We were pleasantly surprised by this little place. We arrived around 2:45pm. They have signs with photos of all the dishes on the menu and also of all the bubble teas. The staff is nice and answered our questions. The food did not take too long to get to the table, and the portions were reasonable for the price. The interior was clean, there was someone cleaning tables when we arrived, so that is a good sign. This is not a traditional Korean restaurant with the bonchans, however the food was tasty. I got the bibimbop with beef bulgogi, it was good, the egg was a little overcooked (no runny yolk) but still good. Spouse had the beef bulgogi meal and ordered some kimchi on the side. We ordered the fried pot stickers and asked for spicy. They were crispy from being fried but were covered in a spicy glaze, they were delicious! We will be back in the future. read more

Terrible customer service and after-the-order support. Simply said take it up with Uber and hung up! Ordered thru Uber Eats and they left out the potstickers. Additionally, if you order teriyaki chicken, the picture shows vegetables, and you can select "extra vegetables" however it doesn't actually come with vegetables. Confusing? Sure and when you call the shop they tell you it's uber eats problem not theirs even though they DIDN'T PUT THE POTSTICKERS IN THE BAG. Ya see folks, when you order delivery, the shop knows you can't just wait for the food for an hour, then drive in and take it up with them. So, I recommend ordering elsewhere or skipping one of two things: Uber since their people can't check the order or STOLE the potstickers or skip Sweet Krunch all together. My family and I were in Newnan trying to decide on a place to go for lunch. We're regularly in the area so we wanted to try someplace we've never been before. Sweet Krunch came up on Yelp, the reviews were pretty good, the pics looked promising, and the menu was interesting so we settled on it. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon and we're the only customers. The menu seems overwhelming at first so it took us a while to decide on what to order. The first negative was the fact that the entire time we were standing up front staring at the menu overhead (roughly 10 minutes) the cashier never once asked if we needed help with the menu or needed suggestions on what was good or anything. There were no words exchanged until we wanted to order. Our order consisted of extra spicy bulgogi beef fried rice, a fried tofu bimbimbap, a chicken strips kids meal with fries, one regular strawberry mango tea, and 2 extra sides. All which totalled about $54. Our food came out fresh to the table in about 15 minutes. I can say everything was tasty! The only con was the mango tea. It was extremely sweet. Next time I'd order it with the 1/2 sugar option, if there is a next time. I stopped by the restroom before leaving and noticed a foul, undescribable odor coming from the kitchen area that was quite unappetizing and made me question the quality of the food or the food storage. read more

As a part of a Korean family, all we can say is that we are content with the offerings at Sweet Krunch! Amongst its Asian fusion menu, we usually get the more Korean "traditional" dishes, like Tteok Bokki (spicy rice cake), Japchae noodles (sweet potato noodles), Kimbap (Korean "sushi"), and Bibimbap (veggie/meatrice bowl with spicy sauce). It can definitely satisfy cravings that I long for Korean food while living away from the Atlanta area, which is a haven for all things Korean in the South. But sometimes to drive doesn't feel justified - that's where this place comes in and gives us just enough to tie us over until we make that trip up north. I also appreciate that their menu offers other Asian food/dessert/drinks and it can be a one stop shop for multiple generations if the family have a spectrum of preferences for multi-cuisine asian foods. read more

This is what I dislike - when you dine in, they don't put the items on a tray they put everything in plastic bags and cardboard boxes. I paid around $15 for a "combo " and it didn't even come with a drink. The combo comes with basic sides . If you want fries or anything slightly better than it's an extra charge . The person in my party got a boba tea and soup, and it came to almost $27. The plastic spoon melted because of the heat from the soup. I had to go through three plastic spoons before we had the soup cool enough to stop the plastic spoon from melting. You can go over to Longhorn and get a full steak dinner with two sides for $27. But Hey ! I'm old ,so that would be my preference. The inside is almost identical to eating at an American deli. The difference is here there's a there's a huge Christmas tree in corner . I ordered Sweet Krunch through DoorDash pickup and am extremely satisfied with my meal and the process. Ordering was easy, food was ready quicker than DoorDash estimated, and my meal was delicious (even after driving it home). Customer service in store was great. I had noodles, potstickers (with spicy sauce), and egg rolls. I loved them all. I thought the potstickers would come with the sauce on the side but they were actually coated in the sauce. The spicy truly has a little kick and I like spicy foods. Only downside of them already being coated was my wife (who does not like spicy food) did not want to eat any. Sought this place out after a Yelp search due to its proximity and availability of boba and tteokbokki. I strongly recommend the tteokbokki, and am obsessed with the way they serve it on a bed of ramen, with sautéed onions and chives, swimming in fish cakes, smothered in cheese, and with two gimmari on top. The menus are plastered on the front of the ordering station. The host that took my order was patient and allowed me to browse the menu. I wanted to keep it simple since it was my partners first try. I ended up ordering veggie potstickers as an appetizer, chicken wings 8 piece, fried rice as a side, and a mango smoothie. Potstickers were delicious as they were fried and dipped in a sauce, the chicken wings were perfectly crispy and sauced! The fried rice wasn't really anything special honestly not much flavor. The mango smoothie was good and fresh but not a milk based smoothie as I was hoping but it was still pretty flavorful and refreshing! OMG!! Best fried chicken in Newnan! I highly recommend the soy garlic sauce, and a mix of the wings. I usually get a small, and its perfect for 2 people. The rice is always fresh, and the fried rice is really good, as well. The tteok-bokki is also a must try, if you like sweet and savory, and are a fan of fish; the seaweed rolls and fish cakes are so delicious! Also, you cant go wrong with one of the fruit teas!
