This place is not that great. It took fourty minutes almost to get my food and my order was very simple. The fries were cold and my chicken fingers were very skinny. For $9 I feel like I should get more than 3 chicken fingers cold fries and a cup with a hole in it. read more

Drove 40 minutes for some wingstop after moving here from California and Texas for some Wingstop Teriyaki Wings only to find out that they don't carry them. Who doesn't have Teriyaki sauce at a WINGSTOP?!?! And NO Spicy Korean is not the same thing. Teriyaki is the non-sticy alternative. You can't replace it with something spicy. Sorry Rick Ross but your chain fails on a basic wing establishment and Wingstop Standard. BRING BACK THE TERIYAKI!! read more

The food used to be really good but has definitely gotten worse, and the service is so bad that I honestly do not even bother with this place anymore. Half the time they do not pick up the phone when you try to place a pick up order. They act like you are bothering them, and with all the other negative reviews about the customer service you would think the owners would reevaluate who they've hired. Me and the wife stop in here one day,we both were excited to check them out but we were very disappointed. We ordered lemon pepper and BBQ. The BBQ was okay nothing special, just like any other wing spot you can visit. The lemon pepper was horribly bland, no flavor and dry. Take them off the menu please don't hurt yourself as a business serving those. Well I must say they do have nice size wings though, the portion is nice. Sad to say I most likely won't be coming back here unless I want to be disappointed again. read more

We went here for the first time this evening. I got 10 traditional wings with the Spicy Korean sauce. It was ok. The ranch was pretty good. There is limited seating - enough for 25 people or so - but they don't seem to want you to eat there. There are no napkins on the table and no salt and pepper - just a barren table. There are no napkins anywhere else, just a single roll of paper towels that you have to pull from. And there is just one salt shaker and one pepper shaker for the whole place. No individual packets that I could find. I doubt we'll go back. I think my perfect wing in Newnan would be a Taco Mac roasted wing with the Asian Zing sauce from Buffalo Wild Wings. :-) But either of those two joints are better, IMHO. read more

So it has been two times now visiting Wingstop and after tonight, I will never go back. The first time we ordered wings online and was given a time when they would be ready for pick up. Showed up at the scheduled pick up time and wings were not ready. Patiently waited another thirty minutes. Asked the worker the status. They had not even started my order. But people coming in and ordering after me were getting their orders. Talked to the worker again. Wings were ready ten minutes later. Got home and order was missing veggies and ranch. That was on Super Bowl day so I decided to give them another chance. My husband and I went this evening and placed our order at 6:29 pm (time was located on our receipt) and sat at a table to dine in. We patiently waited, and waited, and waited. Many people came and went who were picking up wings to go. The gentleman who placed his order before ours got his order to go and left. Nothing for us. Noticing people who came into the restaurant after us and placed an order after us getting their food, my husband told the worker he wanted a refund. We had been waiting for 45 minutes and our order was not yet ready. The worker said they cook orders in the order they get them but that is not true as we sat and watched people coming in after us, placing their order after us, getting their food before us. The worker never apologized or tried to make it right. He gave us the refund and that was that. I absolutely do not recommend this place. The food was good but the service is beyond repair. This place is a definite one and done for us. The boneless wings were awful. Hooters is better than this place. The chicken was okay, the sauces were blah.
