Micah, the general manager, was fabulous and the food was fantastic! I got Mike's Chicken Philly.

This Jersey Mikes is wedged between Sleep Number and Starbucks in a small plaza on Bullsboro just off of exit 47. This is your typical JM location by way of layout and menu, however service here is a bit off from what I am used to at JM, this combined with the preparation of my online orders makes it tough for anything more than just an "okay". When I am ordering in person and dining in, my orders are always solid, but the online orders always seem to be haphazardly put together, making them a bit less enjoyable to eat. Service is okay here. Whether it be ordering in person or picking up, never great service, but also never horrible. Overall, this location of Jersey Mike's is okay. Comes in clutch when the craving hits, and I'm all good as long as I pop in to order in person. read more

Normally I come to this location, however The workers do not seem happy or want to make orders. If you ask for my toppings or items it seems to be an inconvenience. The energy and customer service has changed but the prices are higher and portions sizes are smaller. It was good while it lasted another location on my don't eat at list. I always order #13 the original Italian sub & they always make it correct & loaded with meat. Anytime I get subs from anywhere I always ask for no lettuce or onions & they always mess up except for Jersey Mikes! It's nice not to have to spend 10 minutes picking off shredded lettuce & onions lol. Yes I eat like a child with sandwiches & burgers . I could return the subs & not pick it apart but I hate wasting food or looking like a Karen. So thank you Jersey Mikes for not bringing on that anxiety read more

I ordered from Jersey Mike on this yelp app this morning at 6:00am for a delivery to my special needs child's teachers and students. The delivery time was 10:44am and they sent out a message at 11:31am that the order was cancelled without any prior notice, so they did not have anything to eat for lunch. Thanks for ruining my child lunchtime! Unacceptable! I am very pissed off!! I called the customer service number and the lady said they did not have anybody to deliver the order! Bullshit! read more

The absolute worst place I've ever been. The whole staff was disgustingly rude to each other and all the customers. The amount of times they dropped bread, touched their face, let the receipt paper touch all of the sandwiches, I wouldn't even eat here if they paid me. I know the older woman who works here is mad that she will be working shifts for the rest of her life, but she needs an attitude adjustment. I left and drove all the way to the Senoia location and will continue to make that commute. read more

this is the slowest jersey mikes i've ever seen, the workers are working in slow motion, one person is doing the hot subs while three are standing around.
