We actually took our food back. The frostys tasted like mold. The buns on the hamburger were stale, hard like maybe they were in the freezer too long. The nuggets tasted off. I can't pinpoint the taste it just wasn't the crisp flavor I normally have. The fries tasted like old grease. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. #3471 Turlock Wendy's on Geer at 3:30pm 8/25/2022. We were ignored at the counter. After yelling to get their attention the 3 employees reluctantly came to the counter to take our order. The manager yelled at me saying I did not have to bang on the trays & cussed at me. I then pushed 5 trays from the stack of 20 onto the floor next to them and walked out. She followed me, took a picture and called the police while still cussing at me. The cops came to my home & I did nothing criminal. She provoked me. This Wendy's has a reputation for rude behavior, cold food and slow service as compared to the Wendy's on Monte Vista Avenue. That female manager, her crew leader and the little skinny kid who looked annoyed that he was even there should all be punished and I should be allowed back into the restaurant. So I just went inside to dine in today, the cashier that was at service was name Tatiana. I just wanted to express the horrible experience that she gave, the attitude she had. She was sarcastic while I was taking my order, made me wait at the front register after handing my food & I think said manager had to hand me my sauces. Just came home with a missing chicken sandwich and the other made incorrectly (supposed to be no mayo). Were not given our receipt so we cannot do any online contact/survey if there is one. Our burgers are dry and over cooked as well. We waited long enough cars were honking for unaccalrtabke food and the two people it took to work the window couldn't master a smile between them. Called and no answer just a fax screech and then nothing the next few tries. This happens every time which sucks since most Wendy's are usually very good. Forgot to add: there were hand written signs on the speaker box "out of tenders; soda not working" I'm not sure what else the issues were. It gets pretty tiresome to go through a drive thru and find out you didn't get your entire order. I've always been a fan of Wendy's. Wendy's in Modesto on Hatch Rd. Was my first job as a teenager. So I've always enjoyed their food. Sorry to leave only one star. But I paid for my 2 kids and self. I o find out they forgot to put in the bags; ten piece chicken nuggets & a large fry. So one kid was pretty upset. I guess I should of pulled over to check the bag. But instead I just asked if everything was in the bag. Wendy's has a great meals available and their food is delicious. It just needs to be placed in the bag. So one can be fed.:) read more

My husband picked up a $5 Double Stack Biggie Bag for me. I used to love getting these from a Wendy's in San Jose before we moved to Turlock about 3 years ago. I asked him to get me a fruit punch which was a drink option with the Biggie Bag. When he got home, he handed me my "drink". It was an Honest Kids Juice Box. I told my husband that he must have gotten me a kids' meal by mistake. Wrong. He definitely ordered a Biggie Bag, however, this is not the Biggie Bag from 3 years ago. Everything has shrunk. We made jokes about the old Wendy's commercials that asked "Where's the beef?" only now it is not just "Where's the beef? It is "Where's the bun?" "Where's the chicken?" "Where's the fries?" "Where's the drink?" I take it back. This is a kid's meal. Either that or Wendy's is now very cheap or at the very least too lazy to change the syrup for the fruit punch. I was out doing a little last minute Christmas shopping, and decided to grab something quick to eat. I hadn't dined at this Wendy's in quite a while so I thought I'd stop here again. As I walked from my parking space in the rain I could see several people eating in the restraunt, however as I got to the door the sign read "dining room closed this evening" I thought it was a little strange since the "open" sign was clearly displayed. Gross!!!!! In July of this year I had an issue with hair in my food. The local district manager contacted me to fix the issue. He gave me the managers email address. The manager never contacted me back. Fast forward to now, I decide to give them another shot. The guy at the window had dirt and blood (BLOOD!!) in his finger nails. There were 20 of us (4 families with kids) that just walked in to Wendy's to eat after our kids had just played basketball and we have an hour drive home. It was 9:26 when we arrived and they told us they were closing at 9:30 even though the app and the door says they close the dining room at 10:00. They just missed out on plenty of money and were completely dishonest. We are now at Taco Bell-glad to give them our money and thankful their dining room is open. I love Wendy love the chocolate frosties. but unfortunately when I go to Wendy's on Greer. I've never gotten hot and crispy fries as the commercial says. Half the time they mess up our orders. This has been since day they open. Haven't went there for a while because I'm disappointed. Was craving for a frosty and one of their BLT crispy chicken sandwiches. Tonight the fries were warm but not soggy like they say it won't be. The most disappointing thing tonight was I ordered a BLT crispy chicken sandwich from the biggie 5 deals and all I got on it was the chicken and the dressing no bacon no lettuce no tomato or no cheese. Plus they had a sign saying they were out of lettuce fine but what happened to my bacon tomato and cheese. so when I got home I didn't want to leave because my show was just starting I called them on the phone three times and let it ring and ring until it died no one answered. The house name was Susanna. She did ring up that I was going to BLT crispy chicken but I did not receive it. What should I do to get this corrected since they don't answer the phone. Just so disappointing at this store been going to Wendy's for ever 20-30 years maybe and this has been the worst Wendy's store I've gone to. Don't go to this Wendy"s they give you cold food that has been sitting on the shelf and don't follow your request . The bread was dry and they try to mask it by putting freshish veggies on the cold meat and dry bun in addition they put onions on the burger even though I asked for no onions. Take a look at my picture so that you could see what they call bacon they are bacon leftovers so crispy that they should be called bacon charcoal. This is my first review of any restaurant that is negative I usually only say good things and sometimes I wonder why people would say bad things about places but oh my goodness the company should just close down this restaurant and take away the franchise license. I'm not saying that just because of what happened to me today my daughter was telling me that the same thing had happened to my husband several times already but he kept on giving them a chance because other Wendy's in the area still have good service. They do a dis service to this company and if the franchise owner is reading this look at the fact that you have one star on both Yelp and Google and fix your issues with staff or your expectations about profit margin . We pay for our food and my burger was not a 4 for 4, it was a big bacon classic. You are not doing customers any favors, customers keep you in business. I tend to stay away from Wendy's because although their burgers are tasty they always cause two reactions that I don't like: 1. My wife wanted a regular burger with no cheese, fries, & some water. I ordered the double burger with cheese, fries & some water. He considered this to be a combo because of the water & charged accordingly. The order came with no cheese on my burger, two slices of cheese on her burger with an extra charge.
