Before ordering, I noticed a few small fruit flies or gnats, but not enough to immediately concern me. However, once my order was placed and the employee began preparing it, more than 10 of them flew up from the food preparation area. I asked whether the fruit is covered, and after confirming that it is not, I requested a refund. While the employee handled the situation professionally, the sanitation issue was concerning--especially so early in the morning. It makes me wonder what I might not have noticed if I had used the drive-thru instead of going inside. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I don't plan to return to this location.

Understanding that mistakes happen, I called the restaurant to at least try to get compensated or my money back for the missed item. The employee I spoke to on the phone did not care, stated they would call me back, and never did. If we are being honest here, it was extremely expensive ( 17.50 ) for the chicken pesto wrap. I don't mind the price as long as it matches the quality of the food. The wrap was 70% lettuce with about 4/5 pieces of chicken. Extremely disappointing and not filling at all. In my opinion spend your money elsewhere, the price doesn't match the quality. On top of that- unapologetic customer service. The least you can do as a business is make things right when mistakes happen!

The staff is nice and answered our questions. The food did not take too long to get to the table, and the portions were reasonable for the price. I got the bibimbop with beef bulgogi, it was good, the egg was a little overcooked (no runny yolk) but still good. Spouse had the beef bulgogi meal and ordered some kimchi on the side.
