This was a phenomenal Jimmy John's location! Upon entering, your nostrils are greeted with the amazing smell of freshly cooked bread. The employees were all wearing masks amidst COVID-19, and there were lots of other extra precautions in place. All of the employees were very friendly. The sandwiches were made very quickly, before I even finished filling up my drink cup. The sandwich was amazing, and the bread was amazing as always. Long story about my three different experiences with this store. But to summarize; Ordered the first time - had to cancel order because no drivers, took numerous calls with manager and general manager and never got a refund but did get an envelope with a gift card for $10 with no letter or anything. My refund was supposed to be $12 something. 2nd order tried to use gift card, total was $10.18 and the GC wouldn't work in app or on website because it was over the amount. Called manager to see if he could assist. He could not. Denied ‍ again 3rd time and last time - they had a special day where the sandwich was $3.99. Figured I could use the gift card. It did work, but unfortunately I got a phone call 3 minutes after placing order that unless I can pick it up, they'd have to cancel the order due to no delivery driver. Couldn't leave work so had to cancel. I then wrote an email to explain these situations and how disappointed I was. 10 minutes after the email, I received a very demeaning call from the owner of the store, he talked to me like I was a dog. I was shocked and disturbed. I will never eat at a Jimmy Johns again and will tell everyone I know to avoid them due to the way they treat their customers. Uncalled for and unacceptable. read more

The staff seemed pleasant enough when we went, maybe a couple of them were being trained. One of the employees who was making the subs had facial hair/beard and nothing covering it. The lunchmeats are delicious, but I wish JJ would mix it up a little for the menu and create a kids menu. My son did not enjoy the roast beef slim. read more

Craving an Italian, I went to JJ's following a recommendation ("great sandwiches!!!"). What was advertised (photo 2) and what they delivered (photo 1) was incredibly disappointing. Minuscule amounts of lettuce shoved into the hinge of the bread with a few strings of onion, smeared with the mayo/oil/vinegar and oregano - followed by the meats and cheese half placed in the sandwich. Next to impossible to eat in this format. Removed meats and cheese from bread, etc., and attempted to reassemble my sandwich. Greasy fingers required napkins, which were no where to be found. Not included in sandwich, no dispensers on tables, none available by the beverage center. Found a few folded paper towels on top of the sandwich assembly area, which sufficed. Finally ate sandwich- one texture (chewy), lukewarm and flavorless. Think about a proper Italian sandwich- crusty bread, crunchy and warm on the outside, soft on the inside. A bit of mayo, cold, shredded lettuces and sliced tomatoes, followed by layers of melted provolone and flavorful meats. Dressed with oil and vinegar, finished with a sprinkle of oregano. Not this. I did eat the entire sandwich because I was hungry and I refuse to throw food away unless absolutely necessary. Would have been better off going to Subway. At least they offer the option to toast, and napkins are readily available. Also I do not need to reassemble my sandwich to make it edible. Christo's had the best sandwiches in the area but sadly they closed. read more

Service here has always been awesome and fast. Place always seems clean and is never really that busy. The bread here is the best of any sub shop and everything tastes really fresh. The only complaint I've ever had is that often, during slow times, the employees are sometimes sitting in the booths just hanging out. If I'm honest, I would want to do the exact same thing. Jimmy John's have been my fave since college days back in Daytona Beach, Fl almost 15yrs ago and I've never been disappointed with the food or the service. I'm one of those people that when something works, I don't bother changing it up. Why fix something that's not broken‍ which is why for the last 15yrs I've only bought one type of sandwich...the #12. Yep! That sandwich gets me in all the right places and especially whenever they have sprouts available to take it up a notch. The service is super fast. There's rarely a line when I visit this location which is a rare treat. The space is always clean and the staff genuinely friendly and my #12 sandwich is consistently made right. Tried Jimmy John's for the first time. Typical sandwich shop with typical offerings. Sub rolls are above average, and food is prepared fresh and quickly. My only complaint is the counter staff. The guy taking our order was one of the rudest people I have encountered in a while. Rushed us through ordering (remember, first time visitors), did not give us a total for our order until we asked twice, did not offer a bag for our items. Employees rude; not pleasant in answering any questions or being helpful in any way. Ridiculous policies. Asked if I could substitute one meat for another on a sandwich that cost EXACTLY the same as the one I was ordering, so it's not like I was asking for a more expensive meat/cost. Rude lady on register had no idea and had to asks one of the sandwich makers, who told her they could remove the meat I don't want and add the other, but they would have to charge me for the other meat on top of the sandwich cost???????? Also, I asked what came on the sandwich and was told nothing but the meat (slim sandwich), but when she gave me the total, it was a couple dollars higher than it should have been? When I questioned it, she said she added cheese (why I don't know) and tried to charge me more. After the price got corrected, and I paid. I asked for a receipt. I was told the receipt would be at the end when my sandwich was done. Didn't ask me for my name or give me anything with a number (since my receipt would be at the end of the counter with my sandwich). What do they do? They call a number, which I don't know is mine and try to give it to another guy, who tells them that's not his order and he doesn't know what number he is. lol read more

This place is amazing. Everyone can find a sand which with the proper ingredients to satisfy any hunger. The bread is always fresh and soft yet durable.. Also not flat and full of wholes like subway. Great service, sandwich is usually done before credit card is approved. Staff is always friendly. Opening day... I arrived at 11am as the only customer in the store. I was greeted as I entered, and was able to quickly give my order. Extra friendly service. I got the Italian club, chips, and a drink for $9.03 after tax. Went to fill my drink, they had Dr. Pepper instead of Pibb Xtra, but the CocaCola is still good. Older style fountain drinks that mix the beverage properly... not a Freestyle; definitely a plus. Sub was ready by the time my drink was filled. It was delicious. Cold style, with oil. When I was finished, only a little oil had spilled out of the perfectly moist sandwich. Not greasy. Jimmy John's Chips were kettle cooked Jalapeno. Hotter than others of the same type I have had. Looked to also have plain, salt and vinegar, BBQ, and Jalapeno. Could be other varieties. read more

Going in person isn't as bad, but be cautious of the sticky floor and the crazy delivery drivers who almost hit you as they leave the parking lot and then look right at you and laugh as they continue to drive by. I have also tried the delivery from this location. EVEN WORSE! It took them an hour to get to our office which is just a few miles away and then the driver couldn't figure out how to read the receipt and tell us the different totals. The subs taste better than Subway but that's the only positive. The customer service sucks and you better not ask for a special request because they will not honor it. You can't ask for the Italian dressing on the side because they don't have those small plastic soufflé cups with the lids like most places do. You can't ask for lettuce on one side but not on the other. No reason was given why this request would not be honored. I asked for my salami to be put on the side, they said no. And they were stern.
