Today was my first time trying Wingstop, and I must say I wish I would have never gone. Firstly, after ordering my food I was told it would be about 10-15 minutes for my food to come out. Unfortunately, it was closer to a 30 minute wait for my food. I was already hungry when I walked in, but by the time my food came out I was so weak and almost sick of hunger. When the food came out, I just about wanted to throw up at the sight of the fries. They were burnt, shriveled, mushy, and cold. How does that even happen. I ordered the combo of Louisiana rub and Mild wings. The mild wings were pretty good, nothing spectacular, but definitely edible. The Louisiana rub was a disgrace to the Louisiana name. So salty and no spiciness at all. The environment was similar to that of a Zaxbys, pretty standard fast food ambiance. When I went to dump my tray I noticed the bottoms of the trays were super sticky and gross which really added to the unpleasant experience. Overall I will not eat Wingstop again. read more

Really wanted to give Wingstop a chance. We've been there several times over the past few months, it's one of my son's favorites. We've had good experiences for the most part, however, the last couple of times have been subpar. From no drinks available when they come with the meals, to missing food and the orders being wrong. The flavors were great and the meal size was just right for one person. A couple of things confused me momentarily. First, I'm not sure why bone-in wings are more expensive than boneless. I mean, if the bone has to be taken out, that's extra work, so one would think they'd charge more. Also, when I ordered the Medium (8 wings, 2 flavors, 1 dip), the person taking my order (and another person's after me) referred to it as a 4-piece and I had to clarify that I was getting 8. Great food, but they need some help. Recently, I believe it was before a football game, I ordered some wings to go from the app. The app told me the time it would be ready (about 20 min from when I ordered) so I arrived right at about 20 minutes. I got there to see about 6 other people who had all ordered online waiting for their order. There also just happen to be 6 finished to go orders in bags sitting near the register... Everyone seemed upset but I had just walked in and hadn't really put it together. The two workers were working on one order together before they would hand the to go orders out. The to go orders that all had already been paid for. I came to learn that most of them had been waiting while their food was sitting done for 10+ minutes and were told they would get their food soon. When they finally, after 10 or more minutes finished the order they one by one, back to back, handed out all the to go orders and we all left. It was bizarre. Why not have one work on the order while the other hands out the food that was getting cold. The food was cold. Just seems there needs to be better training. HEALTH RISK AND SUPER upset and concerned...Tonight I went to pick up my family order and got to restaurant and noticed young man standing outside with mask...he was Door dash..as I approached the door 3 customers were inside, a masked lady at register paying and 2 unmasked men having a conversation. CLEAR, EASY to read signs enforce you MUST have mask to enter. I stayed outside, waited for lobby to clear out..after 5min the men continued to chat..no mask. I tried calling restaurant..no one answered. So I held door open to ask if my order was ready...it was. I asked for manager and asked cashier to please reinforce business policy, she informed me that they couldn't make customers wear mask. The manager was also speechless and wouldn't ask men to step outside. I am upset...my son has asthma, my husband has health issues and I'm a caretaker of my in-laws..who are elderly, heart and stroke patients. I don't expert for everyone to follow rules, but I do expect for a business who I choose to frequent, to enforce and protect its vulnerable guest and staff. The homemade ranch and blue cheese dipping sauce is delicious! The prices of their menu items were great as well. I don't know how to describe it other than how they feel when you hold/eat them. Been trying the boneless recently... different but decent. Being able to eat them with a fork has a certain value. Wing Sauce Original Hot is a deep red sauce, medium/medium hot. Will stain your fingers red for hours. Doesn't seem to bother with a lot of added butter to cut the heat, just straight Buffalo flavor. Fries are fresh and hand cut. They give you a pile of them. Ask for the Honey Mustard to dip them in. Instead of Fries, I try to be good and order the veggie sticks. Hand cut Celery and Carrots. Goes well with the Ranch. Traditional fountain style Coke machine, no Pibb, but they do have Dr. Pepper. The real key to WingStop is the price. 10piece Boneless, Fries, and a Drink for less than $10, and no tipping. Bone-In is only slightly more expensive. read more

I took the wing up to the counter and showed a worker and I said "we just ate this and look what's inside" she responded and said "omg, What is that" and I said "I'm not sure it looks like blood and looks raw" she said " trust me, all of our wings are pre-cooked, so trust me it's not raw" and I said "okay well can you remake the wings" and she nodded with an attitude.
