The team at this KGC is very efficient and very friendly. We came in with our grandchildren for lunch and everyone left happy. One of the kids ate all of his Mac and cheese and wanted more. I went up to the counter to place another order. The person taking my order gave us a refill and would not take any payment. That person earned the operator a LOT more than she would have taken in. Nasty attitude from the servers. It was very very dirty. There was grease on the floor and all over the tables. There was paper littered on the floor. Look like nobody had cleaned it. There was also a leaky air conditioner. read more

Took forever. Literally 45 minutes to get food. Servers did not seem to care.... Would 100% not come back.

We got take out for lunch today, a philly cheese steak and a philly chicken steak sandwich. They were both absolutely delicious. Servings were very generous. We both got fries as a side. If i had a complaint, it would be that the fries were too healthy--no grease and no salt. Next time I think I'll try the onion rings. I got 2 nice meals out of my order and was very satisfied. Staff was friendly and food was ready in a reasonable time, 10-15 mins. We'll definitely go back. read more

The food was great and the guy who served me had great customer service. He was super nice and helped me with what to order. I felt welcomed even though I did come in before closing. Wasn't mad at all and got me what I wanted! Had longer hair, scruffy beard and glasses. Nice guy and will be back. read more

We ordered the 8 piece dinner for $20. and was charged 30.77 ! I asked the lady behind the counter why it was so hight and she just said prices have gone up. What she charged me and what is online is different. That was not the real problem. I waited as least 45 minutes for my dinner, meanwhile Marita(worked behind the counter) just went back and forth not doing much of anything, she did take orders but only filling a few then she stopped and just left the resturant leaving at least 6 people waiting for their orders, but no one was filling any orders. The bells kept going off indicating the time was up on the cookers, but no one was watching the cookers. Only one guy in the back was there. He came out and tried to fill orders, while people were just leaving and not ordering. This resturant is the worse KFC I have been in! When I got home and looked at my order it was close to being burned, very dark, not good. What is wrong with this location for KFC?? it has always been bad over the last 20 years. Ordered online and allowed extra time past the pickup time in case they were running behind. The staff had not even begun preparing my simple order (chicken tenders and 3-piece meal, not complicated). Still had to wait more than 15 minutes to get the order after arriving. Social distancing and mask-wearing were not enforced. The staff was wearing gloves but never changed them, so what's the point? And they got the order wrong on top of everything else. So I read the reviews posted before I went and saw that they were all old. So I thought we'd give it a shot anyways cause we really wanted KFC It was delish and the staff was courteous! So maybe 4 years ago it wasn't the greatest but they have redeemed themselves in my opinion. I would understand if they were busy, but they had barely any customers while so many people left that came after me. they were lazy and stood around. should not have taken that long. Despite the negative comments, we had a pretty good time here. The staff is friendly and kind. They were open to our requests concerning which parts of chicken we preferred. The food was out in a reasonable amount of time and it was fresh and hot. The only issue I had was that masks were not enforced in customers. I'm not sure if they enforce the "8 people maximum capacity" sign at the door. Is that supposed to mean among the customers or the whole store?? Anyway, this place is better than a lot of people in the other reviews say it is. I don't understand the 2 star average rating. read more

The very last time, we went to KFC, was the last time. We placed our order after waiting in line for over 30 minutes. They were not busy, but lazy. They would rather be on their phone talking or not doing anything at all. The tables and floor really needed to be cleaned, but they were to busy to do that. Plus they got our order totally wrong. Trying to get them to fix our order was like pulling teeth from a gator. We haven't been back since. read more

This KFC has a serious problem. The food is okay but the manager and staff are very unprofessional! I really don't see how they are even in business. I am very shocked KFC upper management aren't addressing the issues at this location. I was passing through the city heading back to Atlanta. I must say it's a shame because I love KFC. Ny'Asia was obviously having a rough night, but she was beyond rude to my family. Didn't speak when we tried to order. My husband asked if she was ready (for him to order) and she used all of her negative bodily language to say yes. Then she just set some cups out, but didn't tell anyone whose they were and obviously I shouldn't have asked. She very flippantly told me those were my cups (not the lady who ordered before me and still didn't have her drinks...) so I just pointed out that I asked because there were 3 drinks and we only ordered 2. She came back with more attitude to explain to me to every combo had a drink, I reminded her we ordered only 2. She rolled her eyes and loudly told the other employee that if any other customer came at her with an attitude she was leaving tonight. Then she continued to talk shit about me to him while I was standing right at the counter trying to patiently wait. Will not return. That was all after a VERY lengthy wait for what is supposedly "fast food". read more

Late night stop. The dining area had trash in every booth and on some on the floor. The chairs were sticky. I asked for fresh potato wedges and got the same soggy ones that they had. I spent 30$ on dinner in this restaurant, my son who was not feeling well and was not eating asked for a cup for water. While him and 2 other customers were getting their drinks an employee named TIA came over and accused my son of not getting water. She was rude from the get go and also VERY WRONG. When I went to the counter to address the matter with her, I showed her his cup of WATER and she said oh well it didnt look like it was............ When I asked her to please apoligize to my son(who is also autistic and very upset that he was accused of something he was not doing) she advised me that she would not apoligize for being rude for no reason and wrong. This employee should not have a job that deals with people as she obviously has no people skills. I was blown away by her very unprofessional attitude. There were 2 other employees, a blond girl along with the older gentleman cooking on the grill that also acted very unprofessional, the blond girl stared my daughter and me down after the conversation with Tia and then the older gentleman was making comments behind the counter as if there was more to say. If I were the owners of this KFC I would definitely reevaluate the customer service training these employees are getting. Very Sad read more
