Had gone here tonight due to a coupon BOGO plate offer from an email I received. After showing the email and hitting the redeem button, it doesn't open to a scanable coupon. It was the last day and the clerk said they probably closed the offer. I said it is still valid until the end of day today. The clerk gave me 20% off and said to contact corporate; they will fix the problem. The information is on my receipt he said. Yeah, right! I got in my car, couldn't find my receipt, so I went back in. Ask for either my receipt or a copy of it. Without the order number or survey code, you can't put in a question or complaint. It's sad you can't get the same treatment as if I were ordering in the store. I ordered a big plate which comes with three meats one side. My 3rd meat I ordered Beijing beef. I've been coming here on and off since we moved to ptc 2 years ago. I noticed that they changed their service plates into these black and shallow plastic dish and they scoop less portion in your plate...slick! I also noticed that their employees turnover rate is high..new staff every month it seems. It's probably a good thing since one girl in there used to give people a lot of food then charge only $5!! This is the best Chinese fast food I've ever seen. The food is fresh and delicious, the dining environment is good and the service is excellent. It always provides good food. Ok so here's the word which describes the problem with Panda Express. INCONSISTENT. What do I mean? It's all about the inconsistency of the following: portion sizes, what you get in the scoop of your entree, the greasiness of your food, the freshness of the food, the wait for your food, the spicy-ness of the food, the cooked-ness of your food. Came in for lunch at 12 pm, before the lunch crowd. They had no white rice, no shrimp (it's in the menu). I ordered the mushroom chicken and fried rice. The chicken was good, but the rice was crunchy like leftover rice. They didn't have water so I got root beer. It turned out to be carbonated water so I went for the unsweetened tea and that looked like tea but tasted like water. We will definitely never come back! read more

Even though I took care in ensuring the extra entree I had ordered and which had been packaged in it's own separate box stayed upright for my drive home, the little box totally leaked over everything in the bag and was a big mess. Also, there was no sauce remaining on the entree, as it had mostly leaked out. Then, when I opened the to-go box of the two-entree combo, I saw that my order was incorrect. I had been given two teriyaki chickens instead of one teriyaki chicken and one chicken w/green beans. When I took the online survey, and noted these two things, the survey said someone would notify me within three days, either by email, (which I'd provided), or phone, (which I'd provided). I love Panda Express - I'm a regular. I highly recommend the orange chicken, but if you're wanting something light, if not more tasty - I recommend the Kung pao chicken (with nuts so be careful) and the black pepper chicken. Those are my two favorites. I also love the chow mein. read more

I used to love coming to Panda Express while I was at work for a lunch break. It used to be fast, good service, and amazing food for decent prices. This was about a year and a half ago, now if I walk in there it's because I have no other option. Every time you walk in this place you take a gamble. Sometimes the food is good, fresh, or it's absolutely terrible. For example, I used to order the orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp, and it used to be crispy and delicious. After a few months it started becoming soggy, and I am not 100% sure about this, but I believe the shrimp gave me food poisoning. The staff began to get replaced by people who obviously could not care less about their customers, and service is slow. On top of all this, they used to serve food in these black plastic plates and gave you decent portions, recently they changed to white styrofoam boxes with half the portion sizes. When the food is fresh it's delicious, but the inconsistency makes very hard to say this place is good. read more

This place is one of the best places to eat Chinese. They serve the same stuff you can find at the mall, but a lot tastier. My favorites are the orange chicken and the Beijing beef. Everything else is delicious, but not as tasty as these two entrees. The service is fast and they keep the food hot. read more

Panda Express Peachtree City is consistently good. Nicole is a fantastic employee, as is a young man that was working with her, but I do not remember his name. He does most of the cooking. If I could give negative stars I would. Panda Express in general is my go-to. I am visiting from out of town and was excited to see a favorite next to our hotel. However, this particular location's staff were TERRIBLE. One girl was fighting and yelling back and forth with one of the cooks, and the other girl out front was incredibly rude to us. (I didn't get her name but she had terribly tacky winged eye liner all over her face) When we ordered the grilled teriyaki chicken, she said they didn't have any made and it would be 11 minutes. I said that was fine because that is what I wanted and she rolled her eyes and had a terrible attitude about it. I heard her talking to one of the other staff members about how she didn't have time for that and she couldn't believe we were going to wait. Excuse me? It's your JOB to have things prepared for your customers, and the way this girl acted was like we were asking for gold plated chicken. Frankly, I am sorry to waste your precious time with my business. To top everything off, as we were sitting down eating after finally getting our chicken, the two girls were talking bad about some customers who came through so loudly that everyone could hear them. Bottom line- this location's service sucks and I will be telling my family who live here the same thing. read more
