I went to McDonald's expecting fast food and basic courtesy... instead, I got an episode of "Who Can Be the Most Unprofessional?" starring Conner and Kelsey. Conner looked like he had just rolled out of bed and brought his attitude with him. Didn't say a word, no "hello," no "what can I get you," just stared at me like I was the inconvenience. Then Kelsey jumped in not to help but to giggle and roll her eyes like they were in a group chat together talking about customers. I waited 23 minutes for ONE meal. I watched 4 cars behind me get their orders before me, and when I asked what was going on, Kelsey said, "We're working on it" with the energy of someone who clearly wasn't. When I finally got my food, the fries were cold, the burger was missing the patty (yes, literally), and my drink tasted like it was watered down with regret. Do better.
