They are fast with the orders at the drive-through definitely meeting the demand of fast food. We bought a lot of food and all of the orders were correct. They were courteous and thoughtful. This is the only KFC in the East side of San Jose that has a drive through. Very convenient. They also honor coupons from newspaper clippings to save you a couple of bucks. I suggest stating it when presenting your order so that they are able to code the transactions properly. read more

Alphonso is a hard worker. Orders and then packs the chicken. I notice he always sanitizes his hands after dealing with cash so that's a plus in my book. I always hear him upselling when I go here every week on Tuesdays for their Tuesday special, so Hes doing everything he has to do. He'll do great training others in the future! read more

Awesome services, staffs are friendly and very helpful and the cleanliness is super. Parkings are always available so definitely will recommend this is place to go for KFC in San Jose read more

The absolute worse kfc out there. They regularly run out of chicken. Will mark your online orders as ready for pickup when it's not. And when you arrive to pick up an order, you find out they gave it away to someone else or it was stolen. Been here a handful of times, and there has always been issues. Avoid this location. read more

In this area of town the quality of most everything is usually diminished. That Was the case here a year ago but it pleasantly looks like they improved service and cleanliness. The extra crispy wings always a treat but don't eat it often if you're over 40* . It's yummy still and the recipe constant and KFC. I will return to this one to support the owner once in a while! Honestly this is the only Taco Bell/KFC I recommend. It's the cleanest and most sanitary location I've been to. I'm a sucker for their happy hour freezes. There's always new staff I feel but they have all been very nice both indoor and in the drive through. The service is typically really fast. However when they are busy, they will have you pull over and a staff will bring your meal. The quality of the chicken and overall food at this location is 10 times better than other locations and I like that I can get the chicken nuggies from KFC and a freeze from taco bell. read more

This place used to be a 4 stars place for me, but that was years ago. Even though i know that the customer service isn't as good as before, I'll still come by at times since it's close to places I'm going to. As always i would get a famous bowl, oh gosh it was too salty today. read more

Drove up to the drive through and ordered. Paid at the first window. There was a sign saying that if I didn't get a receipt the time I got my food, I would get the food for free. I got my food and asked where my receipt was and proceeded to mention that the sign said I would get the food for free! They manually printed it out on the spot and said that I only get the free food if I drove away without a receipt?! The employee also gave me the food and told me that all my order was in one bag and I insisted to check for the other part of my order after showing my bag. They got the rest of the order after I mentioned my missing part of the order. Got home and started eating my famous bowl and also found a wrapper in my food. They also asked me for what sauce I wanted and stated I wanted hot sauce. I didn't get any hot sauce when I checked at home. Unacceptable! That's a lot of errors for one order... Service is so awful the person who took my order name is yonathon or something like that I'm currently ordering for Taco Bell and I said fries he didn't even bother asking if I was talking about the cheese fries from Taco Bell or the fries from kfc. When my order was done he asked me if I wanted any sauce and I said a couple of each and I asked about the fries he was giving me attitude about it then I mentioned how he didn't give me my cup yet and he then proceededs to say" I just asked if you got your drink yet" he didn't ask my anything about my drink he asked about if I wanted any sauce. 2.5 STARS Every year, the roommate and his friends do a Friendsgiving. This year, since we'd been out of town, we didn't have time to make a turkey. What does that mean? Someone brought KFC. This happened on Sunday, November 25th around 5:45pm. I believe we got a Bucket Meal: 12pc Chicken, 3 Large Sides, 6 Biscuits (Feeds 6+). For the sides, we had Cole Slaw, Mac and Cheese, and Mashed Potatoes & Gravy. I've always preferred another fast food chicken chain over KFC, but theirs will do if I'm craving fried chicken. As long as it's extra crispy that is. Convenient as there are many locations. Though it's gotten a little pricey for a bucket of chicken. (I think the roommate and I have spent around $25+ for an 8 piece meal?) Not the cheapest, but it'll satisfy my craving if I'm too lazy to go to their competitor's store. read more

ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS, idc how long it takes I'm sitting in this drive thru until you open. I'm not having no bad, if u say 9 I'm waiting until I get to order. This is in acceptable, this company shouldn't be standing, how are you going to promote you opening at 9 then proceed to let 3 people wait in ur drive thru? Absolutely unacceptable either fix ur promotion or shut down. Please do not waste your time and money. Do not fund a unstable business. Waste of money. Absolutely the worst. So yesterday I had the rest of my wisdom teeth taken out, and was getting hungry around 10pm. To my surprise KFC was open until midnight so we headed over to the drive thru for the one and only--Large mashed potatoes! However, be aware at this time there are lots of homeless tents put up, and while you're in line the homeless guys will come up to your car and ask for change. Lock the doors! Anyways, service was quick and friendly. The area is a bit sketch at night, even the drive thru staff lock the windows when they turn their back to get your food. I recommend y'all come before dark to avoid the homeless! read more

This place said to open at 9 but I wait till 9:10 and it's still not open! I would consider never going back here again.

Been there a few times and not understanding how "open" light is on but doors and drive thru window closed. Got off one time to knock cuz I saw a person inside but I guess he/she hide? ... I was the fourth car in line but we did not move at all. Indecisive? Two for one deal, but not really! KFC + Taco Bell Ordered: - The KFC Go Cup - Chicken Littles & side of crispy seasoned potato wedges - T8 - 3 Crunch or Soft Tacos Combo comes with drink Tina's Thoughts and Triggers - Food is always greasy, but the stomach wants what it wants *Selena Gomez's theme song - The heart wants what it wants* - Vita was the person who helped me. She was super helpful at the drive thru intercom and suggested items to buy as I don't go to KFC nor Taco Bell too often. - I told her what I wanted and she explained that I could get the beef soft tacos itself or as a combo, but ended doing the combination T8 with the three beef soft tacos; although, the tacos itself were a tad bit greasy, but hey it's fast food. - She deserves some recognition for being welcoming and one of few employees that enjoy her jobs (from what I saw). - KTHXBYE. I just left this location. They just opened and had no white meat available. There were 4 other cars behind me and two in front. #1 why didn't the employee taking the order in the drive thru tell me that while I was ordering. I wasted time waiting to get all the way to the window for her to tell me they ran out. I said how did you run out, when you just opened. Then she said we have to cook it and it will take 15 minutes. That's bad management, who ever the manager there is. This location had a drive thru of customers and you didn't have what a lot of people like on original. I was told they only had crispy. That location was not ready to open, because if it was managed correctly, then they would have had more than enough chicken, white or dark in crispy and original ready. Bad business and horrible location to go to. I will make sure to solicit other KFC locations and never go there again. I wouldn't suggest anyone going to this location. read more

This location of KFC has gone downhill the last couple times I visited. They don't prepare enough during dinner time so most of the chicken items are out. We went last weekend to order grilled chicken and got pretty 4 badly overcooked and dryed chicken legs. These shouldn't be served to customer at all. Get an extra star for being in the same place. I have never been inside this place, just through the drive through on many occasions. My chiropractor is pretty much right next door to this place. The best part about them being together is you can get KFC hot sauce with your Taco Bell taco. If you have never tried it you should. Besides that it is just like all the rest so do not be overly excited about the service or quality of product.
