Went to Wendy's for the first time ever this morning, I ended up ordering some chili cheese fries & a BBQ cheese burger. My wife was satisfied with her BBQ burger but I was not happy about my chili cheese fries! Their chili was really watery & had no flavor at all! Oh and besides that, we had to pull up to the parking lot and waited for around 10 minutes!!! I have never used this app to write a review but I felt like I had to download it and make an account just to let it out there. Just left the place 15 minutes ago and promise to never return. Order a number 1 with no cheese, burger comes and the bread was hard as a rock and the meat was cold as ice, took it back to the counter and showed the girl the problem, we will give you another and that they did, double burger, 3 pieces of cheese, and cold meat, took it back again, this time I was told if we can't please you this time we will just give you your money back. Wendy's is literally the redheaded stepchild of the fast food chains. Every time I am talked into coming here, I end up looking at my food (whatever I've ordered) and just ask myself why I ordered it. There is no correct decision on the Wendy's menu because it's all bad. The sadness doesn't stop there. Unfortunately it has taken the employees at this location. These people are some of the most disinterested ghost-like people I've ever encountered. They have no customer service skills and seem to be operating in a mental fog. Twice they have forgotten to give me my debit card back when they're holding it in their hand. I've also had to go back into the restaurant because they've given me other people's food or given me a completely different order. This Wendy's need some serious counseling and maybe with time it will be ready to interact with the world again. Until then, they need to shut down and rebuild from top to bottom. read more

The customer service is definitely less than one star from me. The lady who took our order was extremely unprofessional, laughing the whole time and was continuously repeating our order incorrectly. After we got our food I checked and they got our order wrong so we decided to go back and the man at the window was clearly just trying to get us to leave he didn't check our receipt or anything just handed us the food and that's it. Store looks nice, but that's about it. Anytime we come here there's always someone at the counter that doesn't seem to understand how to do their job. They seem scared, or they just don't care about quality customer service. I'd suggest the managers train their employees better at simple register operations, and simple customer service. read more

On our visit to the Wendy's on Geer Road recently. In all my years as a Wendy's customer this day It was a horrible experience. When we walked in there was a prior Customer waiting her salad she just got was wilted. We were waiting in line over 10 minutes no one was at the counter or to acknowledge any of their customers were in front by now another customer came in was waiting. My boyfriend had to get their attention by taking the tray and dropping it on the counter before someone came out. He took our order and by the long wait to get it another 10 minutes later we received our food and it was cold, tasted bad and the meat on both of our burgers were still rare a bit but the lettuce was wilted when we sat down to eat it. We were not happy at all and to even go back up to ask for our money no one was at the counter for along time very poor customer service from the cook to the service indeed!. I got very sick the rest of the evening after taking a couple but until we realized the food was bad . I did go in the bathroom on the way out awaiting our food and I seen 2 coaches and an unkept and dirty bathroom. . We are both very upset at this encounter and did not get we want our money back and want to be compensated for this visit. read more

I was thinking about a chocolate frosty all day ,so when I got off work stopped going through the drive through and ordered two chocolate frosty' s and a single cheese burger . The ordertaker said they were OUT of chocolate so my heart sank . What major fast food store would run out of an item on their menu , I was disturbed when as they have been advertising these heavily they would be out.... order extra (manager fault). The lobby was ice cold and when I informed the twelve year old cashier, she said "sorry, I don't know." They forgot forks, croutons, and the dressing in our plastic bags. For our terrible experience we paid $20 for a couple of very sad salads and a medium order of under salted fries that we ate shivering. I always forget why I don't eat at Wendy's. SLOW SERVICE, RUDE MANAGER! Some moron started mopping the floor while my friend was in the bathroom then left his big bucket blocking the hallway so she tripped on it (which eventually she had to make hospital visits) I had to wait 5 min for help when I told them what happened and asked for a towel- they didn't even ask if she was okay just handed me 2 paper towels and went back to work. I waited for someone else, asked if they had regular towels he said no and went back to work. The floor was so greasy and wet she had to slide around to the front to get up. We finally asked for manager just let him know what happened and that his staff wasn't helpful, he sarcastically asked "well are you okay then?", he seemed irritated to have to get incident report because they were too busy to deal with us, in his defense says no one has been hurt while any of those new employees have been there so they didn't know what to do HA! even the 2 customers who were waiting in the dining room knew that if someone is hurt you ask if they are okay and offered help and it wasn't even mandatory for them to do so!! Azzhat took pics of the wet floor signs that were up by the front door (where it was dry) had her fill out a paper then went back to work. It was very disappointing, we were there first thing in the morning about 10:30 am. The floors were sticky and dirty, and pretty much every table had a dirty greasy film across it. It was clear that the floor nor the tables had been more or disinfected. I also went in the men's bathroom and was not pleased with the condition of cleanliness. Earlier this week, I went there and the girl taking my order had no idea what she was doing. She messed up my order three times before getting it right and made me wait for very long pauses in between ordering. When I got my order, she had still forgotten something. I tried not to think too much about it, and decided to give it another try last night. The restaurant is supposed to close by 1 am, I drove through the drive through at 12:15 to get a quick order and go. I got to the menu, and was completely ignored for five minutes. I tried to go around and drive through again, yet I was ignored a second time. On my way to driving out, I saw someone inside, clearly ignoring me. It was probably one of the rudest things I've experienced at a restaurant yet. Don't eat here. The one by Costco has much nicer workers. read more

Im not one for fast food but when I get the urge for a hamburger I always come here. My sandwiches are always made fresh and a frosty is the cherry on top.
