I placed an order on the CFA app with delivery through Door Dash. Whoever prepared the order for the delivery driver did not check to make sure everything was there so I had items missing. When I called the store and spoke to Matt Peterson, he said he couldn't do anything and that I had to call Door Dash. He said they could redeliver it or credit me back. I called door dash and they said they could only credit it back. So they've lost a long term customer because of their passing the buck. This is not the Chick-fil-a that Mr. Cathy created.
