When entering I found myself by my self. Uh oh. I ordered the new Thanksgiving Sandwich. What I got was nothing to be thankful for. Because I was hungry I decided not to go back in and ask for my $12.62. I should have. The young man that waited on me kept calling me sweetie, honey, baby etc. very unprofessional. Then I asked the questions how big is a medium size sandwich-he showed me the hoagie roll and the sizing chart. So they cut it? Yes. So I ordered it and then he started selling me sides. I said no thank you just the sandwich. They made it. I took it to my car (my only mistake). The pictures speak for themselves. The sandwich was made on a tiny roll, the turkey was barely there and the dressing was a smear as was the cranberry sauce. Not worth my excitement and expectation whatsoever. Don't go here. Called for 2 days to place an order for a business. No one ever answered the phone. Went to the restaurant not a single person in there at 10:30am. Ask why they do not answer their phone and the reply was they do not answer when they are busy. We asked if the could make sandwiches for today they told us no so Jersey Mike's got our business. We have used Firehouse several times and I am not sure we will ever go back, they lost a 300.00 dollar order that day. read more

Everything about my online order was completely wrong after driving 30 min there and 30 min back home...will not go back!

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! We live 15 minutes from the store. Ordered online. Got there and was finishing fixing our order. Did not check in to see if correct. My bad. Hot sandwich was COLD. Did not have pickle and BACON and CONDIMENTS that ordered. Other order did not have ONIONS. Had CUP of chili instead of bowl that I ordered. We paid extra for some of what we did not receive !! TRIED CALLING the store 3 TIMES to see if they would honor anything and did not answer!! Can see why they have a 3 star rating. Will go to PUBLIX before returning there!! Despite the reviews I decided to try this place today. Arrived at about 11:50 AM. There were two customers in front of us waiting to place an order. It took about 10 minutes for the first customer to place his order. After another 10 minutes no further orders have been placed. I was going to review the food, but being as we never got to eat or even place an order I have no review on the food. Generally, I like fire house subs. The staff was moving at a snails pace. I only saw two orders go out during the 20 minutes that I was there. I will probably not be returning to this particular fire house. read more

Another good establishment going downhil. Purchased 3 sandwiches, 2 drinks, and a water. They charged $2.59 for a small drink then gave us kids cups. But handed me a gallon cup for a water cup. We questioned the size of the cup and they say the all drinks are the same price. But on the menu board they all have different prices. In the cup holder on the counter the small cup was a normal 16-20 oz cup in the "small" cup holder. Not a kiddie cup. Then the sandwich comes out and the chicken bacon ranch didn't even have the bacon. I handed it back and she literally just threw two pieces of stale bacon on it. And above all, THEY ASKED FOR A TIP TO FIX THE SANDWICH I PAID FOE! They didn't offer to bring it to my table, refill my drink, or clear my trash and they wanted a tip. I actually never been to a Firehouse until this day today, so after seeing the sun after I left work, why not try it out! As I walked into the restaurant, it was certainly bright and the restaurant smelled very good. Some trash could have been picked up and the tables could have been moved around, but aside from that, it was welcoming enough. When I decided to order some food, I got "The Steamer," and I was convinced to order a medium, as I was originally ordering a small. Thank the lord I did! Anyways, I got my food not too long after I ordered, and the sandwich was very good overall! Flavors were well balanced, and it was very juicy too. We were even checked on a couple times, which was certainly a bonus. For a quick and very tasty sub where you'll get good value, I certainly recommend this place! read more

It is a hit or miss when going from the staff. I can't deal any longer with the staffs attitudes and won't return to this location. I have always had to correct them on when i order a medium sandwich meal you are supposed to get a medium cup but every time they give a small and I have to say something. There was not one other person site not one person in the restaurant nobody was there. There was a five employees. I got a 4 inch sandwich which should be about five dollars and they charge me nine dollars for it. They couldn't figure out why so please make sure you're being charged the correct price when you go. It then took them about 15 minutes to make a 4 inch sandwich. There is absolutely no way I will return to the place. I got the smallest sandwich in the world for six dollars.. read more

The sandwiches are normally pretty damn good but the friendliness of the staff is always hit or miss whichever one you go to. You are either greeted with a helpful smile or a miserable scowl. I look at a lack of management here. It's a firehouse, so I got food wise what was expected which is always a good sandwich. However here, the service killed it for me. I walked in and up to the counter where I was the only person in line, to have two staff members standing behind the register. One counting her drawer and the other on the phone. The fact that they were doing something else was not the issue, but neither one made effort to acknowledge my existence with a simple "be right with you"...they completely ignored me. It was a very awkward THREE minutes before I was spoken to, and it was the girl stocking the chips on the floor, not one of the two standing directly in front of me behind the counter. Finally one of the girls behind the counter took my order, and got me going after her coworker on the floor said something. This is the worst Firehouse Subs I've ever been to. My family and I love Firehouse Subs and we eat there anytime we get a chance. This one is close to our home in Newnan. We have been a couple times and the service is the only consistent thing- and what's consistent about that is that it's incredibly slow and the staff is rude. Sandwiches are mediocre. Our order has been wrong every time and I've even witnessed the staff argue with a customer over why the order was wrong instead of correcting it. Do yourself a favor, go to Jimmy John's across the street. read more

Gosh! I dont know what it is about these Sandwiches but they must have crack in em!! They are soo good and totally addictive! However the last two times I was in this one they goofed on my sandwich and I only ordered one. A hook and ladder NO mustard. Noth times they were loaded down with mustard. I heard a radio ad for a new "King Hawaiian Pork & Slaw" sandwich, and had never been to this Firehouse Subs location, so I thought I'd go there for lunch. The restaurant is clean, and larger than most - maybe 60 people max seating. Ordering was fast, and I got the combo (with chips and drink). Most of their soft drinks are from a big multiple-choice Coke machine, I think it said 120 flavor choices. i went for the iced tea, not from a machine, but brewed - and tea is great. The sandwich - looks kinda strange with BBQ and slaw on top, but it was hot, and had a good taste. The sweet hawaiian bread was very fresh. I think I would have like the slaw as a side. The sandwich was good, but didn't really taste like a BBQ sandwich. Rest room was clean, also. Oh, price was $9.19 including tax. I would have said 4 1/2 stars if that had been a choice, and will visit again. read more

I guess they were to lazy to go to the back and get the hats Just ate here again.... 5/5/18 the person working the register is absolutely one of the most laziest, worthless employees I've ever seen at any type of public restaurant. All the other folks working here have to carry her weight. On the phone, bad attitude, very unwelcoming. Score was 4 stars dropped it to 3 only because food is still really good here. Absolutely the worst Firehouse I have been to. I'm on my 3rd try of this place hoping maybe I got a bad group of staff or an overwhelmed staff the first 2 times. There was one young man in there that was very polite and kind. I have never walked out without my order messed up. Manager is very rude until you actually demand something be done about their wrong doings. I should not have to go through my bag 3 times and each time something be missing when they have the order right in front of them. My boyfriend rdered two meatball subs and about 10 minutes after ordered, the staff said it'll be a little longer because they didn't have any meatballs prepared. Three people went in after, ordered, and left by the time our order was complete for take out. No reimbursement or real apology. Just stopping through at this location, but not a well run business.
