Decided to finally stop in here cause people talk about it being so delicious so I wanted to see what it was all about. Went in ordered a burger with cheese meal with fries extra crispy. I asked for it to be made fresh which is kind of the whole thing so it really wasn't even a request since that's pretty standard. The lady was agreeable to everything that I said as if none of it would be a problem. I see him put the burger in the past, which sits there for over five minutes before they bag it up. I get the fries and they're pale and soggy as if they roll a partially cooked. I went back to the counter, explained to the lady that I asked for extra crispy fries, and the fries that I received were nowhere near that. I also explained that the burger had already been sitting for about five minutes so I would prefer that the entire meal be made over. She got a nasty attitude about it as if I was in the wrong, but went ahead and remade the meal. When I got the food, the fries were now extra crispy, but the burger by no means was fresh and the patties were almost room temperature so much so that the cheese wouldn't even melt over top of the meat. At that point, I just left and figured I would deal with it later. Reached out to corporate a couple times sent a couple emails. Trying to expressed my experience with them with no return phone calls or emails. After a couple calls at the store I finally spoke with the store manager Justin, who didn't really seem too concerned about the experience, but mentioned he would send out a couple value certificates. About two weeks ago, but I didn't receive anything and I happen to be in the area so I decided to just stop by. When I stopped in, I specifically spoke with the store. Manager reminded him of our conversation, and he went ahead and took my order. Once again, I expressed my desire for fresh food and extra crispy fries. So I stand there while they make the food he gives me the bag and once again there's pale almost room temperature fries. So of course once again, I asked them to remake the food because I don't want to wait four or five minutes for fresh fries while the burger sits there and it's cold. I would assume with him knowing the situation that he would be more attentive to making sure the meal was made correctly since it was a remake to a pass poor experience. As I received the remade food, the gentleman in the back starts talking about there's no way the fries cannot be extra crispy now and there's no way that they can be wrong and kind of just had a negative attitude about him that made me feel unwelcome and just a really unprofessional situation. When the reality is, there is a way that they could be not crispy by you not cooking them long enough. At that point I just took the food and left because it just wasn't even worth going back up, saying anything or mentioning the issue again. All in all, I really don't understand what people see in Culver's and maybe it's just this location in general. But the standards are very low, quite frankly the customer service is horrible, and the attention to detail and quality of food is very low. It seemed like a very simple request to ask for fresh food and extra crispy fries when at the end of the day, your marketing campaign is food made fresh to order so it really shouldn't have been an issue where the food was not fresh and it certainly shouldn't have been an issue the second time around. Update. As you can see somebody responded to my review but missed the whole part. I just said I reached out to corporate multiple times and no response so their reply is to reach out to corporate again. It's like the minor details. They just completely ignore and they're oblivious to any kind of customer request or feedback or anything. This Culver's is located in Ashley Park on Newnan Crossing Boulevard and is easily one of the larger Culver's I have visited. They have three separate seating areas with the main dining room in two parts combined with a separate dining room and then outdoor patio seating. I have been a fan of Culver's for years and while I am not a "regular" I do treat myself and the fam on occasion. This week was one of those occasions where we all got a tasty burger, cheese curds and of course a few milkshakes! Majority of the items are prepared to order, so wait time is usually a bit longer than your standard fast food places, but I do not mind. Burgers are always solid, cheese curds are on point and the shakes are splendid! Oreo cookie shake is absolutely where it is at! Service at this location is friendly and helpful. Staff was actively cleaning the dining room and the space was well kept conditionally. Overall, Culver's is a good option for a meal, but those desserts are always worth the drop by! read more

My husband got the deluxe and I got the build your own but the server left off a couple of things, but it's OK the next time I'll just get the one that my husband got which is a deluxe. I fell for the hype! On YouTube, I saw ad for Culver's fish sandwich... golden fried fish hanging out of the bun!!. Visited for first time today to try the cod sandwich. After waiting in line for over 10 minutes, I received my sandwich and a cup of the vanilla custard when I'd ordered a quart. The sandwich tasted good but was half the size of the sandwich pictured in Culver's advertisement and cost $9.00. Never again. read more

Came back after over a year. I know Culver's is a favorite of many but just don't get it. Service at the counter was excellent but their food offerings are just not great. Had the sourdough melt. Overall pretty bland. Really small burger portion. Second ordered item was the Ruben. Again the corned beef was bland and greasy. Onion rings were good but fries seemed under cooked. The best burgers in Newnan. Burgers are not greasy or too salty and the fries are always crispy and not greasy. We order alot from Culvers via Door Dash and the food always arrives hot and the orders are ALWAYS accurate. They deliver with their bags sealed. Even if you order Concrete Mixers or milkshakes, they put them in a carrier in a sealed bag. Their chicken sandwiches are also really good. The buns they use are REALLY soft, so it makes a difference, unlike other burger joints in the area that use crumbly old buns. read more

I went to Culver's (Newnan GA) the other day and the food was good as it always is. We went outside to have our lunch. The patio was filthy, and all the patio tables and seats were sticky and wet from the night before. I know that the rain was the cause of them being wet. But I think they could do a walk around and pick up the trash and do a quick wipe down on everything before the guest show up. Maybe place a small tube with a wash towel so we (The customer) could wipe down a clean place to sit down and eat. Can you believe that I never had tried this place until we were out of town? We have one that is about 20 minutes away and we are definitely hitting it up in the near future. The food and custards are yummy! When you go to a fast food restaurant, it has the usual burgers and fries most of the time off the menu. This place actually has different homestyle meat sandwiches, such as pot roast and pork loin. I got the pot roast sandwich combo with fries and a fountain drink. They got a freestyle coke machine there and it's a hit since there are a ton of flavors to choose from. Yes, I did get a custard to end the visit with. It was vanilla with cheesecake pieces and salted caramel sauce. Everything was excellent! I like the way they bring your food out to your table when it's ready. I have been frequenting this location for almost as long as they have been open. Never will I ever be going back there again! Over the last year or so, it's obvious they aren't taking care with the staff they are hiring. I have tried to give them chances to do better so I would go back again after waiting a while but they continue to disappoint. The majority of the staff has a don't care attitude and it is definitely reflected by how the restaurant looks and how the food tastes. The bathroom is always disgusting, the dining area is messy and tables are always unclean. Jen and Ms. Onnice are pretty much the only employees there who know what customer service is! The last visit I had to this location is the reason I won't be going back. The girl who took my order was rude (as usual) Just staring at me like I'm crazy. She didn't tell me the total so I prompted her to by asking how much it was and then she seemed snarky. She is one of the many workers that have been rude to me in the past. Then the food came out very fast but the bun was stale. Also noticed their rating was in the 80's. My sister got very sick also after we ate there so we know it had to be that. A few coworkers recommend for hubby to check out Culver's. I never think about eating there and just think about ice cream haha. After checking out Chattahoochee Bend State Park, we decided to hit Culver's since we were on the main road and many eateries to choose from. It was a lot bigger than we thought. The drive through was packed! The dining area is not available but can order take out. However, we could sit outside! Therefore, we did. The workers are really nice and knew their menu! There is a vegetarian burger so I got that. I always opt out of fries to get onion rings! I also upgraded to a milkshake. They said they had every flavor EXCEPT coconut and pineapple - which are our two faves! I got mint milkshake. We waited much longer than we wanted to get our food. 15 mins!! yes, no lie. We never asked them about our order but they paid attention to us and apologized and even gave us a voucher to come back. I mean, it's not like we come to Newnan much either. Culver's has an extensive menu. There's something for everyone from burgers to chicken to fish to roast beef. For a fast food restaurant you name it, they have it. And, of course, you can't help but miss the many varieties of frozen custards. Through drive-thru, my family and I ordered two sourdough patty melt combos with crinkle cut fries and pretzel bites, a cod fish sandwich, and a six-piece jumbo butterfly shrimp with onion rings. Once we ordered, we were given a number that they slip on the side of the car and then we were asked to pull up. The best part is everything is cooked to order so understandably there is a small wait. This made me happy as I like hot food! The staff is very kind and customer-focused which speaks volumes. You could tell they all wanted to be there. When we received our order, we checked the temperature. Everything was hot except my onion rings. Ya'll it's always my order. The rings were lukewarm so I requested hot ones. The replacement order was still lukewarm. My daughter finally convinced me that they probably don't hold heat. As it turns out, it didn't matter because I didn't care for them anyway because it was more breading than onions. I prefer hand breaded, crunchy onion rings. The sandwiches looked great but there was no seasoning, mainly salt, on any of them. Once salt was added, everyone was pleased. We stayed in the area to shop so later we returned to try a couple of the Oreo concrete mixers. To think, I wondered why they were called concrete. LOL! They are indeed thick. There are many flavors to choose from. We will return again. I wish they would add more grilled and baked options but I know that's something I'll need to suggest to corporate because it's a chain. This was a midway stop from the airport to our vacation destination. Everything was good, the place was clean and the service was courteous and nice. The bathroom continually had a line which kind of got annoying. Two stalls might not be enough for a big restaurant. I tried three times before I could finally find an opening. The burgers were good and the fries were crispy. I like to get my own ketchup so I can load up. Napkins were plentiful and the fountain drinks were good. We have a Culver's back home but never go.
