The Panini's were fresh, crunchy, cheesy and delicious. I can't wait to try their other menu items because it all sounds and looks fantastic. The place is also warm and welcoming, filled with a ton of live plants. Say what you will but that is a nice touch a lot of places don't think about! Anyone from Peachtree City knows that good food here is hard to come by, so it's great to know this little gem exists.

I went in during a relatively slow time half the employees are standing around not much work going on, so I figured OK. There should be no problem. It should be a great experience. Wrong! I ordered the McAllister club. I mean the sandwich literally has their name in it. They should have no reason not perfecting that sandwich. I get the sandwich. I start eating at mine again this is my first time being here since 1989. I've never been I get a couple bites and I'm looking at the menu and I'm like shocked that it's missing half of the fundamental ingredients. It's bad enough that there's like 2 ounces of meat on the sandwich so it's basically a vegetarian sandwich no bacon, the pickles and additional toppings. I added not on the sandwich. I go to the counter and the girls just like oh you want me to give it to you so you can put it on there? Not really I kind of want you to remake the sandwich like it was made wrong. I want to eat the sandwich the way I properly ordered it. She didn't take the sandwich in the back put the ingredients on the sandwich and hand it back to me. I don't know how difficult it would've been just to remake the sandwich properly, but apparently it was so slow that they weren't able to do that. Not to mention, they were out of broccoli, which is one of their four sides that they have to offer. I was there for about 25 minutes and had no point in anybody make more broccoli. I don't know about the McAllister world, but in the real world it only takes about 10 minutes to boil water steamed broccoli, and serve it to somebody. But I guess standing around holding hands playing on their phone was more important than making sure they were stocked up with all the items they offered on the menu. Ben miller reached out whom I assume is the district manager or customer relations for the area and offered to correct the issue. Stated an email was sent which was never received. When I reached back out to provide another email or find another way to proceed with correcting the issue he went ghosts and never responded or made an effort to right the wrong. So as the sayings go it starts at the top, and lead by example. There are problems with customer service from the top to the bottom and it makes sense why almost every single store in the state of Georgia is rather a 3 or below. Most being in the 2 range. They may have 600+ stores or what not but I don't see that being the case for much longer if major changes don't happen and fast !!!

Then we waited an 67 minutes, before the salad came out. 72 minutes before the sandwiches came. We all agreed, we should have ordered pizzas for our wait.
