings! So how does that work? Now I can't trust either burger king. read more

Drive through lady was very confused couldn't get the order right . My double cheeseburger was cold and cheese not melted . I drove off and wanted to call to complain but the number to this Turl9ck BK is not listed and it's sad. I see all these complaints a serious manager is needed. read more

I am a huge fan of Burger King, that is until today, the customer service is awful, i ordered two meals, and this girl with glasses and bright red hair hands me my tray, i wait for my drinks, she sees me waiting refuses to acknowledge me, the other workers see me but act like they dont see me waiting, i waited very patiently (i did customer service 10 years and never behaved that way towards a customer) finally with a nasty attitude the girl with red hair and glasses asks what i was waiting for, i told her my two drinks, she brings two cups throws them at me, awful people skills, if you dont like your job quit dont take it out on customers because you are miserable, BURGER KING get a hold of your employees because that is why you are losing business, you just lost me as a customer and i used to talk burger king up as one of my favorites, you can thank your employees for losing money. read more

I recently was waited on twice in a week by a very obnoxious and rude older female at this Burger King. She seems to think that she is the queen bee and she can behave however she wants. The management there is obviously broken beyond repair as a one-star rating on Yelp is a very sad tribute to an owner. Apparently the motto there is we don't have a bad attitude. Her attitude was basically she didn't care about the customer and she was to be respected anyway. When I mentioned her attitude on the second visit she said she didn't have a bad attitude. She was just the type of person that one never really wants to be around again. Ha. read more

This place is horrible. Almost every time I go there they take FOREVER or they are out of something. My husband went tonight and ordered in the app beforehand thinking it would be faster. He still ended up waiting almost an HOUR in the drive thru. He told them he was there for a pick up order and they brought it out to his car but there were 2 cars in front of him and cars in back of him so he had to still wait. And just for the 2 cars in front, an entire HOUR. No use in telling them our food would be cold or it would just be longer. Definitely never going there again. Yelp needs a zero star option. read more

How is this place still open??? From the first day of opening I have probably been there 30 times. (I know I keep hoping), I have never once had it go without incident. Today walked in. Just wanted two of the frozen drinks. Another man and I stood there for 10 minutes while two employees ran around and looked at us. Finally asked what I wanted. I told her. Our machines are down. I left. I usually drive out to the one by the freeway and I will never go to Burger King on Geer ever. Whoever owns this franchise SUCKS'!!!! read more

I went inside & saw 4 people eating at a booth in the front of the restaurant. However, there was no one to take my order. I kept make noise & whistling & after 5 minutes or so, a girl rambled up from the back. I asked if she had been taking a nap. Then she informed me that they were out of lettuce. I had lettuce at home so let that go. After that, things went smoothly. However, Carls' jr. will get my order in the future. read more

I went in on Feb 3rd 2025 around 730pm I seen there was 3 crew members. A guy, older lady. And the younger girl light skin had the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. You walk in and she's already giving you an ugly face, rude attitude she seemed annoyed about i don't know what. She also served me a cold burger and stale super salted fries felt like they have been sitting in the warmer for a long while -_- , mind you this place was not busy at all!! She was not wearing a name tag either. read more

Service is terrible as this location. I ordered a large ice coffee and was given a small. When u talked to the person working the drive thru she said " oh well thats the only size cup we have so I dont know what to tell you" I told her she could have told me that when I ordered and before I paid for it. She was very rude. Won't be going back to this location read more

I went in for lunch with a coupon for two whopper combo. I placed my order and asked my whoppers for cheese, the lady behind the counter said that will be extra which I was ok with. I then said I would like the whoppers plain with just mayo and mustard. She said sorry we charge extra for mustard. For mustard, really? She said yes because the whopper does not come with mustard so it costs extra. I was floored, seriously. Well I asked her if they have mustard packets she could just give me instead, she said no. What, who charges extra for mustard!! Its not like I am asking for extra ranch or bbq. This is just mustard. read more

Worst establishment we have ever been too. Our order was taken after us asking if someone could take our order. Their menu changed so limited options were available. We were told they had no bacon, but did not give us any other options? We were hungry, so we ended up ordering a whopper and fries. After 10 minutes we received our food. Whopper was warm, but not fresh and it was obviously made with not fresh lettuce or tomatoes. Fries were cold and not seasoned. When I asked for fresh fries and complained about them not being salted they stated they were out of salt. We will never be back as the service was unexceptional and very unprofessional. Save your money and try better food! read more

Just had the worst meal experience! They barely put any ice in our drinks so the Cokes were nasty. Took 1 sip and that was it. Someone must've been salty to because the fries my wife had were covered in salt. Next time we're going to McDonald's. read more

It's only a one star because I can't leave a zero star Tuesday night and thought I'd get Burger King for my self and my kids. Not a great experience. On the left is what I ordered. On the right is what I wound up with. How does the salad they made Burger King on Geer rd. in Turlock, California, look anything like I ordered. Also waited 15 minutes for my food. Had to go inside because I was waiting so long after I ordered. I asked for onion rings and sauce. I received the sauce with fries. My mozzarella sticks were overcooked and dry as well as the chicken. How hard is it to make a salad? It was like they took the ingredients from a chicken sandwich and threw it on some lettuce in a plastic container. One piece of chicken cut into 4 chunks and a slice of orange cheese cut into four corners does not make a salad. Really get it together it is NOT rocket science!! #BurgerKingShameful read more

Brandi, Brandi, Brandi! Did I mention Brandi to you all yet? Well she is the reason for my 5 star review and she is the only reason. We arrived in the drive-through and were immediately greated with the most pleasant, warming professional voice I have ever heard. From start to finish Brandi wowed me and my family through her attention to detail, clear communication and big giant outshine the sun smile. Our order was absolutely perfect and delivered quickly. If you are the owner of this establishment you need to understand what you have as an employee with Brandi because she is the one in a million employee that business owners like myself will come back for to hire away from you. This place is trash. Only reason I went because had a gift card to use. Lady at drive through was irritated takin my order. No customer service skills. Just seemed mad to be there. JUST CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN ALREADY!!!! 1. The prices change depending on what buttons the untrained staff hits. 2. You order a whopper and it usually has nothing but bread and patty. 3. This was the worst experience I've ever had in the food industry. They were out of everything I asked for a refund they refused to give me the food and said I had to request the refund online as I was doing that he then said he would call the cops if I didn't leave the drive through immediately. I was just requesting my refund like he told me to do. This was the most wild experience I have ever had. I guess there is a reason bk is going under. Don't bother eating here. read more

I went here last night and the register lady was just having a conversation with some random guy not in uniform. I ordered my drink and asked if it's fine to pay with $100 bills, she said yes, I gave her my money and she gave me my drink. When I got my money I wouldn't think it's so hard to subtract $5 from a $100. They're literally bigger bills. Instead she only gave me $85 back for one large drink. I had left and didn't think about counting that change back until I hit the road. Smh. read more
