I've been going to this Planet Smoothie for a couple of years, and the service has always been good. However, today, the person serving me was unbelievably slow and the shake I ordered was nothing but soup. I suspect that the employee was not very attentive, which led to horrible service. Wow!!! Talk about great customer service. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a busy Nadiyah. She was very professional and coordinated all orders gracefully with no assistance. The location smells great and it looks so clean. I was astounded by her attentiveness to everyone that I had to tip her. Nadiyah suggested the peanut butter power up (I substituted the yogurt for the Plant Veg.). Delicious smoothie, great customer service and speed. I will be back soon. I've only been in Newnan for a year now, and I was sad when I left my previous town because we had the BEST local smoothie joint. I like to workout, so protein smoothies are what I treat myself to once or twice a week. Every single time I've gone into this establishment, I'm greeted by the sweetest employees with smiling faces. Not only that, they always make my smoothie to perfection. The store is sparkling clean and smells good the way a smoothie store should. I agree with the other reviewers. We witnessed two employees attending to and chatting with a patron. As soon as the patron cashed out and left, both employees walked away and stood at the opposite end of the counter. It was extremely obvious that we were not going to be waited on. The staff is extremely unprofessional and "choosey" on who they accept as customers. The secondary issue is the lack of cleanliness and overall smell of the store. I would never come back. I ordered online for pick up and it said mine would be ready at 2:18, it is now 2:31 and I am still waiting outside. They also ran out of leafy greens for my lean green protein smoothie and when I called back with saying they could substitute it for strawberries, the lady gave me an attitude as if it was my fault that they did not have the ingredients for my smoothie. Staff NEEDS to be trained to make the smoothies as they should be. I like coming here but after trying it 3 times, I rather wait for SK opening up in this area. They give you an attitude and make comments amongst each other if you ask them any questions or ask for substitutions. At other places the recipes always work and with Planet Smoothie there is always an issue, so they go back and forth adding more ingredients. Not going back! read more

The place was filthy counters dirty chairs dirty. Service was horrible. the Lady working the counter was on facetime the whole time we were trying to order. WOW! I went in this morning, my first time ever to P.S. and it was awesome! I had no idea what great tasting products you had and the two young ladies working the counter where so friendly and helpful. I wish I'd gotten their names but I wouldn't have remembered them. I'm surprised this place hasn't been reviewed yet! It stays busy but the lines move fast. Menu stays consistent as well as flavor each time, no matter who makes the smoothie. Always new flavors and combos to try out. My family frequently visits and they know our order by heart - something I can appreciate nowadays. read more

Only negative is that the hours have been shortened for the winter and not updated - they close 1/2 hour earlier. My family and another showed up 20 minutes before the closing and they were closed. This was sad since we were soooo looking forward to our favorite smoothies. Drove to the other one which also closed early and the hours were also wrong. Then drove to Smoothie King and was 5 minutes before closing and the jerk was turning the lights off and locking the door. read more

Service had went down ever since a few of my favorite smoothie makers left...but now they're back! Alexis and Angela..are the best employees that Planet Smoothie has to offer. When I walked into Planet Smoothie and saw that these two were back I knew I had to keep coming back!! I was so disappointed when they left because the customer service was starting to get a little bad and the smoothies weren't as good either. This place has gone downhill so fast recently it makes my head spin. I used to love to go in and get smoothies, but no longer. The service in the last couple of weeks with the new employees (that I haven't seen before, anyway), is terrible. They are rude, don't acknowledge you as you come in, and seem completely indifferent. Just a month or so ago, it was a very enjoyable experience, at least on the weekends. No more for us. We'll try another smoothie place. read more

Planet smoothie has a free smoothie program. I go in today to redeem my free smoothie (which clearly states it on their device as I typed my phone number in). He told me he needed the code. I take note of the code on my phone. A second later his device clears the message displayed and I tell him (the owner) the code it gave me. He begins to argue with me and tells me the number I have is not the code. Then tells me over and over he needs the code to get a free smoothie. I tell him again the code it gives me. He had no way of going back to get the code and tells me it should give me a code via txt. After all is said and done all he does is tell me he'll take a dollar off the purchase. I should have left the smoothies on the counter and walked out. I understand that people in this day in time try to get away with anything, but come on you have to be a little more considerate then that especially when im right there getting what i thought was my "code". My husband and I have been going to planet smoothie since we move here in 2007. As of today we won't be back. If that is how the owner is going to treat his customers by arguing with them then we won't be back. I'm not a hot headed person and I don't ever complain about bad service, but this situation just really upset me. read more
