Not only do they have your typical poke options (salmon, tuna, spicy tuna, shrimp) but they also have chicken, bbq chicken, meatball, tofu and other options. They mix the toppings and sauce separate from the base which nicely coats the ingredients. There are a lot of topping options and sauces to choose from, and they even have sesame seeds, crispy fried garlic, fried onions, tempura, and furikake for an added final touch. Everything was fresh, the spinach I noticed was organic, and the containers were made in the USA and recyclable. Again, it was not just that the food was good and fresh but the extra details that really made Poke City shine. As a HUGE poke fan, I have very high expectations for poke. Not only do they have poke bowls, but also sushi burritos. My husband and I customized our own poke bowls, and to say it was amazing is an understatement. It is very reasonably priced (4 scoops of protein, the largest size, is only $12 and some change). The raw seafood was very fresh, and the spicy tuna is actually spicy compared to other restaurants. The diced cubes of raw seafood are also quite large, so that's a bonus. Toppings like crab stick, masago, and seaweed salad are all included in the price of the bowl. Overall, everything was incredible. The only complaint was that they didn't have some items like avocado. While we were eating, the manager walked around to ask how everyone's meal was. Pictures do NOT do it justice. We will be back to try their açaí bowls next! Update: We had to go again and it was still amazing. There's no açaí bowls yet, but it still doesn't disappoint. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much because I don't usually go for Poke. I am more of a burger and fries guy. I tend to stay away from those healthy eating places with kale and coconut water. I also tend to not like fish because ewwww... it's fish. I got a small bowl with white rice, spicy tuna, and bulgogi beef. Other stuffs were just green leafy things I don't know and care. The portion was just enough for a small build guy like me, but don't underestimate because I can eat a whole triple patty burger, fries, and few cups of beer without any problem. The employees greeted us with friendliness and were extremely helpful while we made our decisions picking out what we wanted on our bowls. Personally, I'm not a fish fan so I loved seeing the non-seafood options for the bowls! I had the chicken, meatballs and bugoli beef! All which were AMAZING by the way! The poke looked good and prices were reasonable. However, among other things the customer service was absolutely terrible. The young woman had a terrible attitude and scooped the fish very conservatively. For $13-15 a bowl the scoops of fish should at least equal to 5oz or more. When topping the poke bowls with various toppings barely, again conservative scoops like edamame is not canned or pre frozen. Instead of being nicely handed our bowls and given direction to where the dry toppings were and eating utensils, the young women goes, "Here." I would suggest a friendlier staff and more training as to what is appropriate portioning for the cost of the poke. read more

I tried the Kona burrito, it was fantastic! It was slightly spicy, but perfect for me. Texas Pete is the extent of spice I can handle. Everything tasted fresh. It is a little pricey at first thought. After you eat it's reasonably priced. I do plan to eat here again soon. I highly recommend this place to you and your family. My only complaint is the burrito doesn't wrap the bottom. They wrap the burrito in sea weed which is Devine! The burrito is then wrapped in a paper. When you get to the bottom is the only problem. I can't speak for the actual poke, but I can with regards to the bubble tea and drinks. I've been more than once and this is the most subpar boba that I've had. They don't even sweeten their tapioca, so it tastes very bland. The bubble tea definitely is just juice, no tea involved. Also, it's called BUBBLE tea, but you have to pay extra for the tapioca pearls. So how is it bubble tea if it's made without tea and without tapioca pearls (bubble)??
