And speaking of their website, the prices for ordering online are much higher than calling the store to order or ordering in person.... which was explained as "everywhere does that..." while in fact, everyone does not do that. It taste like straight lemon pepper not a hint of sweetness. It was super tangy and Ugh. I don't not regular lemon pepper. It looked like it had a sauce on it but yea idk. I definitely have these wings more often than I should but I can't help it! I don't know what they put in these wings but it's ! My favorite flavor is Honey-Cajun, IKR?! Apparently they don't have it at the camp creek location so this may only be available here. The other flavor I would recommend is spicy teriyaki with lemon pepper powder sprinkled on top. My only complaint is that someone serving food should not be wearing 2 inch fingernails. I am not exaggerating, her nails were at least 2 inches long. So I've been here several times and I can honestly say I've never had one problem with this spot. It is rarely new and the customer service is what you would expect from a wing spot. The wings are good and there's never a back log where you are waiting to get your order. On Sunday, Nov. 12 at 4:21pm, I walked inside Touchdown Wings in Fairburn GA, and placed my order of the 6 Pc Catfish Family meal. We received our food and drove home, Once we got home, we tasted the fish and found out that it was very salty, once I found out I immediately called Touchdown wings in Fairburn on the same day Nov. 12 at 5:41pm, I spoke with a young lady named Shy, she apologized and informed me that I can come back up to the restaurant and they will remake our food. I told her that I lived too far to come the same day but I would come another day since I live too far, I told her I live far from the restaurant. it is not a short drive. She said that is fine and that she would put my name and number on her bulletin board and make a note of my name and number so the manager and team would be aware when I come up there for the remake of my food. The fish was too salty that we couldn't eat it so we threw it away, but I made sure I kept my receipt just in case. I was going to up there the next day which was Monday but I saw that the restaurant was closed on Mondays. So we decided to go up there on Tuesday Nov 14th, We arrived at Touchdown wings Fairburn, GA on Tuesday, Nov. 14 at 2:00pm, We walked in and told them about we were coming to have our food remade and the young lady Shy asked if I was Briana and I told her yes, she said she remembers that I called and to hold on for a second. Shy walks to the back to get the Manager, Kevin, so Kevin comes to the counter and we also update him on the issue with the fish, we told him that the fish was too salty and we were told that we can come back up to the restaurant to get it remade for us. Then he says we don't put salt on our food, but we informed him that they do put salt on the fish. He kept saying that they don't but we explained to him that the fish was too salty. Then he says he can remake it for us, if we bring the fish back to him, then he will have them recook it for us. But we told him that we couldn't bring the fish back because we ended up throwing it away since we couldn't eat it due to being too salty. We also told him that Shy didn't tell us on the phone that we had to bring the fish back up here, and Shy even said that she didn't tell us to bring the fish back. She admitted that she didn't tell us this information. I even gave Kevin my receipt as proof, but that didn't help at all. We asked him for a refund or something off our bill , he said no that he couldn't do that. We asked again for him to remake it or do something to resolve this issue We told Kevin that as a customer he was supposed to do something about it, to make things right with the customer and Shy even agreed with us that he should do something for us. But then Kevin refuses and tells us No, then he walks away from the counter as if we are no longer standing there in his face, he walks away to go wash his hands in the kitchen area and then he goes back there to resume his work. This was very disrespectful how he walked away as if we was nothing to him and he clearly didn't care. He treated us awful, I will never spend money at his establishment again. read more
