Let me take a moment to extol the virtues of possibly the best restaurant in Commerce. Fireball…read moreWings & Philly serves wings, Phillies, and more, but not Fireball whiskey sadly. There's a lot of interesting looking items on the menu, but I come here for the wings. I usually order a 10 wing combo with fries and a drink. At ~$15, it's not particularly cheap, but it's roughly in line with the current market. Choose from ~29 flavors. I honestly don't necessarily have a go to. I also would like to recommend Fireball consider adding a spicy barbecue sauce as one of the flavor options. The wings and fries have been perfect every single visit. It's honestly remarkable that they haven't missed yet considering how many times I've visited. As with anything, this is of course a matter of personal preference. I'm sure some may prefer extra crispy. They'll, of course, happily oblige any customer who requests it. Among the many great things about this restaurant is the fact that they don't nickel-and-dime you. All flats or all drums often carries a surcharge, but not at this restaurant. Some places (I'm looking at you Zaxby's) are very stingy with sauces. I'm sure there are hard limits to how much they will give for free, but I once saw the owner give a regular customer a few ramekins of yum yum sauce for no charge, even though the customer was prepared to pay. I usually choose to dine in, and the dining room is pretty comfortable. There are a ton of condiments available, including lemon pepper and Cajun seasoning. The drink options are standard in some ways but unique in others, with the option for Fruit Punch. and this Peach Drink, along with the usual soda favorites. I agree with Denise. I'd say this is probably the best restaurant between Atlanta and Charlotte.

I should have KNOWN something was wrong when we got no greeting . No good morning, no welcome in…read more... . I arrived at 446 AM , the waitress Macy was overwhelmed with two customers and could not focus ( someone ordered 20 eggs ) . The waitress we normally have is quick and can handle the crowd. She was working on Togo orders so the people dining in were ignored. The cook looked miserable. My food came out freezing cold because of the Togo order line it sat there for 10 min while I started at it . I never got the bacon or the waffle !!! when my cold meal came . I never got a coffee refill and WF coffee is $$$ . Horrible service, which is odd b/c it used to be good . I think I was more in shock b/c I've never seen a WF waitress move this slow before . I'll stick with the GOAT in Palmetto those ladies DO NOT mess around ( this is closer to 85 and I had to get to work ) . When I asked her what happened, she said she had too many Togo orders and started talking about how long it takes to pack of their food , so she can't work & the tables will just have to wait . I mentioned at the end I never even got a coffee refill , she said well I'm just too busy with other customers. I said there was one other person when we walked in .. BUT the Togo orders had to come first . This is the first time I never tipped at a WH . I tip 100 percent at WH ( ask the palmetto crew) . Macy never even apologized for the cold food , just shrugged the shoulders b/c .. well someone ordered 20 eggs . Bless her heart .
