I've been there twice and my food has been two different temperatures. I get the wings and things and my tender and fries are hot and wings cold. And I went when it wasn't as busy the second time to see if that was the case but no. Horrible experience read more

This use to be the best Zaxbys to go to, but here lately it's not. The last few times the tenders are so dry, so salty and missing items like the toast or a handful of fries (when you pay for a large fry and get fries for slaw). I could see missing items if they were super busy, but the last two times we have been, there was hardly anyone there....but they should be checking the items to make sure the orders are correct. Regardless, they are so salty sometimes you can't eat them, so I think our days of enjoying Zaxbys is over unfortunately. read more

I ordered a big Zac snack meal and was served a chicken strip with a piece of black hair cooked inside it coming out of the top. very unsanitary. Couldn't eat the rest of my food after that, and the hair touching NG everything. read more

Great chicken fingers They also have the best Zaxbys sauce mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Food quality: good, fresh crunchy vegetables, green leafy lettuces, ripe tomatoes, Texas Toast nice & buttery, crispy fried onions, chicken flavorful & crispy, bacon slightly over cooked Presentation: good, I ordered the Fried Cobb Zalad and each ingredient is placed on top of the salad greens separately like a traditional Cobb Cleanliness: despite the lunch rush the unused tables were clean as was the restaurant overall. I can't speak to the cleanliness of the bathroom as I didn't use the facilities. The restaurant was busy as we came in during the lunch rush. The Chik-Fil-A up the street is closed for remodeling so I'm sure that didn't help either. Our orders were taken quickly. There was an average wait on the food. The woman who took are order was pleasant but the woman who called out the orders seemed to be offended by us asking for another tray to separate our orders. Area of concern: I saw the pleasant woman who took our order unjam the ice machine by taking the cover off of it and breaking up the ice inside of it. Ewwww! The germs and dust on top of that thing, let alone who knows what else. Hopefully she was able to see what was on top of it when she hopped on the counter to do all this but still...glad I got my ice before then and am praying the ice in the machine was fresh since it was so early in the day. I hope management sees this and corrects these things. read more

Overall experience was poor. The app doesn't work and the location is one of the worst.

The worst Zaxby's of all time. Huge lines, clueless staff. Signs on door says inside is open for pickup orders, however it is closed. They are too afraid of COVID to allow me to walk inside to get my soggy $20 meal. read more

Absolute hot mess this restaurant has become. Routinely line wrapped around the building. Cars sitting at the window for 10 minutes. Lost our online order twice even when we had confirmation number and money was deducted. Does not live up to the Zaxby's brand. read more

Don't buy a Zalad! My wife brought home a Fried Chicken Cobb Zalad for me for dinner tonight. Usually it's a quick and easy meal that I like with extra honey mustard. Well after prepping the salad, I take the first bite and found a long curly hair in it. Obviously they don't wear hair nets at this location or they don't enforce the rule if they do. Needless to say I trashed the whole salad into the garbage. So my advice to anyone is don't but the Zalad unless you like hair in your food. read more

My favorite place to go eat. Only complaint is the desperate attempt to copy Chick-fil-A by playing gospel music on the speakers. If i wanted to hear that stuff i would go to church, not a fast food restaurant read more

Best Zaxby's in this region. Always fast and staff is polite. Equally important, everyone wears a mask covering their mouth and nose to keep their customers safe. read more

Great customer service. I had a minor issue with my order however, they were quick to fix it plus gave me a free meal coupon for next time.

Wow I am so impressed. I ordered my food from a different Zaxby's in Peachtree City that ruined my entire meal. Unfortunately I was already in Newnan by then so I pulled into the Zaxby's at this location where I presented my situation to the manager Alma Lee. I was treated so well she did not hesitate to fix my order. Thank you Zackby team for making my dinner all that I wanted. read more

Went in for lunch at Zaxby's on Hwy. 154, just north of Bullsboro, Thomas Crossroads area. Even though about 12:45, there was no wait to order, I got a grilled chicken sandwich meal, comes with fries and a drink. Splurged 30 cents more for a large drink, so $5.79 without tax. Amazingly, the food order was ready by the time I dispensed my iced tea. That's incredibly fast service. Although about 1/2 the tables and booths were full, there were only 2 dirty tables. The fries were good and fairly hot, and chicken sandwich was warm and juicy, with a good taste. Five stars on the service and 4 on the food makes for a great lunch, but still going with 4 stars. They said they had free Wi-Fi, but there's not a single receptacle in the dining area, so I couldn't check the Wi-Fi out. read more

Food was good, service was fast (not always the case with this Chain). Bathroom clean. They are consistent enough that I'm happy to return. read more

It's a Zaxbys. Zaxbys is Zaxbys and this one is no different than any I've been to, which is up there with CFA as one of my favorite fast food options. The service staff didn't seem rude to me, they just seemed straightforward and always got my order right - something that poorly run fast food joints don't do! Will continue to go here when I visit my family in Newnan. read more

Food was tasty and hot. Restaurant appeared clean and orderly. Service was abrupt and unorganized; person taking order acted like get your and get the h... Out. Not the same as in days past. read more

Everything was good . Great customers service . Just one thing I don't like is the wings are not hot. They warm and the inside gets cold easy . read more

Manager yelled at saying my food was great and fine when I looked at my chicken and saw pink inside my child's boneless wings and pink inside the grille chicken on my salad. I asked for a remake and he refused to give it to me. I will never be attending this zaxbys ever again. read more
