What I…read morelike is that this place and the workers are clean, there are plenty of places to sit so it's never overcrowded and they have a dollar menu with decent items (including Jamocha shakes) and plenty of specials which change every few months. Only strange thing with Arby's is that aside from the roast beef and Jamocha shakes, the menu seems to change (whereby they drop slow moving items, I guess) on a regular basis. I used to love Arby's turkey deluxe sandwiches (which were made of thin cut turkey slices) but they yanked them from the menu back in the '90's. Not sure if they still have the deli sandwiches. They now have a reuben which actually ain't bad. Only negative is they don't have their own wi-fi although I believe there are some stray signals from neighbors that can be used.

Ok, with a name like Redneck Gourmet, I had to stop in…read more It was a little early for lunch, so it wasn't very busy yet--and honestly, I wasn't even that hungry. But I ended up ordering the fried chicken salad with honey mustard dressing. It came out pretty quickly, which I appreciated. And it was big--like really big. I ate about half and that was more than enough. The honey mustard is homemade and so flavorful... definitely the standout. You order at the counter and there's plenty of seating inside, plus a few tables outside along the sidewalk. It's right across from the courthouse, which makes for a really nice setting. You can also see straight into the kitchen behind the counter, which I always like. It's not a fancy place at all--in a good way. Most of the people coming in looked like they were just on their lunch break, and it had that easy, local feel. The woman behind the counter was really friendly and helped me pick between a few options. By the time I left, the place was starting to get packed, so clearly it's a popular spot. The sandwiches and burgers I saw coming out looked really solid too, so if I'm ever back in the area, I'd want to try one of those.

Walked into her spacious casual dining atmosphere. The menu board was a nice big modern graphics driven and easy read. The menu is focused on American cuisine with sandwiches hamburger special hotdog hoagies and a good variety of salad. Chili was excellent. Would recommend it to those and enjoy chili chili. Both salad were more than we could finish, (I was here with my spouse). Prices were very reasonable for the volume quality. All of staff were approachable and friendly. Placed your order, get a table number, and the server brings out your food. Kind of reminds me of Culver. Didn't have room to try the homemade poundcake or the fresh bake cookies. But they look very yummy. Definitely worth a visit when you're in the mood for casual American dining.

I asked for it to be made fresh which is kind of the whole thing so it really wasn't even a request since that's pretty standard. The lady was agreeable to everything that I said as if none of it would be a problem. I see him put the burger in the past, which sits there for over five minutes before they bag it up. I get the fries and they're pale and soggy as if they roll a partially cooked. I went back to the counter, explained to the lady that I asked for extra crispy fries, and the fries that I received were nowhere near that. I also explained that the burger had already been sitting for about five minutes so I would prefer that the entire meal be made over. She got a nasty attitude about it as if I was in the wrong, but went ahead and remade the meal. When I got the food, the fries were now extra crispy, but the burger by no means was fresh and the patties were almost room temperature so much so that the cheese wouldn't even melt over top of the meat. At that point, I just left and figured I would deal with it later. Reached out to corporate a couple times sent a couple emails. Trying to expressed my experience with them with no return phone calls or emails. After a couple calls at the store I finally spoke with the store manager Justin, who didn't really seem too concerned about the experience, but mentioned he would send out a couple value certificates. About two weeks ago, but I didn't receive anything and I happen to be in the area so I decided to just stop by. When I stopped in, I specifically spoke with the store. Manager reminded him of our conversation, and he went ahead and took my order. Once again, I expressed my desire for fresh food and extra crispy fries. So I stand there while they make the food he gives me the bag and once again there's pale almost room temperature fries. So of course once again, I asked them to remake the food because I don't want to wait four or five minutes for fresh fries while the burger sits there and it's cold. I would assume with him knowing the situation that he would be more attentive to making sure the meal was made correctly since it was a remake to a pass poor experience. As I received the remade food, the gentleman in the back starts talking about there's no way the fries cannot be extra crispy now and there's no way that they can be wrong and kind of just had a negative attitude about him that made me feel unwelcome and just a really unprofessional situation. When the reality is, there is a way that they could be not crispy by you not cooking them long enough. At that point I just took the food and left because it just wasn't even worth going back up, saying anything or mentioning the issue again. All in all, I really don't understand what people see in Culver's and maybe it's just this location in general. But the standards are very low, quite frankly the customer service is horrible, and the attention to detail and quality of food is very low. It seemed like a very simple request to ask for fresh food and extra crispy fries when at the end of the day, your marketing campaign is food made fresh to order so it really shouldn't have been an issue where the food was not fresh and it certainly shouldn't have been an issue the second time around. Update. As you can see somebody responded to my review but missed the whole part. I just said I reached out to corporate multiple times and no response so their reply is to reach out to corporate again. It's like the minor details. They just completely ignore and they're oblivious to any kind of customer request or feedback or anything. If I said, I reached out multiple times with no response why would I reach out again just to get the same outcome

Their burgers were too messy, for me. I didn't order anything here, but I tasted my son's fries, and they were delicious. If we're on this side of town, I may order from here. I just don't want a messy burger.
